Great Read. I ordered this book almost two yrs ago started reading it and put it down because I THOUGHT I found love after heartbreak on my own without realizing past hurts and issues. Oh boy was I wrong and because I piled pain on top of pain this recent heartbreak was a major blow! I came back to this book this time, did the work and was so amazed . Thank you for being a inspiration and a great teacher.

My healing journey 💜. This book helped me so much through my healing journey , I realized how broken I truly was . This whole time I thought people were hurting me and I was just going through all these unhealthy relationships because people were out to get me . Reality is , people always loved me , I was my own demon , I was so hurt i couldn’t see beyond what was in front of me , I blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for my own actions .

Amazing. As someone who has carried around a lot of past pain. Someone who just lost someone I loved deeply because I was unhealed. This book is amazing and has truly helped me! Not once did I feel lonely while reading.

I found the book to be very helpful in coming to a place of self awareness of bottled up feelings that we are afraid to pass through us this book has given me helpful tools that I will use on my path to emotional wellness I’m thankful that God has used Stephen in this way I also like his honesty about his heartbreak early in the book I recommend this book to anyone who is willing to start healing

Straight forward support method to heal the hurt. The tone, information, process and method is clearly spoken in a supportive relational voice acknowledging God and prayer as critical to the journey in healing hurt. The path and steps are simple but not necessarily easy and Stephan acknowledges the bravery and necessity in doing the work with his support all the way. I am waiting for my workbook journal to get started and am grateful that God answered my prayers for solutions and tools to heal the hurt and experience more joy, ease, happiness and confidence in all my relationships. Thank you!
