Anxiety & depression. I don’t suffer from these like many say they do. But I have many loved ones that do. I’ve formed my own opinion on it and wanted to read someone else view I felt I could trust on the subject/topic. I didn’t realize when beginning this book it would be coming from a suffers point of view but it was good it did. I wish some of my loved ones would read this book and start forming the habits, thoughts, concepts of this book and being healing
Strong finish. Moreland opens the book with technical descriptions of his learned understanding of anxiety and depression. However, the final chapter presented great biblical insights that could apply to a wide range of areas for a Christian. Worth reading the book to get to that point.
