Just no. Don’t bother

Quick Read. Sweet book about a handsome player and a lady who has become celibate because of a series of bad dates. I Zack and his game I mean who makes reference to the Bible to impress a girl. I can’t wait to finish the story.

Just friends. At first I expected this book to be very stereotypical but it has managed to defy that at just about every turn. Really looking forward to seeing what the rest of the series has to offer!

Just Friends is a Great Read!. Cynthia Dane is such a great author and I cannot wait to finish the whole series, I also am grateful that Apple Books introduced me! I felt interested in the story all the way through.

Good start to a series!. This was a good start to a series. The storyline was great and it followed through to the end and made you want to read the next book! It left you thinking how Zack and Rachel were going to work things out!

Just friends. Just amazing. Loved it, great characters that you want to know more about.

Captivating. A relatable read for those who have questioned why they feel so drawn to someone they wouldn’t normally chase after. Not so relatable as the men we chase are not usually millionaires with trust funds and yachts. Still a page turner.

Attraction. Rachel can’t catch a break and now she’s making a pact with herself to not have sex for two months. Does she think this will answer her questions and straighten out her life? As soon as this happens, Zach waltzes into her life. Electric currents, good looks and money. WOW!!! Friends, acquaintances or lovers? What is time going to bring?

KaCee. Good one Though I didn’t care for the ending-not sure it was the perfect spot to hang on the cliff

Just Friends. I love the series Just Friends. This is my second book that I have read from this author. I will be reading the next book as well.

Fascinating. The book definitely made me want to read it instead of doing homework. I really liked the plot and the character development.

Will leave you wanting more. I absolutely adored this book. The character dynamic is sexy and funny. Their story will hook you in from the very beginning. Excellent pull and push relationship that will leave you craving more

Good but cliché. I like this book so far, 3 stars only because I’m not a big romance book fan. I noticed a couple of typos. The first kiss sense was confusing as I couldn’t tell where Zach’s thoughts ended and Rachel’s actions began. Also, some minor sections are filled with detail while more exciting sections are short and blunt. It would be helpful to know where exactly this story is taking place, most I’ve gathered is that it’s somewhere on the east coast. But I am sucked into the story, I like the sexual tension and frustration because it’s pretty relatable. I think we all feel sort of embarrassed by our actions and think the other person is gone forever, when they’re actually thinking a similar thing. Sorta hope it doesn’t end in a typical “fall in love happily ever after” way. But if so, that’s cute too.

Hard to Agree. The storyline evolves around the emotions of two people and their personal hang ups to progress their relationship.

A different angle. Different to the usual billionaire stories, the story is interesting and reads well for so few characters. It will be interesting to read the rest and see how things develop.

Worth the read. A refreshingly different introduction of the main characters in this story by Cynthia Dane. Love Rachel’s inner struggle to stay away from men but I say why not? Give in because I don’t believe all men and women can be ‘just friends’ so save yourself the angst and give in now. I think she’ll find he’s worth breaking her rule for!
