Great Conclusion. Great story
Amazing. This conclusion was frikkin’s amazing. All in all this series is an easy 10/10 and if anyone needs a guide on how to do worldbuilding right read this boo
Luxuriate. The Empire of Gold is nothing short of a revelation. It is a truly difficult task for a writer to continue to enthrall readers beyond an original story, but Charkraborty has managed with each release to elevate her saga into the pantheon of literary trilogies. I could not set this book down until I was too tired to continue, then I was almost jittery until I could pick it up again and continue. It had been over a year since I’d read the preceding volumes, so I reread them in anticipation of The Empire of Gold. To my great surprise, they were even better the second time because I could take my time and luxuriate in the precision of Chakraborty’s writing. I suspect this trilogy will stand the test of time and still be relevant into the next millennium. Give your spirit a gift and read The Daevabad Trilogy.
Such a great series!. This was really so great, I just enjoyed every minute of it! Such lush descriptions of places, magical creatures, and characters. How could you not fall in love with this world. I loved the story and where it went. I laughed and cried and I’m sorry it is over. Although it leaves room for much more to tell ( please please)! A really great series, especially if you love Egypt, like I do!

Great Series. Really enjoyed this series and this finale really brought the story home. My only criticism is that there is so much happening (in a good way) through out the book that the ending almost seemed a little too quick. Highly recommend all the same. Looking forward to River of Silver coming out.
