Creating their pieces but also a life together!. The second installment of the Maine Sullivan's is absolute perfection by Bella Andre. Zara and Rory are both artists/makers who have been agitated by each other for the full year they have known each other but is their agitation actually attraction. Rory finds Zara one morning after a particular rough text message from a family member and they both realize they can do things to help each other. Rory attends a family engagement party with Zara that ends in an agreement to date for one week but also the decision by both of them to assist each other with their emotional scars. Little does either of them know that, in reality, as Rory's family realized, their relationship began a year ago and not just the last week they believed. You will love the cameo by Ethan's family. You'll actually root for Brittany at the end. And Ruby will steal anyone's heart. I am already itching for the next installment of the Maine Sullivan's!

ARC for honest review with no compensation There Goes My Heart is book 2 of the Maine Sullivan’s and book 20 in the Sullivans series by Bella Andre and a swoon worthy read about Rory and Zara! Zara and Rory have been working in the same artisan building for the past year, she makes designer glasses frames and he does woodworking and getting on each other’s last nerve. Lots of bantering, bickering and sparks but both are down on love and HEA. Zara moved to Bar Harbor over a year ago after her sister and her boyfriend at the time decided to get together...now she received notification that they are engaged so she decided to get tipsy and spill on what happened to Rory. He decides to go with her to the engagement party for moral support and they become a “pretend couple”...except with sparks flying, a deeper passion, undercurrent that’s been ignored and an emotional connection that’s been ignored they might just turn the “pretend” into a “real” couple and find their HEA when they least expect it! Funny, steamy, bantering, tears and emotions galore makes you want to keep reading til it done!!

Perfect Pair. Rory Sullivan has met his match in Zara Mirren. She not only gives back whatever he dishes up, she can sling it pretty well too. They’ve been driving each other crazy for about a year, until he sees that she needs his help. Funny how a weekend in close quarters can bring out the passion and cut the sniping. Another great addition to the Sullivans series!

Review by Christine Jalili. There Goes My Heart. I loved this book. Rory comes to Zara’s rescue. At first, they don’t really like each other. But wow, once they kiss the sparks sure fly. Love how they help each other heal, it’s so heartwarming. I highly recommend this book.

Another wonderful addition to The Sullivans series!. "There Goes My Heart" (Maine Sullivans Book 2/The Sullivans Book 20) by Bella Andre is a fantastic read. I loved Rory and Zara's story. Another wonderful addition to The Sullivans series. This story is packed with humor, passion, romance, family, interesting and entertaining characters, and more. I loved catching up with more of the Sullivans. I can't wait to see what happens next with this amazing family. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, entertaining characters, and series.

Girls with glasses rule!. Loving families are created and brought to life by Bella Andre. Most relationships are like a kiddy rollercoaster. There are ups and downs as well as twists and turns. Rory and Zara have close working quarters that create an atmosphere of playfulness and one line zingers. They each believe they barely tolerate one another, while others see their banter having underlying sexual tension. Until Rory helps Zara by being her date to a family event. The more time they spend together the more sparks began to fly. As a couple they question if love is enough to help people navigate the emotional baggage that is brought into a relationship. Zara demonstrates that our life experiences shape our personalities and can sometimes get in the way of true happiness. Rory has seen his parents relationship and what true love really looks like. The Maine Sullivan’s love as fiercely as the other branches of the family tree. Bella Andre continues to share the stories of this amazing family with all of us. Thank you for another outstanding story!

Fabulous!. Rory Sullivan and Zara Mirren have sworn off love but the sparks between them are off the charts. Rory trying to help Zara is the spark that sets things in motion between these two. Loved reading their story!

Wonderful story. Loved every word. There went my heart. Bella Andre has done it again. She has taken two people, lost and alone, and made them perfect together. She had my heart beating faster with every touching moment. I gushed. I sighed. I cried. So many wonderful emotions packed into this wonderful story of two talented Maine Makers. Rory Sullivan creates gorgeous works of art out of wood. He pours his heart and soul into each and every piece leaving nothing for a woman. He couldn't. He wouldn't. There was no way he was getting involved with a woman. He couldn't handle it. Not again. Zara Mirren has a shop in the same warehouse as Rory Sullivan's woodwork. She creates frames for eyeglasses, beautiful, unique, special. She keeps herself busy, protected, not seeing the world as she creates a way for others to see the world through her designs. Rory and Zara have been bickering, nagging, complaining, antagonizing each other for the past year. They are oil and water, under the same roof, crossing paths poking each other. The day Rory walks in on Zara crying everything changes. Rory acts without thinking. His heart is in control and he doesn't even know it. What a rush!! I thoroughly enjoyed watching their armors tarnish and crack. I loved how they thought they could prevent the future when they couldn't control their pasts. I have known so many Rorys and Zaras. To be honest I have been a little like them and maybe that is what is the best about this book. The reader can identify. The characters survived giving us all hope for a better, brighter tomorrow. Second time around was even better.

Excellent Read But Only…. This is a fabulously written book. I wish and pray that someday authors would realize that outstanding morals and virtues should be a priority in their writings. I know “sex” sells, but this book would have been equally great without all the details.

A Beautiful and Timeless Romance. The Sullivan romances are some of my favorites. I love the strong family bonds filled with love, respect and devotion that carry over to each book. Rory Sullivan is a strong, confident and talented man with some vulnerabilities that make him irresponsible. Zara, the equally talented, fierce and protective woman has her own issues that she can't seem to release herself from and that makes Rory want hold on to her forever. This beautiful romance is fun with the wit and charm and sexy with its attraction and chemistry. And, it is tender and gentle with understanding and forgiveness. Have tissues handy!

Romance so Sweet!. Bella Andre has created a wonderful world with the Sullivans and this family is just freaking amazing! In the latest of the Sullivan Series (The Maine Sullivans), There Goes My Heart, we learn more about Rory who is wood artist creating amazing furniture and I just found him and his profession to be so sexy. Rory is a family guy with a heart of gold and lives in a wonderful lighthouse. He just made me all gooey. Zara is also an artist. She creates unique frames for glasses. She’s a bit quirky, strong and well, she has spent the past year sparing with Rory since they work in a shared warehouse. Rory, being the perfect prince charming comes quickly to Zara’s rescue when she finds herself in a bind and the story takes off from there. I won’t give any more details because you just gotta read the story. It’s a fast and fun read with family, snarky comments, crazy situations and crazy exs. If you’ve ever read Bella Andre before you know she writes sweet romances with characters that overcome personal odds. This is another great Sullivan read that I’ve fallen in love with. Please note that you can read each Sullivan book as a standalone, but I think once you read one, you will want to binge on the entire family. I received an Advanced Reader Copy of this novel. Where is that fine line between love and hate?. Rory and Zara are two artists who work in the same artist’s building. They rub each other wrong every day. They don’t like anything about the other. He listens to the wrong music, she make too much noise. Rory walks in on Zara in the break kitchen downing champagne at nine o’clock in the morning. Somethings up. Zara needs to go to her home town in Southern Maine. He half sister is engaged - to her ex-boyfriend. For Zara, just shoot me. Fortunately the alcohol talks more than Zara would and surprise Rory suggests volunteering to be Zara’s boyfriend at the party. Very quickly these two are very protective of what the other is going through. It starts as friends with benefits Zara isn’t even sure they are friends. The benefits are great but in a weeks time they will be back to irritating the crap out of each other. Or maybe not.

Loved Rory and Zara!. I really liked Rory and Zara much better than I thought that I would. I loved their witty conversations and comebacks. Underneath their “supposed” dislike of each other, lies an extreme attraction and understanding of each other that takes them by surprise. And, of course, we have a whole new Sullivan family to love and want to be a part of. If you’re looking for an easy read with people that you would love to be a part of their lives, then you found it.

I just adore Rory & Zara!!. OMG I adore Rory & Zara!! I love the pretend couple turns real trope! It's always so much fun to watch two people who clearly have chemistry and passion make a deal to pretend to be a couple and then it doesn't take long before they realize they are not faking it anymore! Rory and Zara are both such great characters who both have past relationships that messed them up. They are both creative and passionate about their work. As they work together to face their pasts, they see just how much of a glorious future they can have with each other and how those past events led them to each other! This story, as with all of Bella's stories, is a wonderful blend of all the good stuff I look for in a romance. Sweet, funny, full of heartwarming moments, sexy and always full of so much love and family. From start to finish, this is a winner!!!

Fabulous & Fun!. Time to return to Bar Harbor, Maine to visit with the Sullivans. I just love a big family saga. This family will steal your heart because they have support, love, and respect each and every one of their siblings along with their parents. All members of the Sullivan family are not only great looking but their beauty is not just skin deep. Every character that Bella Andre creates in this series has strength, courage, beauty (not just on the outside), and innate sense of caring/helping others when the need arises whether the character is a Sullivan or not. There Goes My Heart by Bella Andre is Rory and Zara’s story. For a year now Rory and Zara have been irritating/sparring with each because they thought they really disliked the other but, in reality they were beginning to fall for each other without realizing it. Rory is a master woodworker while Zara designs very fashionable and unique eyeglass frames. Rory finds Zara one morning pretty tipsy in their buildings’ breakroom. Turns out Zara was reacting to her step-sisters engagement announcement to her ex-boyfriend. Rory learns several personal things about Zara and decides to step in to help. They decide to be a pretend couple to show Zara’s step-sister and ex-boyfriend that she has moved on. As Zara and Rory spend time with each other that night and the next week they both begin to realize that they are falling for each other pretty hard. Both, Rory and Zara have some pretty deep scars that they must face and overcome before their HEA is possible. Will they face those fears to find their forever happiness or will the wall of fear stay standing? Read There Goes My Heart to find out. I love this series and total recommend any Bella Andre book for a fun read/escape into another world where HEAs are always possible. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I loved every word!. I received this ARC for an honest review. This is my second favorite book from Bella Andre. My first is “The Look of Love”, but this story is a very close second. You have feel Bella’s passion for Rory and especially Zara. Zara creates designer frames for glasses, and Rory is a furniture builder. They met because they both rent warehouse space in the same building. Rory and Zara met on her first day there because according to Rory, “Zara parked in his spot”. They fought everyday since then. Zara received an invite to her step sister’s engagement party to Zara’s ex-boyfriend (who cheated on Zara with her step sister). Zara is upset and got drunk at work. Luckily, Rory found Zara and took her to his house to let her sleep it off. Rory offered to go the party with Zara as her new boyfriend. Does sparks fly? What happens next??? Not going to tell you...You must read the book to find out. I DO recommend. This will go in my re-read pile.

Such a fun read!. I loved Rory and Zara! This was such a fun read. Their banter back and forth was so real and you knew they would be great together. Their story is above learning to forgive... yourself and others and by doing so they were able to find their own happy ever after. We get to see our other Maine Sullivan’s and the precious little Ruby as well. ❤️

There goes my heart. I love this book. Rory and Zara were amazing together. I loved the chemistry they had together. I also liked how they helped each other come out of the darkness and helped each other see they deserved love and happiness. They are a fun couple with their constant bantering back an forth. A great read.

Another awesome Sullivan story by Bella Andre. I received an ARC of this book and I volunteered to review this book and give my honest opinion. I honestly loved it. Once I finished this book I immediately started re-reading the book not wanting to step out of the Rory and Zara story so soon. My favourite Sullivan series are the San Francisco and the Seattle series which I have re-read many times, now this book is in that caliber in my opinion. If you have read Zach Sullivan’s story (“If you were mine” Book 5)and fell for Zach Sullivan then you are going to love his cousin Rory Sullivan. Both are charming, stubborn, sexy, hilarious and cocky as hell. Zara is Rory perfect match. They are both stubborn, creative, funny and caring people that can learn from one another by helping each other to overcome grief and guilt. This book includes several scenes with Rory’s siblings which is the best part of any Sullivan book.

Fantastic addition to series. This is another great read from this author. Even though this is book twenty in the Sullivans they are all stand alone. This book is how Rory finds his true love. Zara and Rory work in the same building one morning Rory got to work and found Zara getting absolutely blind drunk he new strait away there was something up with Zara because she is usually so bubbly. When he found out the problem he decided to go with Zara to her stepsister engagement party with her. This is where The story really starts to find out what I mean you will have to read it yourself be warn if you haven’t read any of the other books in the Sullivans books you will won’t to read more of them. This was such a fantastic read it has you laughing out loud at times but other times you are reaching for the tissues. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

There goes my heart. Another can’t put down story. Rory has a plan not to get into a relationship due to the disastrous ending of his last one, but he didn’t count on Zara who is one of the artists sharing his building. Zara needs a boyfriend for a night to attend her step-sister’s engagement party so Rory helps her out, not knowing that the kiss for show would start a bushfire that wasn’t going away. But they are both struggling with personal demons that could make or break their budding relationship, will they be able to work it out and get the happy ending they both deserve.
