Fantastic fictional town!. This is book 9 in the Into the Fire series and it features Holly and Nate. Holly is so stubborn. I understand that some of her behavior is from the Jake incident back in high school but some is just stubbornness or insecurity. Nate is so cute…and sexy! It’s his outstanding personality that does it. He’s got to overcome his reputation in order to move in the direction he wants to go. As always, this story line is awesome and so are the characters. The people of Willow Brook are fantastic and it just goes to show you how amazing small towns can be. Excitedly looking forward to the next one!

Turn up the heat.... I totally LOVE this series! This story is everything you could possibly want in a hot, sexy, romance. The chemistry between Nate and Holly is sizzling. Nate is a hot, sexy, pilot, my brothers best friend and oh yeah he’s a player right? Holly’s a smart, beautiful, independent nurse and she can’t take a chance and let her heart get broken. But she can’t seem to stay away either. For Nate, Holly has always been the One. The one he couldn’t have, the one he shouldn’t want, the one that makes he’s heart beat faster and the one he’s finally prepared to make his. a long bumpy ride. They grew up togther. Nate’s best friends with Holly’s twin brother. They had crushes on each other when they were kids, but never acted on it until Holly’s pushing 30 (well, 28). They almost hooked up a year ago and then Nate went cold. But he buys her in a charity auction, he’s all in.

3.5 ⭐️. I was glad there was no drama regarding brother’s best friend part of the story. However, for me, the story really lacked in building deeper connection between Holy and Nate. Yes we were told that they know each other since forever, but through the book all of that was mentioned in passing and they just ended up having sex every time they see each other. They had great chemistry and steamy scenes were well written, but I wish there was more of interaction between them outside of the bedroom. It was still enjoyable read with sweet HEA and I read it in one sitting. But it was hard to feel what made them fall in love since focus was mainly on their phisical connection. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Loved it. Great story!!!! Loved the storyline and how the characters were. There was some drama and it kept the story reading easily. The tabooness of your brothers best friend was a great idea with the story. Steamy scenes fun banter who could ask for more. Defiantly a great read to recommend!!!

Brilliant. Absolutely loved Holly and Nate’s story. Could not put this book down. Amazing read.

Burn for You. Holly works at the Willowbrook hospital she is a head nurse in the emergency department she’s lonely and when you know everyone in town it’s hard to get a date. The hospital was having a charity fundraiser and they needed nurses for the auction so she thought why not!. Nate watched Holly walk out onto the stage and he was determined to win her and he did for $5,000, Nate is Holly’s brothers best friend she has had a crush on him for a long time and even though Nate won Holly tries to get out of the date but Nate won’t let her. Nate tells Holly that she wants him as much as he wants her and Holly couldn’t deny it. This is a fantastic story I enjoyed it immensely and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.
