Must read. Magical storyline.. I love when Tanya Bird comes out with a new book. It’s like Christmas each time. And like each time, the books get better. This time was magical. I loved reading this book. Couldn’t put it down. Get the book, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait for the next book that comes out.

The King’s Obession. Love the characters and the stories in all the companion series books. Each story has unique circumstances that make it hard to stop reading.

Impossible to put down!. Tanya Bird has certainly done it again! When I saw this book after finishing reading the third, I was skeptical. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to read anyone else’s story other than Aldara and Tyron’s but within the first few pages I was convinced. I loved Leksi as a side character in the companion series and it excited me to see him finally getting his own story as well as getting to know Petra more after only briefly introducing her story in the last book. Their tale was a perfect follow up after Majestic Imposter. We get to see Aldara and Tyron enjoying themselves and the life they’ve made, finally, as well as their children and family. This book lends a closer look at all the characters we’ve wanted updates on as well as another pure love story and the perspective of a mother needing to know her child is loved. 100% recommend to anyone who loves a good love story matched perfectly with action and adventure.

What are you waiting for? This book is AWESOME!. This book is truly AWESOME! It is the finest writing that Mrs. Bird has ever done. If you liked the other books in the Companion series then you're going to love this. I literally jumped for joy at the end. The writing is stunningly beautiful. The characters are strong and the story breathtaking. I have only given five star reviews to three authors. Mrs. Bird has gotten one for every book. She is a remarkable talent. I can't wait to read what she writes next!

Fantastic. Oh my God, I though Tyron and Aldara’s story was my favorite but this one takes the cake. The whole series is a wonderful read and I can’t recommend it enough. You won’t be disappointed. Another masterpiece from Tanya. Cannot wait for more. Cathy

Worth the wait- now I want more!. This is the fourth book in the series. I enjoy Tanya’s books so much, she writes from a place that really touches the heart. I have fallen in love with the characters, they are so developed, that you become part of the story. I would recommend that you start at the first book of the Companion series to really understand the characters, but you will not regret it.

Amazing. Oh my gosh, this series has been my all time favorite. I wasn’t even aware the series continued after book three and was delighted when I found out there were three more books!! I always loved and felt for Petra, so finally getting to see her as a main character was so exciting. I just wanted her to find happiness so badly throughout the first three books. I loved the way Petra kind of comes into her own, and also how we get to see the true Leksi and what has contributed to him being the person he is. Tanya Bird is truly an amazing author and you can see this in each one of her books. The pacing is excellent, the character’s are so complicated and deep, the writing is beautiful and flows perfectly. I absolutely love this series!!

Better and Better!!!. Wow!! Such a wonderful story! I always think this series can’t get any better, and yet, it does!

Breath taking!. Tanya’s companion series is a must read. I’ve been a fan since the first book. Her writing captivates you from the first page til the last. This book was no different. Once I started I couldn’t put it down I read it straight through the night and had no regrets when my children woke at 6am the next morning. The story of Leski and Petra has taken the mantle of my favourite book in the series. If you have read the other books, I cannot recommend this one enough or if your new to Tanya’s work you are missing out and I highly recommend you add the collection to your collection.

Amazing!. I loved the plot and characters. I would have liked the female protagonist to be a little more resilient, but overall, an interesting and well-told story.

More than Superb. A well written and researched book based on the life of one almighty strong woman. Male domination,cruelty,lust and deprivation all but send this beautiful woman to the brink of insanity. Love for an unusual man and her son help her heal. This story,though a work of fiction, can be transported into the lives of many women in today’s society. Made me cry.

Another magnificent story. I absolutely love Tanya’s books. What a gifted story teller! Very difficult to stop reading, but unfortunately one must eat and sleep.
