Liked it!. I enjoyed following Sloan’s story, especially after what she went through in book 1. The witty banter between the characters were great and I found myself smiling a lot throughout the book. There was a moment where I got a little teary eyed that I was not anticipating, but it helped add a little more depth to Sloan and Jason’s story. Overall a very cute read!

This author can do no wrong. WOW. Again, Abby has created such a beautiful masterpiece of writing. It’s not everyday you get so sucked into a book and truly feel right along with the characters. I recommend to anyone who’s looking for a sweet romance and loves dogs... you won’t regret it!

Perfect Title & Amazing Story. OMG! I wasn’t ready to love this book so much, but I do!! It was the first from the author for me & I’ll be going back for Kristen’s book! Sloan has me from her first thoughts on page 1.....I mean seriously this woman’s intro gives me so many feels for her! And way too may LOL’s! I love that Tucker, Jason’s dog, is the one to bring them together. Jason is such a swoon worthy hero & an absolute gentleman. He’s an up & coming rock star. Sloan’s an artist grieving from past hurts. Tucker & Jason start to show her that life is worth waking up to and living! These two have such amazing banter and chemistry! I was rooting for them the whole book! They also learn a lot about themselves and love! It was such an honor to read their love story! I highly believe this is a book everyone needs to take a chance on! Read it now! It’s worth every page & emotion!

Perfect, loved it!. A fantastic follow-up story to the friend zone! “The happily ever after playlist” is heartwarming, sad, lovely, and comical wrapped into one enjoyable read! I couldn’t put it down. My own husband is mix of Josh and Jason. The sincerity described of the male characters (in both books) prompted me to share these stories with my college age daughters. I told them although this is fiction, there are guys with these characteristics! (Hoping they realize - they should never settle.) Thank you Abby Jimenez! Please write many more!

Loved this!. I had to purchase this immediately after finishing The Friend Zone because I needed to know more about Sloan and how she was faring. This book did not disappoint! A dog jumping through a sunroof while its owner was in another country and had no idea what was going on? The most adorable meet-cute ever! I loved these characters and their relationship. Abby Jimenez yet again makes such real life situations come to life in another beautifully written book. May even have loved this a tiny bit more than the first book. On to book 3!

Wasn’t Expecting Much. What the heck did I just read? I felt like I signed up for a cute lil meet-cute romcom, but THAT ISH had me in a choke-hold and threw me around the room. I thought I had the ending figured out n was waiting but then BAM they added a whole other diversion to have them ripped apart, tortured, and and then brought back together in the most dramatic way possible. Such a fan-gurl dreeeam moment. I will hopefully be dreaming about this tonight. That was so beautiful and I wasn’t expecting much.

Witty, Sincere & oh so Romantic. This book, along with The Friend Zone, are now my all time favorite books. Abby has a way of writing that makes you belly laugh and cry all at the same time. Her writing is so real that I can vividly picture every scene in the book like I’ve seen it before. The characters feel like real people that you cheer for, hurt for, and love like they’re your own family/friends. I was so sad when I finished this book that I bought it in audio format so I could listen to it again. This story sticks with you and you’ll want to re-read it again and again. The songs at the beginning of each chapter add another depth to the story that makes the book even more enjoyable. I’ll never be able to listen to “Name” by The Goo Goo Dolls ever again without picturing Sloan and Jason’s car wash date ; )Thank you, Abby, for putting this story out into the world for all of us to experience. I can’t wait for the third book next year!

Omg LOVED. Seriously….read this in like a day. I loved, loved, loved this story. How could you not just fall in love with Jason. Everything was beautiful and believable.

Oh I love music. This was a good read, finished it quickly. I’ve lost a significant other and related to the character (more than I thought I would as it’s such a different process for anyone who goes through death of a loved one). I really enjoy this author. I gave it four stars as it was a little predictable, but a great love story and I loved all the characters and the dogs. I also loved the way a playlist was included, if I could give it 1/2 a star more I would because of the playlist. I love music and this was a cool touch. If you haven’t checked it out it’s on Spotify, search the title of the book and it will pull it up.

Great read. I love this author, these two books have been real heartbreak and pure joy to read. Don’t miss reading them both.

The Love story I Didn’t know I needed. Marriage can be monotonous and dating leaves your mind the second you raise a family. This book was such a good read, it had me changing the way I saw my husband and remembering that love we also have for each other. It made me want to open up and be a better lover to my husband, to remember that life is short and what if I woke up one day to mourn his death? Never take a day for granted and love what is right in front of you no matter the consequence.

10 stars.. I read this book cover to cover, in ONE sitting. This book was an emotional rollercoaster ride and 6 hours of peace and stillness at the. Same. Time. This book tore me to pieces in both bad and good ways and I wish I could read it for the first time over and over again. I will never recommend another book more than I will recommend this one.
