Didn’t finish it :(. Honestly this book had so much potential. I love me some mafia romance but this was more irritating than good. The author wrote Riley as this tough girl who had a strong mind in the beginning but ended up making Riley this weeping psychotic sex crazed woman. The book is slow and it was very unorganized. You zip to the past so much it makes you want to skip it all. Kai’s character is no different than any other main mafia character in mafia romance novels. The book would’ve been so much better if she had both Riley and Kai’s point of view, didn’t make Riley seem like she had bipolar issues, and didn’t give so much unnecessary details and side stories.

So Good!. This just got added to my top 5 favorite Tijan books! It’s so good! Please make it a series, I’m in love with the characters.

An Amazing Read. Tijan knocks it out of the park with this standalone mafia romance. As with all of her books, this author creates entertaining storylines with wonderful, unique characters. I was completely sucked in by the first page and Bennett Mafia may be one of my favorite mafia romances. Kai was pulled into being the head of the Bennett mafia as a teenager. He comes across as cold and calculating, but there is a soft interior that so few see and I enjoyed learning more about him as his layers were peeled back. Riley is a strong and likable heroine, a fighter, and strives to help others stuck in difficult situations. Both had rough childhoods and it is evident that their struggles greatly shaped who they are as adults. The two have great chemistry together and it was fun to watch how their relationship evolved from enemies to lovers. Kai’s siblings as well as Riley’s friend, Blade were great secondary characters and contributed much to the storyline. Bennett Mafia had some drama, hot sex scenes, suspense, as well as shocking twists and turns - thus keeping me entertained until the very end. I received this book for free.

Not worth it.. I usually like this author’s work, but I only made it about 40% of the way through. The storyline moves at a snail’s pace and it’s very unorganized. One minute she hates Kai and is all about standing up for her mission, and the next she is turned on and could care less. I cannot stand a lead heroin who is a pushover. Not a fan of Kai either. there is no character development, he barely says anything the entire time. Also what’s this crap about not hearing or seeing him move, but she can”feel” him coming to her through a whole door! Ridiculous. I always try to finish a book before voicing my opinion, however I just could not make myself finish the book.

YESS!. I love tijan, and every book she writes I can never put down. This book is the reason I love her!!

Tijan 🤗. I just seriously love Tijan’s writing. I’ve read every book she’s ever published because her writing never disappoints. This book is most definitely not a disappointment. I absolutely loved the book. I will definitely be reading it again in the future.

Great Book!. Reading this book was both intriguing and gripping! I couldn’t stop reading it, I had to finish it! So much things were happening, it kept me on my toes, wanting to know more! Excellent read. I really enjoyed this book and couldn’t put it down. I felt that the ending could have been a little more developed (maybe because I just didn’t want the book to end), but other than that I couldn’t find fault. The story line was brilliant, the characters are relatable and I enjoyed every page. Tijan is one of my favourite authors, I have recently discovered their work but am yet to find a book I didn’t enjoy.

Absolutely loved it!!. I absolutely loved this! Tijan is seriously one of my favourite authors and I’m always excited to see what is coming next. I fell in love with Riley from the very beginning. She went on such a journey! Whenever I read these types of stories, it always makes me wish that I had that life. Can you IMAGINE? Danger at every corner!! Riley and Kai. Kai- gorgeous, powerful, deadly....and the head of the Bennett family. Riley- doesn’t stand a chance!! The more you read, the greater the pull. I couldn’t stop reading til the end. An absolute page turner!! Currently a standalone; but what a ride Tijan takes you on. Always left wanting more!!! A Must Read!!!!!

Bad characters. Hated this story . I found the main characters emotional cold and harsh. I didn’t believe the relationship between them.

Intriguing and page turning!. I loved every page of this book, it wasn’t predictable, every page was a new problem or mystery, the family element is heart warming and the need for revenge relatable. Love love loved it!

Mafioso. Loved this story of Mafia king found love with his captive. This story had everything a good mafia story should have - sometimes in a too real way. Love 😍

Must read. I’ve read a lot of Tijan’s books but this is the best. Read within 24hrs - hooked from the first page to the last. Only wish there were a book for each Bennett’s story.

Rollercoaster Read. I am a huge fan of Tijan and she has again made my escape from reality such a wonderful trip with Bennett Mafia. If you love Carter, Cole, Mason & Logan you are gonna fall in love with Kai and the Bennett boys. There were times when I loved the characters and other times I wanted to punch them. This book has tons of twists and turns that keep you wanting to read on, forgoing anything else happening in your day, including sleep & work. This is in my list of faves and will be a book I go back and read again and again.

Boring. I love Tijan as an author. I have read every book she has published. And I’m getting real sick of hearing the same phrases in each book. “But no”, “But yes”. I have yet to read a Tijan book with a strong, female character with a great family background that doesn’t seem like the same female lead from the last book, just with a different name.

Another great. Titan did it again. This was a tense, cannot put down, have to keep reading book! The Bennett family are very messed up but in a strange way still close! Heaven help outsiders! Great read!

Bennett Mafia. What I like about every single book written by Tijan is the fact that she knows how to make you feel emotionally involved with the characters! I absolutely love this book!

Loved it!. To be honest, I didn’t know what to make of this book when I first started it. It took me a couple of chapters to really get into it, but once I did, I couldn’t put it down! I absolutely love Kai and Riley’s story—I had moments where I laughed out loud and moments where I literally ugly cried. I tend to gravitate towards books that introduce characters in such a way that I get emotionally invested in their journey and this book was a perfect example of that. I can’t wait to read some more work from this amazing author—I’m sure I’ll adore the rest of her books just as much as I adored this one!
