Wow. Just wow. Absolutely amazing!

Great read!. It’s hard to find a really good fantasy romance book but this book is definitely one of the better books I have read in that genre. I highly recommend it! Can’t wait to read the rest!

The Rogue King. LOVED THIS!!!

It’s ok.. Ok, I have to admit, I did not finish the book. I just couldn’t. It’s not necessairly that it is a bad book, but I read close to half of it and I was kind of bored. I forced myself to keep reading it an extra 2 days but I just couldn’t fully get into the main characters. The phoenix is said to be this rare creature that can give a dragon the right to be King. I couldn’t understad why it gave a male dragon the right to be king and not the Phoenix itself. The book also claims that the phoenix needs a dragon to control it’s fire. Why does a fire creature need another fire creature to help it control it’s nature? If this is something that is later expalined, then ignore this question. But halfway thorugh the book and that was never clarified. Kasia travels with Brand knowing that he plans to sell her to a Dragon King, the very thing her mother told her not to do. But she goes because she feels safe and she has had visions of him for a year. Somehow this man also calms her fire episodes and takes the main away with his touch and his kiss. But, they choose not to question that. Idk I was just bored.

Amazing! You must read because you will enjoy!. The Rogue King has everything you need in a romance, action driven, fantasy story. I cannot wait for the next book in the series! The author has woven a beautiful romance between Brand and Kasia, while also creating an exciting and teasing cliffhanger for the new set of characters Ladon and Skylar. I cannot wait to see what the author has in store for the four Phoenix sisters and their destined dragon mates.

The Rogue King. 5 Stars! The Rouge King by Abigail Owen Fantastic story brought to life by great characters and awesome creatures. It is a wickedly fun and exciting story filled to the brim with bada** hunky dominate male dragon and wolf shifters and take no crap heroines! The story is well written and has great world building, strong witty characters, great plots, twist and turns that keeps a reader rooted. I’ve never been a big fan of shifter novels so this was a welcome and pleasant surprise! This author is new to me and I’m a instant fan! I’m looking forward to the next story in this series. Note: This tantalizing story is adult rated with strong language and very steamy sex scenes. Happy Reading!

Awesome. A must read

Great book. I love the story and it keeps you entertained and I loved it.

Excellent read. Nice mix of action, twist and turns, love and sex. Very well written, couldn’t put it down.

Fascinating & Mythical!. This was my first Abigail Owen read, and wow, it won’t be my last! This book was fascinating, with dragons, phoenixes and hellhounds, wolves, vampires and demons, just to name some of the many mythical beings in here. But the main focus is on dragons, their clans and wars, and of course their kings. Kings who want/need a Phoenix. And one was found. Brand, a rogue dragon, found Kasia, someone he believes to be a Phoenix, in a clinic. When he questions her, she doesn’t give much away. When she later takes off and steals his car, he finds her and clues her in on the fact he knows what she is. This starts their adventure and holy wow, what an exciting, dangerous, intense adventure it is. I don’t want to say anything else to give it away, but this is one epic read and I can’t wait (and truly hope) for more!!!

The Rogue King. I love this book. Great combination of drama, love and action. I absolutely love Brand and Kasia. I couldn’t stop reading. I still have some unanswered questions, but I’m confident the author will reveal them in time on the following books in this series.

The Rogue King. This story is very fan fiction with Kasia’s painful visions that can only be alleviated by sexual advances, flying off to mate while the city is being sieged, and Brand’s bathroom “security” camera that no one questions. The author frequently over-explains events and rehashes information, making this book longer than it needs to be. Brand and Kasia read more like young adults than the over five hundred year old beings they claim to be, and the sex was more comedic than hot. There’s also a continuity issue where Brand treats Kasia’s degree and mechanical expertise like a revelation when she’d already told him earlier. Aside from a few good quips, this book was trying. It perpetuates the obnoxious notion that women need men to protect them from other men, and doesn’t actually challenge the broodmare narrative it sets up. A few token sentences are thrown in for shallow claims to diversity but is very clearly pandering, rather than an actual attempt at inclusion. There’s lots of cursing, a heads-up to those averse.

The Rogue King. Love the characters and the relationships that form. Great read, and it took more than a day :)

The Rogue King. Please buy this book. It was so worth it. I enjoyed this fun and interesting work and I hope you do to. 🤗🤗🙌🏽🙌🏽 big thank you to the author

Other 3 books?. There is great potential here to have a book from each of the sisters perspectives. I loved this one, would very much enjoy a series

Really like the book. I liked the Romance in this book, not so much the convoluted names & story of all the different colored Dragon kings. Too many names & characters to remember who’s who.

Good but..... Where’s maddie?

Wow. Really enjoyed reading this.

Loved it. I really enjoyed this book. I’m looking forward to reading the other books in the series.

... a lot. It was an interesting book, but it was just... A LOT. Like a lot of moving parts that made the plot and overall story feel drag-y and less concise. And there was a little bit of a deus ex machina with the phoenix tears at the end.
