anxiety + fear. i’ve been through just about some of the absolute worst anxiety can throw at one person, and i will say. this book has been a huge help to me. Even though I am a Man. This is a Great Book. It is directed at Women, but if you struggle with any anxiety. The truths of God are still true today for everyone.

Astonishing. I finished this book in 2 days and cried upon completion. While fighting a spiritual, mental, financial, and relationship battle this book redirected every negative thought that I had! I feel relieved, rejuvenated and determined to wake each day with positive thoughts and to redirect all negative thoughts. This book reminded me of the power of God and his mighty works!

Amazing Read. I have read this book a few times and I get something new and insightful each time I read it. As a woman who has suffered from anxiety and fears practically my whole life, this book is a God send literally. It has helped me look at things differently and recognize how to stop patterns. I recommend this book to anyone who suffers from anxiety and to anyone in general.

Life changing. I’ve been a Christian for as long as I can remember...raised in the church. I feel like this book woke me up from a deep slumber. So enlightening...I’ve already been sharing with my friends. Can’t wait to finish up on the study guide.

A new mindset. I really enjoyed this book. It definitely made me understand how powerful our thoughts are and how to constantly align our thoughts with what God says.

Part 2 should be the whole book. Do yourself a favor and skip to part 2 of the book where Jennie talks about how you can change your thoughts. This part of the book is where I did my highlighting and taking notes. Part 1 is a very long introduction and I’m not too sure what part 3 was supposed to be.

Good for you.. Love the authors’ accomplishments. The writing not so good. I felt I had to skip over the last 10% of a chapter because it just changed. The author talks a lot of faith but says science proves. Few spelling errors too. I wouldn’t have bought this book if I had sampled it.

So good. This book helped me so much spiritually. I have grown so much through the journey of this book and it really did break chains for me. God knew I needed to read this book to get closer to Him and not let the world, enemy or sin run my life. 10/10 recommend to have a spiritual awakening and feeling the power of prayer and community. Thank you Lord for this. 🙏🏼

Soul touching.. This book spoke into my soul from beginning to end. The prayer at the end took me by surprise and literally took my breath away as I realized that it was for me! Someone who does not know me, may never know me cared enough about me to pray for me. Thank you!

Amazing!. I am only a couple chapters in and this book is already amazing! I’ve often wondered if there is a book out there that addresses our thought life and the perspective of God. This is it!

The book I didn’t know I needed to read!. This book answered so many questions about my own behavior and mental health I could never answer on my own. Dealing with anxiety, stress or depression can be overwhelming, and Jennie Allen knows exactly where I’m coming from. She backs up everything with scripture and personal experiences. Listening to this audiobook and how she speaks with such a soothing and gentle tone was like meditation for me. I highly recommend this book to anybody who needs to take the reigns of their mind and stop from spiraling out of control every second of every day.

Finding Clarity & God. This book helped me find my faith as it has been lost in the world of anxiety and what-ifs. Jennie does an excellent job at relating what is happening in your mind with anxiety and scriptures that relate to trusting God. Her podcast is amazing, as well! Will read again because I enjoyed it that much!

Life changing!. I grew up in church, but I never understood how to practically take control of my thoughts and emotions! This book was captivating and so helpful to my life! I want everyone I know to read it!

#BLESSED. If you NEED a revelation, battle anxiety, perfectionism, OCD AND/OR love human behavior stuff.. this is it. I did this with a group of friends and it was a powerfullllll breakthrough for us. Peoples lives have been changed because Jennie said yes to Gods calling on her life. It’s not a self help book, it makes you dependent on Jesus which is the only way. #Blessed

Get Out of Your Head. This book was just what I needed to get my thinking back on track. I could relate to many of the topics. It helped me learn how to change my perspective and rethink thoughts in a positive, Godly way.

Great book.... the whole thing wasn’t there. I bought this book on iTunes and really loved it! However, this seems to only have 44 pages and stops right in the middle of the book. Something is messed up.

Religious View on Anxiety. It’s a good book it really puts your way of dealing with anxiety in a perspective of religion.
