Father to the Fatherless. Very Powerful and Impactful book. Jason really puts in perspective what it’s really like to grow up without a Father present, and the emotional shackles a young boy has to brake free from. How society says what a man should be or act like, but without a Man being present in the home how is a boy going to see the example on a daily basis. It’s no wonder why boys are turning to sex, drugs, and gangs because of the void of a Father. Thank you for this book. It hits home and touches deep within my soul!

Cry Like A Man…A Must Read. Men…Black men…Jason Wilson gives us some real powerful stories, takeaways, and lessons. Reading this will make us better men, husbands, and fathers.

I can’t stop crying…….. I saw Jason on Joe Rogan. I have a 16 y/o son that is a great young man. I often wonder if he is stronger than myself in a lot of life areas. Thank you for this book. Speechless. As a physical man, I’ve remained spiritually and emotionally immature and childish. No mentor, no father or mother who nurtured. This book has made me cry several times. Something of which I haven’t done in so long. Always considered “weak”. Thank you Jason, for this encouragement and sharing your story it has been such a tremendous help in healing. Im ready to read the follow up to this one. Keep strong, and keep the faith.

A Dynamic Must-read for all!. As a mother of four sons, this book has been refreshing. Once-barren, I prayed and asked the Lord to open my womb and to reward it with children - ones whom I’d do my part [along with my husband and HIM] to raise to be willing workers [believers] for His Kingdom (Ref. John 6:29). When my first son was born almost 21 years ago, fear set in. It was a fear of raising a son — a MAN. Then I had three more. Even though I knew I had my husband doing his part and the Lord working with me, I still had to do mine. Although my husband is a God-fearing man who has loved me like Christ loved the church from day one, I still had yet to overcome the emotional wounds of and the haunts from my past — men who didn’t cry at all, but instead vented their anger and other emotions toward me and others in unhealthy and damaging ways (to include my own father). If only they had cried. Just two weeks ago, I asked our Heavenly Father, “Am I doing my part? Am I keeping my promise to You?” Then I remembered this book. I bought it and read it; and all glory to God Most High, He answered me through this book and in each of the separate dialogues that followed with three of my sons and my husband. Even while reading it, I was reminded of my husband’s and all of my sons’ tears over the years (just a few weeks ago for my fifteen year-old), and am so blessed and honored that they all find safety in crying in my company... now. It wasn’t always like that for my dear husband. Other than at our wedding almost 22 years ago, the next time that he cried in front of me during an argument in our first year of marriage, I was not there for him emotionally. Tears were not the usual response from a man for me, even though he was like no other man that I’d been in a relationship with — for one, he was saved and loved the Lord and me with a genuine love. As I grew in the knowledge of Christ and matured, I soon realized that unlike what I’d been taught that tears are not a sign of weakness but of strength in a man. My husband and my sons know that they don’t have to keep their tears bottled up, because our Lord finds them precious — so precious that He takes care to bottle up each one (Ref. Psalm 56:8 KJV). And a man, David, wrote those endearing words — and most likely through his own tears while writing. I still have a lot to learn, because as this book answered one question for me about me, it also raised a couple of others. In a good way. In His faithfulness and in His time, the Lord will reveal though. Mr. Wilson, thank you for opening yourself up to our Lord and for allowing Him to use you. Blessings to you and your family and every Jesus-inspired endeavor! To anyone that’s reading this, get the book and buy copies for the men in your life! I am.

Wake up call!!. As a man who rarely had his father in his life, I felt everything Jason expressed, and elated! This is an incredible read. And as a father now myself, I respect our women wanting us to open up more than I have. I was a victim of shutting down and not crying or speaking. This book is medicine

Cry like a Man. This book is one of the first books I’ve read and could identify the traumas in my own life. I also could attest to the caring for my mother up unto her last days even fostering that renewed relationship with my father. I’ve been able to chancel my feelings and emotions in the right way.

God is still in the midst.. Truly refreshing book. Give the keys to God and have him drive you to your destiny.
