It grabbed my heart from the first chapter and didn’t let go until the last page of this HEA story. If this doesn’t help you find your holiday spirit nothing will!

Loved this book!. Great feel good story. I grabbed a latte, curled up under a blanket and read this book from cover to cover. I loved how Hannah led her man back into the light and the casserole patrol brought an old man who was giving up back to life. Really enjoying all of the books in this series and that touch of southern hospitality and warmth that keeps popping up. Keep the coming please...

Another Great Wishful romance!. Oh how I love this series! The Wishful world is great and this one has a great bonus of the Casserole Patrol! You have to read Kait ‘s books. A Lot Like Christmas. ARC for honest review with no compensation received from BookSprout Ryan a Delta Force medic on leave for Christmas, comes to Wishful after a call from his mother to check on his stubborn Uncle Percy who has become a homebody after the death of his wife a few years prior. Fresh off the plane he borrows his buddy’s truck to head to Wishful and breaks down outside of town, walks to town and goes to the diner and meets Hannah a waitress who thinks he is a homeless person. She waits on him and tries to spread holiday cheer but he doesn’t really respond... Hannah a big city interior designer, now a waitress in Wishful recovering from a horrible accident and with her never ending optimism for spreading holiday cheer and the hopes of starting her own interior design business. With the help of a Secret Santa she ends up at Uncle Percy’s to use her skills to decorate his house and who answers the door but Ryan! The magic of Wishful brings these two together in an unusual way and maybe they can help each other to overcome the fears they both are hiding deep inside.

Heartwarming read!!. Ryan & Hannah!! So well done. Some lines from the book have stayed with me even after all these months. And I find myself remembering this one with Ryan and Hannah and smiling as I go about my day!! What a beautiful read!!

Satisfying like cocoa and cookies. This is the first holiday story I’ve read this season, and now it’ll be the yardstick to compare all the others to, and it has set the bar high! Best yet!!!. With every new Kait Nolan release, I find a new favorite, but this one takes the cake!!! A Lot Like Christmas is my FAVE!!! When Ryan, a Delta Force medic, checks on his adopted elderly uncle while he is on leave, meets Hannah, the town Christmas Cheer-meister, lonely Uncle Percy gets to play Christmas match maker, all the while Uncle Percy is being matched up himself. The chemistry and fire between Ryan and Hannah is undeniable, regardless of intentions. Mr. Boyscout, Ryan touches the soft spot I have for the servicemen and woman in uniform. Not only is this my favorite Kait Nolan book, but it ranks at the top of my all-time favorite list! Kait Nolan doesn’t disappoint!!! Christmas spirit in Wishful. A Lot Like Christmas by Kait Nolan is a beautifully written story of the romance between Ryan Malone and Hannah Wheeler. Ryan looks homeless when Hannah sees him outside the diner on a cold winter night and brings him in and pays for a coffee and soup. Ryan, a Army medic, whose borrowed truck breaks down outside of the town of Wishful is in town to check on his Uncle and access him whether he is ok to live alone. When they meet again Hannah is decorating his Uncle's home for Christmas as a gift from one of his late wife Uncle's friends. A Lot Like Christmas is romantic and full of unique characters in the wonderful town of Wishful. Sweet romance. Another great romance by Kait Nolan. Her books are sweet, funny, and romantic. This one did not disappoint. Hannah is living in Wishful with her sister while she recovers from a health scare and tries to decide what to do with her life. Ryan is a military man in the special forces. He doesn’t have time for relationships. Ryan takes a leave from the military to check on his “Uncle” Percy. The three join forces to decorate Percy’s home for Christmas. Everyone starts trying to play matchmaker. I love how the book shows the different challenges each character is facing and how their relationships with each other help them overcome the obstacles they are facing. Wishful meets military romance.... swoon. Hannah seems like an amazing person from the first scene, then she meets Ryan’s eyes and her warm welcome sparks the fire… even if they don’t know it yet! It was fun to see him melt down his walls slowly while she found her courage and opened herself up for more than a moment’s time. I enjoy how so many small businesses flourish in Wishful and how young love can be found. Hannah’s Christmas decorating business may be one of my favorite so far! I loved the slow burn of Hannah and Ryan’s relationship that develops into trust and commitment. I couldn’t have written a better epilogue myself, and am glad they got their HEA… Thanks Kait! My new favorite line in a book… “That was a kind thing, and my mama always says you should never apologize for kindness. Small town Christmas story. All the best elements of a small town Christmas with some sprinkling of a military man, a grumpy old man and an old dog. Don’t forget a girl with dimples, Elf girl.

Absolutely loved this one. Kait Nolan writes some amazing books but this one has to be, hands down, my absolute favourite. Like Hannah, Christmas is my favourite time of year. I adore Ryan and Hannah and I love how they both took a chance on love. I’m hoping for Percy and Betty’s story too. Fabulous festive fun. This is yet another fabulous funny, warm, endearing and enchanting romance. The characters are so real and intoxicating - Hannah is just the nicest, cheeriest, most positive person - I want to be here BFF; and Ryan is strong and guarded, and truly heart wrenching as you get to see his vulnerable side. The book is timed perfectly for this time of year and I have the urge to start decorating... well actually maybe just bake lots of Christmas treats!! Pair these things together and I’m happier than a cat with her own garden full of catnip. Hanna embodies the Christmas spirit I wish I could maintain. Her unrelenting delight in the season is awe inspiring to witness. Being in military service and having seen and done what he has, Ryan’s a bit more cynical about the season. So, what happens when the burned-out army medic is forced to spend time with the holiday elf? A Christmas miracle. And in case you didn’t already realize, keep the tissues handy because, like me, you’ll probably need them before you get to the end. A lot like Christmas. To anyone who has had, or tried to have, a relationship with a career military person, this story is so familiar. I kept a handkerchief handy, and enjoyed every tear. Thank you, Kait Nolan, for another lovely book.

Loved it. This was the first book I read from this series. It made me fall in love with the author’s way of writing and all the characters. This one is always my go-to for a good read. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
