It all falls down. Great ending to another amazing series. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Denise. She is an amazing writer I recommend any of her books, you will fall in love with any of them. Thank you again for taking us on this journey into the life of Rose.

Wow!. I discovered the first Rose Gardner book two years ago when I was browsing for something new to read. I did not realize it was part of a series until I finished the first book and the app suggested the next one. I loved 28 and a Half Wishes so I was so excited for the next one....then I discovered there were more books in the series. It became an addiction until I finished all of the currently published books. I impatiently awaited the next release date, and most times, devoured the new book within 24 hours. Denise Grover Swank is just that good! I get wrapped up in Rose’s world and cannot wait to find out what happens next! It is the perfect blend of mystery, romance, comedy, and drama. It All Falls Down was no exception. I was not looking forward to the end of the series but it was the ending we’ve been waiting for. I will miss Rose and her world and hope that someday there will be a follow up novel or three, or even a cameo in the Carley Moore spin-off series. Thank you Denise for creating such an amazing series!

A perfect ending to a wonderful series. This book made me laugh, and it made me cry. What a beautiful ending to an amazing series.

Wow. I’ve been reading this series for seven years. I found myself memorizing release dates and having count downs for when the next book would be published. I love this series. In true DGS fashion, this book ends with a bang. She did an amazing job wrapping up the story lines, this book doesn’t disappoint! I will miss Rose and this crazy crew. I can’t wait to go back to Twenty eight and a half wishes and begin this journey again. Thank you for writing such a fun and captivating series!

Happily ever after. I enjoyed Rose so much but I am so happy with the ending !!

My story journey. I’m truly broken hearted. I knew James Malcolm was pushing Rose away to protect her. Only I held out hope that they would find their way back to each other and raise Hope in a loving relationship. I just knew in my heart that’s what James was working towards. I can appreciate how the story came full circle with her ending up with Joe, but that part of my soul that knew James was doing everything he could to make himself worthy, held on to the dream they could be together. As it is, I’m only 50 % disappointed in the ending on this beautiful journey. Though I cannot lie the other 50% of me is shattered.

Best series. You will not be disappointed, I have been waiting for the final book and I was so happy with everything about it. You really do end up with your first true love. Could not have asked for a better storyline for the final book. Denise did good.

Wow. I have been with Rose from the start. And wow. It’s been such a journey. I’ve laughed and cried along with these characters. I have loved watching each and every single one of them grow. I hate to see this be the end of Rose, but boy did they do it right with this ending. I was left with no questions and was so pleased with where it went. It played out exactly as it should have. I will forever re-read this whole series and honestly cannot wait for more to come from Denise.

In tears. I don't think I could have ever dreamed at how perfect this book ending was. Denise you surpassed every expectation I had and really gave Rose what she truly deserved. Thank you for letting her shine in her own way and kicking butt when she needed to. This book is intense and plays with all the emotions. It kept you on your toes and the heart stopping moments made it extraordinary.

Excellent. Beautifully done! I love the Rose Gardner series. It’s always full of twists and turns that make you want to skip ahead to see what happens. Though if you did you’d miss the good stuff that’s between the beginning and the end. I highly recommend this series!

Do yourself a favor and read this series!!!. Seriously one of the best series I have ever read! You will fall in love with the characters, the town, and the story. The series has twists and turns and you will not be able to put the book down! This book is filled with love, hope, redemption, forgiveness all the while uncovering a mystery. I LOVED it!!!

Rose Gardner Forever!. Wow! Let me first start by saying that Denise Grover Swank is an amazing writer and one of my most favorite authors. Although I haven’t read every book of hers YET, I’ve read a majority of them and plan to read them all. I have loved every series I’ve read so far, but The Rose Gardner Series is definitely my favorite. I will miss this series and all of the characters dearly, but I understand Denise’s reasoning for concluding it. I hope to at least get updates on Rose’s life in the future, but I’ll respect whatever Denise decides to do. The Rose books have brought out so many emotions in me over the years. I’ve laughed, cried, yelled, cheered and so on. I’m sad that there won’t likely be anymore Rose books, but I feel so blessed to have been part of her journey. These characters will forever be in my heart and mind. The nice thing is, when I’m missing them I can always read the series and spin-offs again. I highly recommend this series to anyone who hasn’t read it. Thank you Denise for bringing these characters to life and for sharing them with all of us.

I can’t believe this is the last book. A wonderful ending to an awesome series. I actually ugly cried. Well done Ms. Swank. Well done.

Sad to see it end. Laugher and tears are what I expected when diving into this book and I had both and so much more. After so many adventures and me yelling at my kindle...it is all over. This book was just like all the others before it with so much packed into it and while I still want more(I don’t think I will ever stop wanting more of Rose and her shenanigan) this book wraps everything up perfectly. Thank you for making these book and giving us another world to get lost in. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Rose. Denise, you’ve done an incredible job on this book and the whole series. Thank you for such an amazing ride of highs and lows, crying and laughing and of course the hanging on by the seat of your pants through lots of it. Thank you for tying all the loose ends, this has been one of the most fulfilling reading journeys I’ve ever been on. Thank you from a very faithful reader of yours ❤️

LOVE ROSE & JOE SERIES. I loved this series the best, I hate to see it end ! Just make a love story with them, doesn’t have to be danger ! Uggh anything with them.

Thank you. This series has been an amazing ride and a wonderful ending to Rose’s journey. I will miss all the bestie shenanigans with NK, but to keep the story going after everything would feel forced. I’m glad to have this one.

Excellent. What a great conclusion to one of the best series I have ever read! I strongly recommend this series and author Denise Grover Swank!

You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, & if you were team James.... This book, this series made me love reading again. I love Roses world. I was one of those hard core team James fans. I really would rather imagine she chose James & is living happily ever after with him. However, Denise made a wonderful book. I’m sad to see her world close but I’m glad it ended on a happily ever after note. Rose deserved it after all she saw her self dead and it was never easy going after that. On another note Denise you wrote a wonderful book. You careful considered ever reader and how we wanted it to end. You gave a happy ending to most of the main character. (Never liked Kate lol) I love the Carly series. I’ll be hopeful Rose may come up again so we can see how her and her best friend tackle motherhood.

What a great series!. A fan since the beginning, so it felt like a journey I had been on over the last several years and I cried with it all coming to an end. But I’m so happy I found the first book so many years ago and got to read Rose’s story. What a great ending.

Perfect ending to a great series. I’m heartbroken over reading the final book in the Rose Gardner series. I feel like I’ve been in every relationship that Rose has been in. Been a part of every investigation she has stumbled into. This book has tied up every open scenario that you might have forgotten about and brought forth answers to questions that you may have asked. I have had many emotions reading this final book. This book was perfection and truly a finale book.

Amazing ending. The final Rose book..... After so many books, so many mysteries, how do you say goodbye. Denise clearly knows how to write a perfect ending. Nail biter till the end. Trying to avoid spoilers but there is a rainbow after the hurricane. It kinda makes you want to go back to “Twenty-eight and half Wishes” and start all over.

Perfect ending. This was the perfect ending for Rose’s story. I hope that we get some bonus content down the line.

OH. MY. GOD.. James. Freaking. Malcolm. I literally cannot. This was the absolute best ending to the most incredible series ever. I can’t say enough good things about this book and DGS.

James deserved better. I absolutely loved this book and all of the ones before. I’ve been reading it for years! However James was one of my favorite characters and he deserved better! He became the person we all wanted him to be and he still gets life? I’ll be upset about that forever. Also I refuse to believe this whole story line happened over the course of two years.

Amazing. I finished this no less than 3 minutes ago and I’m still trying to find all the words. I have been reading Denise’s work since I stumbled upon her in like 2012 or 2013... and I say this with all the love I have for her and her book, Denise this is the best book I’ve read of yours (yes, including After Math- cuz you know I’ve read that boom too many times to count). By far my most favorite book. The emotions were all over the place. I was biting my nails through the whole thing. Tears would randomly invade my eye ball making it really hard to read. Laughter would annoy my kids every time I laughed out loud and parts. But, nothing could have prepared me for what happened. Complete perfection. While I will miss diving into Roses’ life, I know that the was the best ending for a series. Denise you are an amazing author. This book proved how amazing and talented you are. I can’t wait to read what you think of next! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Sheer brilliance as always. This book was every emotion possible. The entire nail biting time I prayed for a happy ending and Denise did not disappoint. It was hard to see where a few of the characters ended up but I wouldn’t have enjoyed it so much if Denise hadn’t been true to herself and the characters. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon Twenty-Eight and a Half Wishes oh so many years ago and traveled this journey with Rose Ann Gardner and Denise Grover Swank!

Beautiful. A beautiful way to end the series. I am incredibly sad that it was the last book, but it couldn’t have ended for Rose in a better way. Denise has a way of pulling me into her books and I don’t think there has been one book of hers that I have not loved!

It All Falls Down. BRAVO!! Denise Grover Swank did it again!!! As an avid Rose Gardener follower, I would be lying if I said I wasn’t sad that this is the last book in the series. Denise always leaves her readers yearning for more. I always grieve the characters of my favorite books when they end, it’s almost like I’m losing my friends. Thank You Denise for sharing your gift with us, it’s as special as Rose’s visions as she was your vision!! It All Falls Down ended just as it should have with mystery, suspense, and love!!!

Loved the finale. I have followed Rose’s story all the way back to the first book. Each book release I have loved it even more than the last book. I absolutely love how much Rose has grown in all of the books. Denise did such a wonderful job closing the story up and I loved how it ended. I definitely can’t wait to re-read the whole series now that it is completed. My love for Rose will never go away but I can’t wait to see what is in store for Denise’s future books!

One more book! One more book!. Not going to give away any spoilers, but this book was incredible - as are all of the Rose stories. I still hate to see Rose go. I am holding out hope that there will be more and more. I wanted more from Neely Kate and Sparkle Investigations too. Motherhood doesn’t have to mean that you settle down forever! I can’t see these women letting this all go so easily. Come on Denise! Don’t quit now! Please!

Perfect ending!!. When a new body shows in Henryetta, Rose knows trouble is on the horizon. Rufus Wilson worked opening safes and his girlfriend has information about one of his jobs. Now everyone is looking for her and the more we learn, the more we find answers to previous questions. I find myself unable to delve into this book without saying any spoilers, but I can tell you that this, this book 7 and final of the Rose Gardner Investigations, was PERFECT. Clues are popping all over the place and Denise wraps up all the lingering questions that we had from previous books and most importantly, we finally have closure for everything! I truly believe this was the perfect ending for this series. Would I love more? Of course! Denise is a master writer and everything she writes is amazing (and yes, even the stories that I didn't love were created in wonderful worlds) But I think Rose's story is completely over, I can't think of anything else that she would need to say. However, I think that you could still tell more about the other characters in Henryetta, so here is hope that we can have some glimpses into this part of Rose's universe. Also if you like this story and haven't read Carly Moore, what are you waiting for? After this book, I'm excited to read the next book!

Amazing journey. I loved loved loved this series. I am super sad that this is the end, but it has been amazing reading about Rose and her journey. Once you start reading it’s hard to stop because you want to know what’s going to happen!! These stories have made me laugh, cry, and smile. I’m so glad I came across this series and can’t wait to read more from Denise.

Amazing. Such a fantastic ending to one of my favorite book series! I absolutely love this book! I am amazed at how much Rose has grown over the series. She is a much stronger person than when her journey began and anyone that knows her, recognizes her new strength. I was glad that Denise included all of my favorite characters and answered all of my questions from the series. There were twists and turns throughout the book along with some scenes that took me by complete surprise! This book is amazing and although I hate to see the series end, the ending of this book did not disappoint at all! Thank you Denise for sharing Rose’s world with me!

So so good!. Of course I could not put it down! Seriously, from the first book to the very end, I felt it all lived with the characters and got so attached! Such an amazing author, and so creative! Please, you have to give us more rose gardener! Please! The ending was perfect! Honestly, I am so happy so satisfied, but still want more

So many tears. Such a great but sad ending. I’ve been reading this series for a while now, I’m sad that it’s over. But it was such a beautiful read and great evolution to Rose and her growth. Everyone needs to read this!

A beautiful wrap. I’ve read every Rose book and I’m deeply in love with her strength. I’m so sad to be done reading about her, but also excited for the day I start the series all over again. And I’m also so in love with the Carly Moore series, I hope there are a few more books to come. Well done Denise, you are truly my favorite author.

Never disappoints. I read every book in this series and I always looked forward to the next. Never got bored or felt it went on too long. Sad it’s over. I practically grew up with this series, which helped me relate to Rose. I read it as an undergrad, sometimes having to wait until the summer so I wouldn’t get distracted with my studies. Now almost 10 years postgrad as a wife and mom to young children, knowing that mother instinct to protect at all cost had me in my emotions the whole book.

Perfect ending to one of my favorite characters. I stayed up way too late reading this last book. Although I’m sad to know this is the end of what we know of Rose’s story, the author did a phenomenal job. I’ve never felt more happy with a series end. Congrats DGS! Well done!

Why did it have to end 😫. What a great book! I cried! What a great ending! Though I didn’t want it to end, I understand why it was time! And part of me wished for it to end the other way!

Did not put this book down!. It truly started with 28 and a half wishes, and every Rose & Neely Kate book thereafter draws you deeper into their wonderful, amazing, funny, adventurous lives! Selfishly, I’m so sad for their story to end. But that’s the mark of a wondrous author, to pull us into the characters lives so deeply that we wish to never let them go. I’ve spent much time with Denise Grover Swank’s many characters , and have the same devotion to them all - she’s a gifted weaver of strong female characters, all of whom I’d love to befriend & fight right along side them. Thank you, Denise, for each one !

A Great Adventure. My journey with Rose ends with reading It All Falls Down. I am saddened that this is the final book in Rose Gardner’s series. Rose’s Journey isn’t over but it is complete. I’ve been privileged to be a part of her life. In 2013 while reading Twenty-Eight and One Half Wishes, I met Rose Ann Gardner, began to think of her as a dear friend and started a wonderful journey. As each book ended, I would anxiously wait to be a part of Rose’s next adventure in her life. Rose blossomed and grew while searching to find her own voice. Many of her adventures were humorous, others put her in perilous jeopardy. Rose became fearless when fighting for what she believed. Rose developed faithful, loving friends and experienced the joy and pain associated with her choices, losses and love. Rose struggled and reconciled her relationship with her sister. She transformed from a shy, beaten down twenty four year old into a confident business woman and a young mother whose life is just now beginning. This statement says mountains about the author Denise Grover Swank. Rose’s story is told by weaving friends, family and emotions like humor, loneliness, pain, fear, determination, anger and love that have been fanciful, realistic and raw. Denise has completed a beautifully tapestry. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great. Gonna miss Rose!

Love. I found a love for reading with the first Rose Gardner book. I’m sad for this to end but I couldn’t think of a better ending. Thank you Denise for taking me away from day to day frustrations and giving me a love for reading that I lost over 20 years ago.

Absolutely amazing!!. Took me awhile to read this, just because I know it’s Rose’s last book. Now that I have read it, I’m not sure why I waited. Absolutely amazing book. Very well written. Ties up all loose ends. Thank you Denise! If you haven’t read this one yet, you really should read it. If you’ve never heard of Rose Gardner. I highly recommend starting at the beginning with Twenty-Eight and a Half Wishes. I’ve loved her journey since the beginning.

Coming full circle. To be honest, I had my doubts about how well things were going to be wrapped up. But really, one should never doubt the amazing Denise Grover-Swank. She managed to wrap it up with a happy ending that wasn’t unrealistic or cheesy like most novels. Having Rose end is extremely heartbreaking (I even ugly cried when I finished), but ultimately I understand, even if I feel a bit lost at the moment. This has been, and will continue to be, my favorite series of all time.. one that I brag on every chance I get. Thank you Denise for giving me a storyline I loved, characters I viewed as friends, and my love for reading in general. I’m not sure I would’ve found my love for reading if not for this series so I owe you big time. You’ve got a top fan for life ❤️

Bittersweet; PSA spoiler alert review!!. Every book, including the bonuses that have been published with Rose Gardner, I have binge read within a day or two! If this is a spoiler alert I apologize in advance!! I’m so sad that this is really the end of the series but I am so happy with how it ended. It really was like a full circle, which Rose Gardner had mentioned in this book. I’ll miss reading about her and her family and collection of misfits she recruited, but like the author says she deserves happiness and I’m a sucker for happy endings! Thank you Denise! You did an amazing job on this ending

Outstanding!. It All Falls Down has left me speechless. Truly the end of an era! What can I say besides that this has been the series of a lifetime. An emotional and heart wrenching, yet beautiful ending to a full circle story. This book wraps up all of the lose ends while keeping you in suspense until the final chapters. Denise, you have created something so special for your readers. Rose Gardner will stay in our hearts forever.

Don’t Wait! Read this Now!. I cannot recommend this book enough. From the very beginning, I was held captive yet again by Denise. Rose’s story has completely come full circle and while I am sad this is the last book, it was an amazing ride until the very last page. Get lost in Rose and Neely Kate’s world full of unforeseen challenges.

Fantastic. Oh my goodness. I don’t know how to put into words how I’m feeling right now. I am truly going to miss Rose. This was a wonderful ending to an amazing series. Rose Gardner has what she’s always wanted. A beautiful daughter, amazing man who loves her, and wonderful friends who care about her. But she has to fight to keep them. Rose is terrified of the people she love getting hurt and her losing everything. It All Falls Down had me guessing throughout the book. I didn’t want to put it down, but I didn’t want it to end. It had me laughing, gasping, terrified, and crying. I caught myself holding my breath multiple times. Like I said, I’m really going to miss Rose. I found the first Rose Book, Twenty-eight and a Half Wishes, as a free ebook when I first started to pick up reading and decided to try it. That book will forever be my favorite, it’s the book that made me fall in love with reading. I really wish this series could go on forever, I know it can’t, but it really was an amazing end to this fantastic journey.

Must Have Book!. The emotional rollercoaster this book was is every bit of the reason I urge anyone and everyone to read this! I’ve loved every twist and turn in Rose’s chaotic life and this was a beautiful ending. Perfect in every way. Thank you so much Denise.

Devoured in a Day!. To say I was looking forward to this one and also dreading the end at the same time...I’ve actually never enjoyed a series as much as I’ve enjoyed this one and the last one DID NOT disappoint! Rose is such an amazing character and this book only shows how much she has grown. The only regret is that it was the last one...

Amazing. Wow!

Perfect ending. And just like that it was over. The ending was everything we needed and more. It was just perfect.

Would make a good tv series. Characters that came to life and have more depth with each book love to see this on TV and see if my images from my imagination are true to the authors words.

The end. I started right at the beginning of the Rose journey all those years ago and "it falls down" is just the perfect ending to this series. I had tears streaming down my face when I was reading the last chapters knowing it was coming to an end but it was just so right and what needed to be and I have no words apart from thank you. ❤ Rose has had her baby and settled with Joe but even in this last ever book there is still some unfinished business that takes a few twists and turns and keeps you wondering what's going to happen next. I dont want to wrote anything further so as to not give anything away but it's truly perfect and leaves you with a book hangover!

What! Only 3 chapters?. I preordered the book and got 3 chapters. If DGS can send the rest I will submit a better rating but as it is I won’t be buying any more of this super series sadly.

And so it ends. Wow what a journey the last few years were. I will miss Rose but I can re read and visit her again. She could not have had a better ending, a bit sad about James but it’s for the best I guess. Loved this book

Wow what an ending. Went into reading this with mixed emotions but WOW, OMG, WOW, OMG 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t want to give anything away but Denise has worked her magic with this book. Lucky to be in Australia so with the time difference we received it a bit before some other countries but definitely worth the wait. I am sure I will read this again, my brain was going so fast to take it all in at times. Thanks again to Denise Grover Swank for an amazing series of books with such beautiful characters centred around Rose. I hope to be able to order hard copies of all the books in this series when the next pre-order happens. P.S. I would love to see how life may continue for all of these characters set a few years in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — with Denise Grover Swank.

Great series. I have lived the Rise Gardner series and I’m so sad that they have come to an end. The last book it all falls down had me in tears. I’m so sad that the series has ended but glad it ended on a happy note. Denise Grover Swank is a wonderful Author and this series is definitely a great read. Thank you Denise for writing this great series of books I have loved every minute reading them. I’m sad it’s over but as they say all good things must come to an end.

A great series. This book is a worthy ending to a colourful character & storyline. You will laugh, cry & get angry throughout Rose’s journey but it is worth every minute of it. Highly rate this series & this talented author. Thank you Denise Grover Swank for your energy & dedication to your readers.

A great wrap up to the series. It’s hard to believe it’s over, but I can’t believe how great of an ending it is. Rose has been on such an adventure and grown so much. I love how many books are in the series. All as good as the next. I seen some people writing that they cried at certain points in the book, and I thought why would you cry. I now understand why and I too cried. Again such a great book you are hooked as soon as you start reading and it just gets better and better you struggle to put the book down. I was introduced to Rose in 2017 after a ectopic pregnancy and was made to bed rest. I always loved reading but as I grew up life took over and I forgot how much I loved it. I was going through books and stumbled across Twenty eight and a half wishes. It was fair to say I was hooked and I’ve read most of Denise’s book which are all amazing in there own way. If you are a Denise or Rose fan please give her other books ago if you haven’t already and you will not be disappointed.

Amazinn. This book was so amazing, I didn’t get the ending I wanted but the ending fit so perfectly. Thank you Denise for bringing Rose into my life almost 10 years ago. I’m forever thankful you shared her story with us.

Also in the Book. I see more of Rose, even if you can't. The door has been left open for all characters and it's shame to stop now. One day Rose will channel through you again and you will not be able to stop her flow.

Wow. I loved this series from the very beginning and it’s very bittersweet that this is the last book for Rose. Denise did not disappoint her fans. I could not put her book down. Beautifully written with such beloved characters. I will miss them all.

I’m in teads. Wow. I started the Rose Gardner series when I was in high school. I think I was 16 or 17. I’m now 24. I’ll never forget how I snuck my moms credit card to buy every single Rose Gardner book. The lectures were worth it. What a journey it’s been. This series brought me so much happiness. I never knew a book could make me feel so much, but my god, Rose did. I’ve never loved a series more. And the ending... ah so bittersweet. (SPOILER ALERT) I wanted James to have his happy ending so goddamn bad. So freaking bad! I rooted for him from the bottom of my heart every single book. I wanted him to have a life with Rose and Hope so bad. I cried so hard reading their final scene. It was beautiful and it seemed ‘right’ but man I wish he had gotten his happy ending. I think he truly deserved it after everything he went through. I loved Rose so much with him. More than Mason and I absolutely adored Mason and her together. But damn James and Rose have my heart forever. Thank you Denise for blessing me with a series that helped uplift me during the most difficult times in my life. I have reread this series so many times and every single time it’s just as good. I feel like Rose has literally been part of my life. It’s been years.Thank you. I will always be a reader 💜

A million pieces. What a perfect way to finish a series! I’m so happy and so excited for Rose! My heart broke into a million pieces and it still really stings, but the way it was written allowed me to feel so full - full of life and love.
