Charming!. This was so entertaining and sexy! This story was light in the drama department, a very easy, fast read. Full of friendship, fun, charm, love, happiness, and romance. Connor and Jesse were awesome characters. They had a fantastic first meeting which set the tone for the entire book. I loved their friendship, their ease together and playfulness. They had this wonderful building relationship as Jesse becomes Marley’s nanny. I loved watching their feelings grow and how everything evolved. Jesse was wonderful, smart, and caring, and could hold her own with his friends. Connor totally made me swoon as I saw that his playboy ways quickly shifted to being all in with his fatherly duties and doing what was best for his daughter, as he struggled at times knowing what to do for her. I loved how he was so appreciative of everything Jesse did to help his daughter and how protective he was with her. Jessa wasn’t a conquest. She was someone that made him want to be better. But what can become of them when she is leaving for a year? You definitely will want to read to find out. The Stud Next Door was a real pleasure to read. I loved it from start to finish, and even though I didn’t want it to end, the ending brought tears to my eyes. The happiest of tears. Received a copy for an honest review.

Great book. Another great book in the Frisky Business series. This time we got single dad Connor, who is in desperate need of a nanny for his baby daughter. And luckily Jessa shows up at his neighbor’s house as their new temporary tenant. Jessa agrees to be Connor’s temporary nanny before she leave for a job outside of the country. I enjoyed the the friendship that grew between Connor and Tessa and also the attraction between them. After they go on a date Connor realizes that it will be hard to let Jessa go when her time is up. Jessa is realizing this too. I loved the scenes when Connor would be with his friends- Hayes, Wolfie, and Caleb. We got plenty of scenes with them and they were all great. It was also great to see Jessa fit in with Maren, Penelope, and Scarlett. If you enjoyed the other books in this series then this one won’t disappoint.

A Great Read!. Single dad and nanny alert! If this is trope is in your wheelhouse then this book is for you. Connor is a newly single dad to an adorable baby girl named Marley. He is reluctantly returning to work. His issue, finding a trustworthy person to watch his precious girl. While sitting in front of his house with his friends/business partners he meets Jessa. Being the eldest of six children she is more than a little experienced when it comes to child care. Marley takes a liking to her and so does Connor. But he knows the score. If he hires the perfect nanny who happens to be his neighbor, nothing can happen between them. Coupled with her planning to leave for Central America in a few months, nothing can definitely happen between them. Or can they... This book has a bit of angst but oh the heat. The sexual tension between Connor and Jessa jumps off the page. I couldn’t get enough of the “will they or won’t they” scenario. This in addition to the great characters they are surrounded by makes this book a home run for me. A great read for sure!

Frisky Business. This was a fun, insta love story that brings back characters that I have enjoyed reading in the previous stories in this series! This is Connor and Jessa's story. It was a tale of being in the right place at the right time.  Connor is juggling a whole new world of fatherhood, and not very well.  He needs to find help for his newborn daughter and quickly.  Enter a serendipitous arrival of Jessa, baby whisperer and willing to take the job as the nanny on a temporary basis. Jessa is just marking time until she goes international. She is changing her life and starting by helping out the less fortunate. She meets Connor and his daughter and is willing to help until she leaves. The sparks between Connor and Jessa fly! Their chemistry is white-hot and as the story progresses, I admired how Jessa realizes that she doesn't have to run to another country to begin a new life for herself.  She can find it anywhere. If you are looking for a fast-paced, enjoyable read, look no further than the newest story from Kendall Ryan!

Ugh!. It was a bit underwhelming. The climax felt uneventful and the interaction with the other characters were very minimal.

The Stud Next Door. Absolutely love the last book of the Frisky Business series. Connor and Jessa had a great story. Sweet little Marley pulled all the heart strings. Wish we had one more book!

Great!!. Connor becomes a dad unexpectedly when his friends with benefits finds out she is pregnant. He is ready to get back to work but with co-parenting his daughter he is struggling. When Jessa moves in across the street it seems like the answer to his prayers. Sweet and sexy somewhat forbidden romance (boss/employee). Connor is a sweet single dad. Jessa is an independent woman who is comfortable asserting herself. Enjoyable read. Part of the Frisky Business series. While technically a stand alone it is best to read the other 2 books in the series. Favorite characters from the previous books make appearances.

A single dad romance must read!. A single dad romance must read! Connor’s character was always swoon worthy but it went up in this newest release that doesn’t disappoint. Jessa is all set with her goal as she is heading to work for a non profit organization in Central America and her stay as Connor’s next door neighbor and helping him is only temporary. But close proximity and a sizzling chemistry may derail her plans and put Connor’s rule out the door. I loved this storyline, their story was enduring and sweet with low drama and a whole lot of heat level. An enjoyable addition to the series!

This series just keeps getting better and better!. This series just keeps getting better and better! As the books continue, we get to learn more about not only the main character, but the rest of the guys and it makes the anticipation of the next books that more exciting! After the biggest bomb dropping in the last book that Connor is now a father, his whole world is turned upside down. Not only taking responsibility, but also deciding to become the primary caretaker of his daughter since the mother is focused on her career, he changes his whole life to give his daughter the best he can provide. Relocating to outside the city, he meets Jessa who is renting a room short-term from his neighbor before she takes her dream job abroad. When Jessa steps in and helps Connor calm his daughter down and he informs her he’s looking for a nanny, it’s like the stars align for them and it’s a perfect fit. As Connor and Jessa get to know each other, the chemistry and sparks start to fly and they finally decide to take a chance, although Jessa isn’t going to be there much longer. Throwing caution to the wind, they get together and it’s perfect, until Jessa has to leave. Thankfully fate intervenes again, and this couple gets the HEA that they both (but especially Connor) deserve. Can’t wait for the next guy in the group to fall in love in the next book! Ticked all my boxes. Book 3 in the Frisky Business Series and what a perfect addition Connor and Jessica’s story is to this entertaining series. Single parent books hold a very special place in my heart and The Stud Next Door is up there amongst the best, I was captivated from the first page and this story stayed with me long after the final word had been read. We often don’t see what’s right if front of our eyes and sometimes fate works in mysterious ways and it seems fate is playing its part when Jessica moves in next door to Connor. Connor needs help because raising a two month old daughter is not easy when there are two parents so when he finds himself alone with his daughter help is urgently required. Connor’s life is turned upside down and that’s when a Jessica comes into the picture but she is only meant to be in town for a couple of months but in Connor’s mind even a few weeks will help get his and his daughters life back on track, but all will change when he sees what right in front of his eyes and feelings come into play. Will Jessica still head to Central America or will the pull of the swoon worthy single dad and his adorable daughter have her changing her plans for good ...... This book certainly ticked all my boxes, the banter is witty, the chemistry is sizzling but it’s Connor’s relationship with his daughter that talks this book to another level, it’s that relationship that will have readers like me falling hard and fast for this swoon worthy man. This is an heartfelt, emotional and entertaining read and it’s a great addition to the series.

Loved it. For the last few years I have been devouring single parent stories. I really enjoyed The Stud Next Door as I love Kendall Ryan’s writing style. This is the third book in the Frisky Business Series and is Connor and Jessa’s story and was an entertaining read. When Jessa moves in next door to single dad Connor, she offers her services as a nanny to help with his daughter as she sees he is struggling. Who knew that by hiring Jessa, Connor would find what he didn’t know he was looking for. I fell hard and fast for Connor, he was swoon worthy and his relationship with his two month old baby daughter, Marley just about melted my heart. The chemistry between Connor and Jessa is too hard to ignore, the banter between them witty and it was fun to watch as their relationship developed. This was a heart warming, swoon worthy, entertaining and romantic read that I enjoyed.

A Swoonworthy, heartwarming story!. There is just something special about single dad stories and this one was rather swoonworthy and entertaining. It was incredibly heartwarming as well. Connor has certainly stepped up to the plate in regards to his little girl. He is a doting, caring father who deserves a partner at his side. When Jessa moves in next door, needless to say them meeting they way they do is almost like fate. Asking Jessa to be his daughters nanny, could possibly be the best decision he has ever made, outside of owning his own business with his best mates. Could the blossoming feelings developing possibly hint at a bright future? Or will Jessa’s potential upcoming trip put a dampener on things? Only one way to find out and that is to 1-click it. I truly loved everything about this book. It was a story that made my heart incredibly happy and the friendships in it were just wonderful. Who wouldn’t want friends like them? An amazing addition to the Frisky Business series.
