Code Name: Heist by Sawyer Bennett Book Summary

I am a world-class thief. Or I was, before I got pinched and landed in prison. After I served my time, I decided to get on the right side of the law, or as much as my job at Jameson Force Security allows. The lines sometimes blur, which suits me just fine. My name might be Saint, but I’m a devil to most.

My plan to go legitimate is going as anticipated, until my past and present collide in a big way. While in Paris preparing to take down a ring of highly specialized thieves, I come face-to-face with my biggest threat—and my most dangerous temptation.

Sindaria “Sin” Westin was the love of my life, until her betrayal landed me behind bars. Now I’ve got to find a way to trust her again, at least long enough to pull off this job. When it becomes clear the price for this heist will be our lives, I realize I need to do whatever it takes to keep Sin safe, even if it means trading my life for hers. Because no matter the lies I’ve told myself, Sin’s greatest theft was the day she stole my heart.

Fantastic!. I absolutely enjoyed this second chance storyline with a suspense element. I loved the chemistry between Saint and Sin. The twist and turns will keep you intrigued until the end. Joe Arden and Mackenzie Cartwright’s narration is fantastic! A great listen.

Love Sin and Saint. I love Sin and Saint. This was a fun book that didn’t disappoint! I love this series and can’t wait for more.

Fast Paced, Action Packed Second Chance Romance. Code Name: Heist had it all - action, suspense, and a sexy second chance romance. Sawyer Bennett did an excellent job of describing and introducing readers to the world of high end thieves. We met Saint in the previous book, but Code Name: Heist can be read as a standalone. I really enjoyed Saint and Sindaria's (Sin) story. They have a complicated history, but I loved that from the start they only have eyes for each other. They both were willing to forgive and change for the other and I appreciated that for the most part, they dealt with their issues maturely and openly. Even the questionable decisions were made from a place of love. There's plenty of action between these two thanks to some forced proximity, and I loved what a team these two were. They excelled in the face of danger and throw in some seriously hot sexy times and I was sold. There is some drama at the end, but it's resolved quickly and the epilogue was so sweet. It really felt perfect after everything Saint and Sin had been through. It isn't all fun and games in this one though, and there is definitely some sadness for the Jamison family. I enjoyed catching up and getting updates on old characters/couples in the series, but also the Cold Fury crossover. I'm very interested to find out more about the final Fournier brother, Malik. This is a fast paced, action filled romance that is sure to be a hit with fans of the series! *I voluntarily read an advance review copy of this book*

A great caper. If you enjoy a good caper this book is for you! I’m a huge fan of romantic suspense and this book is top notch. It very much reminded me of the TV show White Collar. Both Saint and Sin were fantastic characters and it was a unique spin on a second chance romance.

Another epic read from Sawyer and the Jameson Force team!. Another epic read from Sawyer and the Jameson Force team! I love that this team is compiled of people with different backgrounds and unique experiences and circumstances. Saint comes to the team after spending time in prison for theft but has left that life after losing his mother during his incarceration. When the Jameson team is hired to look into the very thing he used to do, he goes back into that life and winds up working with the person who made him lose everything in the first place; Sin. While Sin was and still is head over heals for Saint, she’s currently working heists against her will in order to protect her family. With a typical blowup and confrontation, these two move past what happened with Saint’s arrest pretty quickly, and end up falling right back to how things previously were regarding their chemistry and relationship. The entire heist kept me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what Saint’s ultimate plan was and if Sin would ever forgive him after he takes matters into his own hands to protect not only himself but Sin and her father as well. I loved that while we got the full story about Saint and Sin, we also get backstory into what happened with the other members of the team and the premise set up for the next books. I’m also interested to see if the bad guys in this storyline make another appearance after the explosive ending! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

A great story. Another great installment in the series. Really needed an HEA this week and this delivered! Second chance romance is always a win :)

Awesome read!. What’s a woman to do when she’s in love with a rocker and her ex-fiancé is his brother. This story has all the feels. It will make your emotions run high and low. Asher is the perfect book boyfriend. He’s so sensitive and knows how to treat a woman. Izzy is the lucky recipient if she lets him. Asher is so swoon worthy. Review copy was received for a honest opinion.

Can’t go wrong!. This third book in the Jameson Force Security can be read has a stand-alone, it follows Saint when he goes undercover to bring down a heist operation. A intriguing plot with incredibly sexy characters and chemistry so hot it’s off the charts.

Great story. the next installment in the Jameson Force Security series.is Code name heist. In this book we get Saint and Sin. I just love these names/characters together, notably given their occupations, and pasts. They are professional thrives and are now working together even after their past. Can they trust each other and will the be able to see eye to eye on their past and present. The story is quick and moves easily that you can’t put the book down. The characters are great the story is great and the chemistry is off the charts. I highly recommend and sawyer Bennett did not disappoint

Love the series, wasn’t a fan of this one. I love Saint and Sin. I liked their story but just didn’t stay as “engaged” in reading this one until later on near the end. This one was disappointing.

Highly entertaining!. What a fantastic story!! I was so thoroughly entertained, which is honestly no surprise considering how much I love this series. I absolutely love when a book reads like a movie to me and Code Name: Heist did exactly that. Sawyer Bennett’s words flow easily throughout drawing the reader right into this intriguing world that Saint was previously a part of prior to his job at Jameson and that Sin is still involved in. Last time they saw each other was not exactly something either of them wants to think about now. Can Saint forgive Sin for how they last parted? Can they work together again without falling in love again? Wonderfully complex and lovable lead characters in Saint & Sin and amazing supporting characters courtesy of the crew at Jameson and Sin’s dad made this such an amazing read! The ending was awesome. I loved it!!!

Great Book. Code Name: Heist (Jameson Force Security #3) was another great read by Sawyer Bennett. This is a great second chance romance for Saint and Sin. Saint is a world class thief who decided to do right after landing in prison. He now works for Jameson Force Security. While I; Paris for a job to help him go legitimate, he sees Sin again. She was the love of his life until she got him locked up. I really enjoyed reading Saint and Sin’s second chance at love. I can’t wait to read more by Sawyer Bennett.

Brilliantly written!!. You never know what your going to get when you start a book by Sawyer Bennett!! I felt like a kid on Christmas morning!! Totally surprised!! Through out the book I envisioned the pink panther music playing, giving it a mysterious feel!! Suspenseful and edgy! It was like a thief in the night!! Freaking brilliant on all levels!! Amazing story!!

Intrigue & Passion!. This story is full of suspense, intrigue, danger and bursting with a fierce attraction in this wonderful second chance romantic suspense that quickly captured and held my attention until the very last page. An absolute must read. Saint Bellinger had spent years being a thief, but after getting out of prison he joins Jameson Force Security to go straight. So when Kynan McGrath comes to him with a job to infiltrate a well-known crew of art thieves, he cannot say no, even with all the danger that he will be in. But what he doesn’t count on is meeting and seeing her again. Sindaria Havana “Sin” had been in a relationship with Saint, planning a life together until she betrayed him and lost everything. Now seeing him and having to work with him once again, all she can think of is, that she needs to let him know why she betrayed him. And with just a look, a conversation their chemistry comes flooding back. These two have secrets that could hurt the other. But doing this line of work is a risk and they will need to come clean with their secrets to get through this together. Can’t wait for the next story in this series! Complimentary copy for a honest review!

Fun but flawed. Having a bit of trouble as mentioned in earlier review, with the series leads being good relationship/marriage material. It just doesn’t mesh with the job IMO. So there’s that, but claim still reading! This book has the added ouch of a humiliated escaped villain apparently just no longer being a concern. That was painful. All that said, I *love* Sawyer’s practice of including the male perspective. We get a chance to fall in love with the guy too. And she doesn’t overdo on he-said/she-said. Both sides are perfectly imperfect. YES, I’m on to the next book!

Sin and Saint. Saint started “working” as a child to help his mom with the bills. Saint enjoys the rush a good heist gives, but also knows his mom would be so disappointed in his “work”. After spending time in prison, Saint decides to straighten up and enlists. Although he proudly served his country, it just wasn’t the same “rush”. Saint is given the opportunity to use his skills as a world-class thief and serviceman when offered a job with Jameson Security. Saint’s first major job takes him back to his thieving days, working undercover to bring down a huge theft ring. Saint never thought he’d see Sin again, but soon realizes they have unfinished business. Sin, adopted and raised by a loving family, was raised to follow in her dad’s footsteps. Sin is one of the best in the business at cracking safes in record times. When a job goes wrong, she makes a decision to turn Saint over to the authorities. Little did Saint know Sin was making the choice out of love. Years later, he’s thrust back into her life and he hates her. But they’re supposed to work together to pull off the biggest heist of all time. Can they put aside their differences to pull off the heist? As much as I LOVE all things Sawyer Bennett, this novel is one of my absolute favorites! I honestly could not put it down! There are very few books that truly hold my attention long enough. I loved every unique aspect of this novel. I loved that he loved his mom so much he turned to a life of crime, but then tried to straighten up and enlisted. I sobbed that he was in jail when she passed because he never got to say goodbye. Sin and Saint (loved their names) were so in sync with each other. It was as though I was on the last heist with them because of the detail. Very well written, very unique, and sooo extremely captivating. Very suspenseful with a cagey cast of characters. Loved 💕 it! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

So many questions. I have so many questions I want to ask after reading this book. I don't even know where to begin. This was a very heartfelt story and I enjoyed the interactions between Saint and Sin. They really get each other and care for each other deeply. They don't always communicate effectively, but they are always thinking about how to keep the other safe. These guys at Jameson are incredible, but poor Cruce will never live down losing 3 women in his care. It will be the running joke of the group for many years. Kynan needs to reconsider his assignments. The side story in Syria saddened me, but it will make a great story to be told in due time. It will be interesting to see more of Saint and Sin in future books.

It’s good for a Saint to have Sin. It’s time for the next installment in the Jameson Force Security series. In book 4 we get Saint and Sin..I just love these names together. Especially given their occupations, past and present. Saint and Sin have a history. It started out good, really good. Then it went bad..yep you guessed it, really bad. When your professional thieves things can be dicey on a normal day. Then there are days when your partner and lover hand you over to the police and you end up in jail. It could cause one to hold a big grudge against your lover. So big you decide to go legit after you get out of prison. Funny thing about going legit and working for a highly sought after security firm as a theft specialist. It gets you on a job that involves the one who put you in jail! Can you say awkward?? Sin had good reasons for turning Saint in. She realizes, whe she finds him on her team for a big heist that’s going down, she now has the opportunity to set the record straight. Funny...Saint doesn’t see how sending him to prison was the best option in her scenario. Thing’s are going to be fun on this job. I loved how this story flowed, you get grabbed right from the beginning with these 2 characters. Their individual pasts and their history together and intriguing. Add in the suspense and the rush of pulling off their thefts (past and present) makes for a very engaging story. Their chemistry is off the charts and that element just amps the rest up. You can’t go wrong with this fast paced story!

Saint & Sin. What a gripping story which had me hooked from the first to the last chapter. Set in the world of illegal heists, betrayal and second chances. Book number three in the Jameson Force Security series, I found myself just as entertained and riveted as I was with the first two books in the series. This time it is Saint and Sindaria “Sin” Westin’s story and what a story it is. Saint is a reformed thief who now works for Jameson Security whilst Sin, is the woman who betrayed him, sent him to jail and was the love of his life. Sawyer Bennett writes a story that is equal parts romance and suspense which makes for a well balanced exciting and intriguing read. The story is faced paced and you cannot help but be drawn in to the tale that Ms. Bennett weaves. When an undercover job brings Saint face to face with Sin, he is shocked to discover that the feelings he has kept buried are trying to resurface. Sin knows he will never forgive her betrayal, if on,y he knew she did it to protect him. Behind the scenes, heart breaking things are happening at the Security company and that added a layer of sadness to the story that got to me; hopefully we will learn more in future books. Will Saint be able to keep Sin safe, as the past comes back to haunt them or will the increasing threats and danger put their lives in further jeopardy? Will Saint and Sin be able to come to terms with the past and re connect? Can they learn to trust one another again?

Code name: stolen heart!. Loved it. Saint and Sin, great team, greater love story. Another easy read in this series. 👍👍👍👍😁

Second chance. I’m not normally a fan of second chance romances but this one was done just right! Loved the chemistry and connection between Sin and Saint, the perfect mix of suspense and romance I could not put it down. This is definitely my favourite Sawyer Bennett series for sure.
