Great concept. Visiting parallel universes is a great idea and is carried out quite well. It was an entertaining read.

Science fiction. A multiple universe situation. These are uniquely interesting to me as they expand exponentially the possible scenarios almost as much as complete fantasy but retain the basic Physical Structures within our world. I can therefore relate to these possibilities, magic, not so much... will probably read more of these Bridges stories if they are offered as specials.

Infinity: A Bridget’s Origin [review]. I love the concept of going to divergent Earths based on how far back in time “clients” want to go. There are endless possible stories that may be told based on the infinite possible outcomes from any divergent point in Earth’s past. The stories can be as common or wildly diverse and only limited by anyone’s imagination. Anyone “bridging” does so with only their imaginations to keep themselves safe and travels completely naked for 36 hours. In light of this fact, the writer has chosen to gloss over the naked body imagery in favor of writing every seen as clean as if the “Bridgers” wore clothes and just go on with one scene or predicament after another in the same manner. Any “gutter-minded” individuals won’t get any satisfaction here. Just classic storytelling.

Original. It's the simplicity of the concept that makes this book appealing. Unfortunately the characters aren't very well developed. They have names but not much personality. I'm in two minds about whether or not I want to carry on reading the series.

Different. Interesting sifi story. I'll definitely be purchasing the sequels.

Let down by the bridging scenario. I was really excited with the concept of this book. It was easy to read and the story itself was engrossing. It was a page turner and I found myself being really excited as to what the bridging would be like. However it was a complete let down. I don’t want to spoil the book by giving away what happens but I personally found it to be boring and implausible. I understand that this was a later book to give Infinity a back story but because of the ending I doubt I will read any more of this series. This is a shame because the concept had such potential.
