Redemption. Amazing story again!!! Only issue, not sure if related to download of the book to my iPad ?IOS version (most up to date per settings), there were a lot of grammatical &/or mis-spellings????? I.E.: curb (kerb)...

Keeps you guessing. One of his best. His stories just keep getting better.

Weakest book on Amos. Previous books in this series were much better. I appreciated most of it anyway, but the ending was rushed, quite superficial. And Amos is like a poot wet dog sometimes, not a character I was used to

Redemption. This is nothing less than brilliant, just as expected from Mr. Baldacci. The rapid paced twists and turns leave the reader wondering where the story will lead next.

Most wonderful experience!. This book is unusual and a testament to the skill of the author. OMG every time I think I know what’s going on he pulls another rabbit out of the hat. It’s a long book but quite amazing!!!

Good Read, but long in parts. This is a good well written book with a good story land and a good ending. The only negative I have is that one part of the book was a lot longer than necessary. I would expect a lot of people that read Gresham would skip through this section.

Quick read. At first I was disappointed it seemed a rather short book. But after a while, there probably were no more twist and turns possible. But seeing Amos a little more humanized leads to the question of what’s in the next book. If there is one. I hope so. Had this on preorder.

Good one to read. I love it

What Happened? Not the Decker of previous.. I truly enjoyed the previous Decker Saga’s. This one was not up to par. This entire novel sacrificed the Amos Decker Character for the sake of writing another book. My biggest complaint is the flow towards the end, it seemed rushed and assumed too much. The conclusions draw at the end was a dump of information that seemed to want to develop a “new” plot. Supervisor Childress was an unbelievable character that should have been developed better. Peyton turns out to be a murderous James Bond with fatherly feelings for his daughter that he was helping from behind the scenes? I was disappointed.

Decker is wonderful!!. Loved this book, I could not put it down! Decker’s character grows in this book, emotionally & learning more of his gift/power. He also reflects on his relationships with his friends & those he woks with. Just outstanding book.

Redemption. 3/5 stars. I continue to like the Decker character. Author includes a lot of minutia unrelated to the plot and character development. Tedious read...skimmed over a lot of parts that were predictable and boring.

Decent writing, but. the plots always seem implausible and simplistic. Instead of something straightforward it’s like he tries so hard the result becomes this hodgepodge of mashed up unrealistic scenarios. But, the writings decent.

Another great Amos Decker book. Mr B does it again. Great read. Wonderful characters. Intriguing story line. And, most importantly, the psychological transformation of his main guy, Amos Decker. So sit down in your favorite chair and enjoy.

Redemption. Worst Balducci book ever. Drones on about minutiae not related to the plot. Boring and disappointing.

Ugh!. It was a labor to read and must have been laborious to write. On and on and on over the same pitiful “if this and not that.” The written style was more of a made for TV script than sounding like novel. There was no doubt about the tragedy suffered (in a previous novel) by the leading character but did he have to feel sorry for himself through the entire book? Just page after page of too much beating an old dog with no new substance.

Sloooow. I have no appetite to read this any longer. I’ve read and enjoyed all his books. This one..... i just lost interest...

Disappointed.. I struggled to finish this book, and ultimately failed. I liked the first couple of books in the series, but the shark has been well and truly jumped.

Redemption. Boring n not believable. Characters too hard to follow. Amos too sorry for himself. Stopped reading after halfway.

Exceeded my expectations. Really enjoyed joyed the unexpected plot twists. Melvin Mars has emerged as a very interesting addition.
