I loved that that Tyler became a wonderful man even though his parents were neglectful, I love the support they showed one another. I also loved that even when Amber’s father was being the most difficult Tyler did not give up and Amber did not give in. I love their love.

Great read. I’ll admit there were some spelling errors, but nothing so serious that it ruined the story. I loved the drama and the family dynamics! There is a little steam and a lot of feelings💕

Horrible. This book is long and drug out. The writing is bland and like reading an elementary school essay. Phrases are repeated constantly and there is almost zero development through the whole book. The characters are shallow and not developed at all. All of a sudden they go off the deep end with no warning. I didn’t even make it more than halfway though before I couldn’t take anymore. Don’t waste your time.

Wonderful but could have more action. I really enjoyed it. It made me want to keep on reading to continue the story. It was emotionally touching when I felt empathy for her. However, I wish there was more action(not sexually) and that it had more flashbacks from their college days.

Good story and characters. Amy Brent did a great job of bringing the characters to life. Tyler, Amber, Luke and Kelly could be any of us. The book was longer than I expected (yeah!) and was an enjoyable read. Not the “Christmas “ story I expected but was a great get away from real life.

Captivating!. From the first chapter it got my attention and kept it! No cliff hanger which is a bonus to the great story! Reading the struggles Amber has to go through with her family and how Tyler uses his past experiences to help her gain the future she wants for herself is the ultimate white-knight love story. Loved this book and will read more from this author!

Amazing. “Brothers Bestfriend for Christmas” by Amy Brent was a book I stumbled upon while browsing iTunes. It sucked me with the family drama and kept me entertained until the last page

Beautiful Story!. I truly loved this book, I couldn’t put it down, and now I can’t wait to read the rest of the series!

Not terrible. Decent premise. Some definite discontinuity with the mother first portrayed as incompetent in the kitchen and amber having to do everything, then later she’s making amazing cinnamon buns and throwing parties with all the food. Also the incredibly fast 180 on the family treating amber like she’s incompetent and then she’s suddenly amazing and they want to support her. Tyler and Luke are doing incredibly well with their business and are getting crazy rich, but the parents don’t think he makes enough money to be with her… Just some oddities along the way! All in all a fine read for a distraction some afternoon if you don’t mind a few plot holes.

My Brother’s Best Friend for Christmas. I absolutely loooooved Tyler and Amber’s story! How ever it was such a struggle getting through the book because of her family! Her brother being the hypocrite that he was being, her mother not having enough strength to stand up for her daughter let alone herself, and her father being the most monumental douche in the world! I’ve never hated a family so much because how could you not realize that you’re treating one of your children like they’re worth less than the other. Anywho all and all it worked out for a great story and book! Tyler as a man is what some one would call GOALS!

A lot more than what I expected. What so often happens in families. Too busy protecting their own, they don’t see the wood for the trees. Loved the interaction between Tyler and Amber. All he wants is a real family, all she wants is her dream and to be understood. Could have literally warped into the pages and slapped some sense into the father. Read it, you will know what I mean.

Typo on first page. Can’t get past the first page with a typo. Just goes to show the quality of story and the importance of proof reading.
