Great Read. The second installment of the Texas Justice Series was even better than the first. Detective Juan Acosta is suspicious of his new neighbor as much as he’s drawn to her. Nicki is running scared and a police detective is the last person she’d confide in. I found myself sucked into this story from page one. Great characters with lots of mystery, action, and romance. You’ll be on the edge of your seat till the very end!
Love Christie Craig!. This is the second entry in the Texas Justice series and it was just as well written and engaging as the first. This is my favorite of the series so far. I thought that Juan and "Vicki" were amazing together. I'm glad that Juan's story was next since he seemingly had the most heartache of the three cold-case detectives, but I can't wait to see where the series takes us in the future. Great author, and great series!
