You know when you sleep through your alarm, trip over running for the bus, and then someone points out that your dress is stuck into your hotdog-print knickers? That’s basically my life right now.
Gemma didn’t expect her life to look like this. She’s still living with her mother, who steals her leggings and tells her off for leaving crumbs in the butter. After twenty failed interviews she thought she’d got her dream job as a journalist – except it turns out to be writing articles about cats that look like George Clooney. Luckily she has her wonderful boyfriend, Jack, to help her forget just how awful things are.
Then Jack dumps her out of the blue. With nothing but her childhood teddy bear, Stanley, and a whole heap of heartbreak, Gemma resolves to turn things around. She throws herself into her new job and soon she’s hanging out with cheeky, golden-haired hunk Charlie, eating in swanky restaurants and sipping trendy cocktails – and her old life seems like a distant memory.

Nah. Boring
Boring and Lame Story. The most boring and long read. It didn’t keep me interested and the relationships were very childish.not relatable to an adult. Unless you are super immature. Don’t waste your time.
Quick read. Quick and entertaining
Disappointed and stressed. I’m not sure how this book received four stars... it was extremely wordy, random, and for the lack of a better word, boring. This plot was not what I signed up for and I feel as though I’ve been catfished. And yes, the book stressed me out more than anything.
Out With the Ex, In with the New. I have read several of this authors books and enjoyed them all. She certainly writes a well fleshed out story. This one was overly long, and not very humorous. It touched on several serious subjects. I felt like I knew who would be her love interest but It took a long time to get there. This was my least favorite book by this author, but if you are into blogs, vlogs, you tube you might be interested in it. I will always read books by this author because she almost always writes a good story with interesting characters.

Devoured in less than 24 hours!!!. A really good read, I was really quickly hooked to the storyline, which was an unusual but relevant one to today’s society. I felt for the main character throughout, including feel frustrated at her for not seeing things clearly sooner in some parts haha! Overall another brilliant book by an author who is very quickly becoming my favourite!! Thank you Sophie... keep them coming xxx

Binge read in one day. Perfect. Sophie Rinauld just gets better with every book.
Ok. I found the characters not very likeable, or relatable, but maybe that’s due to a generational gap. The whole vlogging, likes and followers is difficult for me to relate too, and the domestic violence references felt a bit false. Not my favourite, but I made it to the end
