Life-Changing. This book changed my entire perspective on life. Truly amazing.

LIFE CHANGING. First, I’d like to note that I am 22 years old and this is the fifth book I’ve ever read beginning to end. I grew up with reading disabilities and very low reading comprehension. The people around me and teachers had me believing I wasn’t mentally capable of learning like my classmate counterparts. As for the book, I’ll be honest, it was a tough read for me, but so interesting and life giving that I couldn’t put it down. It took me just short of 2 weeks to finish, which makes it the fastest I’ve ever read a book. For me, a huge self-accomplishment. Furthermore, this book gave me insight about the “unified” or “quantum” world that I had recently learned about and wanted to explore more deeply. I learned concepts that will change my life forever including topics of: heart coherence, over-stimulated thinking mind, how time is perceived and what it really is, as well as the importance of daily meditations. In a world full of stimulation, it is easy to forget about who we are and what we dream of. We give our “time” to outside sources >99% of the time. We aren’t taught about the effect mindfulness and meditation have on our mental and physical health. We are expected to be silenced sheep. I thank Dr. Joe Dispenza and his team for giving the learning opportunity to find peace through their collective knowledge in this book. If you are thinking about reading it, my advice is truly not to stop until you are finished even if it is a few pages a day. It is so easy to give up, but the information in this book is priceless and deserves to be heard and shared by the masses. Lastly, I look forward to attending one of Dr. Dispenza’s workshops and I hope to see you there. Stephanie Adair

Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God Chapter 4: by this the love of God was displayed in us in that God sent his only begotten son into the world so that we might live through him.

Don’t waste your money. If you want to take a ride into complete ridiculousness, then, this book is for you.

20/10 recommend. Definitely a REQUIRED read. This should be taught in schools.

Amazing book. This book really changed my life for the better, so worth it

A Real Life Transforming Book. This book is not a pseudo scheme to attract buyers with some less than advertised formula to bring about change in one’s life. This book contains cutting edge research into the field of personal change at the level of neuroscience, biology, biochemistry, psychology, and some quantum physics. There is no rigorous mathematical proof or theory on the precise physical mechanisms of which Dr. Joe’s content works at the level of mind and matter of course because that’s not the aim of this work. The work Dr. Joe Dispenza has labored shows very consistent phenomena occuring in his workshop backed by empirical scientific data. The anecdotal evidence for this work is nothing short of astounding; paradigm shattering in fact. Thousands of participants of Dr. Joe’s work have reported improvements and complete recovery from serious illnesses including various forms of cancer, diabetes, immune diseases, and much more. Simply put, apply the concepts that are discussed in the book with a strong and genuine intent and you’ll see change in your life. This is a self-help book like no other. It delves into the nature of reality itself and our role in it, and from that perspective draws a new model that is guaranteed to put to rest the old myopic paradigm that dominates society and culture; namely the newtonian clockwork dumb physical universe.

Another amazing edition to the series!. If you haven’t read his other books, read those first.

BEST BOOK IVE EVER READ. Not only is there an immense amount of knowledge in this book, but you are also able to learn how to use that knowledge! Dr. Joe Dispenza is an absolute genius and a life saver, I am so grateful that he wrote those book because it has not only changed my life but I’d assume countless others as well!
