Good. Fabulous book. Loved all of it

BORING. I forced myself to get halfway through this book but I just can’t read any more of it. My eyes are rolling back in my head. I have never read a book with such a non-alpha MC president. And the girl... could she possibly be any more uninteresting. Rhetorical question. Don’t waste your time or money on this one. I have never read this author before and most likely will not in the future. Just bad.

So excited this series is continuing!. So excited this series is continuing! This book focuses around Temper, the current MC president, and how he finally gets his chance with the girl he’s asked out for 5 years without success until now. Abbie has resigned herself to working and running the family bar and never following her dreams or finishing school, but every year Temper comes in and asks her out and she shuts him down – until she decides to take a chance. That chance spirals when Abbie witnesses something involving the MC and Temper essentially kidnaps her back to the clubhouse and changes their lives forever. There were a few surprises along the way, such as the identity of Abbie’s father, but I was so interested in figuring out who was behind hurting the MC and once they’re identified, how they finally take them down once and for all. Same as the past two books, I love the MC universe that Chantal provides in these stories, and getting to know the others in the MC as well as seeing what happens to the couples after the previous stories and the storyline flows great. I’ll be interested in seeing who’s next and if this series continues – I hope it does! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Fantastic reax. Chantal Fernando has done it again. Fantastic characters with a great storyline. I couldn’t put it down. Loved all books in this series so far. The female characters are strong and relatable and it’s a book I found hard to put down. Definitely recommend.

This is forty-two year old, Knights of Fury President Tommy aka Temper, and twenty-eight year old bar waitress Abbie’s story line. TEMPER can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary. Told from first person perspective (Abbie) TEMPER follows the building relationship between forty-two year old, Knights of Fury President Tommy aka Temper, and twenty eight year old bar waitress Abbie. For close to five years, every time his MC passed through Vegas on their way to California, Temper has returned to Abbie’s bar, in the hopes of convincing our heroine to go out on a date but when Abbie finally agrees to go out with Temper, nothing goes according to plan and Abbie finds herself a temporary prisoner of the Knights of Fury MC. An attack against the MC, and the resulting death of a rogue for hire, finds Abbie under the protection of the Knights of Fury, a protection that is also meant to determine if and when she is able to go home. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Abbie and Temper, and the potential fall-out as a familiar enemy begins to orchestrate a take-down of the Knights of Fury MC. There is a large ensemble cast of colorful secondary and supporting characters including Saint and Skylar, Temper, Trade, Dee, Chains and Crow, as well as the introduction of drug kingpin Grayson Palmer, Abbie’s sister Ivy, their mother, and the return of Skylar’s mother Georgia. TEMPER is a story of family, friendships, secrets and lies; of betrayal and revenge; of revelations and truth. The premise is engaging and captivating; the romance is passionate and intense; the characters are numerous, charismatic and seductive . I will add that I wish the story line was told in dual perspectives as we are completely oblivious to the behind the scenes of the Knights of Fury MC-their numerous jobs, meetings and frequent trips to gather intel and meet with other MCs. In this, I felt there could have been so much more potential to the story line and thusly the series as a whole.

4 Stars for this MC romance!. Temper is the President of the Knights of Fury MC out of California. Every year when they go to Vegas, they stop at Franks, a little bar in the middle of nowhere. And every year Temper asks the bartender, Abbie, out and every year she says no ... except this year. When Temper and Abbie go on their date, things go from bad to worse when someone gets killed and Abbie is taken to the their club house in California. Will Abbie be able to forgive Temper and give into the chemistry between them? Or will she go back to her small town at her first opportunity? I really enjoyed the storyline. I loved that Abbie could bring Temper to his knees and that he was a totally different person with her ... softer. But I did have a hard time with Abbie going from this sheltered girl to within a week she was toting a gun. I did like that characters from previous books were in thus book and I can’t wait for the next book ... I hope it’s Crew!
