What?. I downloaded this book and 75% is locked content? Not worth it IMO.
Needs an editor!. TERRIBLE syntax and grammar. SO distracting. I can’t trust an author who does not know how to write.
Keto for beginners. I want to buy this book but can only get a sample with no way to unlock and buy the rest. Very bad user interface. Not sure yet if I got charged for the whole thing.
Jipped. I bought this book and only 1% was downloaded. All recipes after breakfast are locked. so I paid for a recipe book that will not allow use of any of the recipes. I would love a refund or at least get my WHOLE book!

I do not recommend this book. Don’t wast your money. You can find better info, recipes and macro nutrient calculations for free by doing a simple google search. Also don’t be fooled, keto is essentially the Atkins Approach with a different name. Look up Dr Atkins Approach. Hope you find this review helpful.
