Mystery love. I received this ebook ARC from the author on the condition that I write an honest review. Wade is a wealthy owner of a company that provides help to foreign countries. He places an ad for a private assistant to live in his mansion, be constantly on demand, and wear a uniform. He is a very cold, mysterious, and confusing man with hidden secrets. Savannah is a recent college graduate, without a job, or any incoming money. Looking for a job, she finds the ad from Wade, and she decides to accept his offer of the high paying job. She arrives at the mansion to meet a closed off man, a man that she will have to live with and work together. They begin working together, but an attraction develops between them, with very confusing occurrences. Unfortunately this is a book with a sequel to follow. It ends in a mysterious form and one only hopes that the next book reveals more. I’ve read several books written by J. S. Cooper, and I’ve loved everyone of them.

Can’t wait for the next book!!!. I felt like could relate with these characters. I know what it’s like to do a job that i wouldn’t normally do. But it would be worth it if i get love and romance in the end. I’m a girl who loves a mystery and this left me wanting for more. Hope you enjoy as much as i did.

Mystery Romance. I enjoyed reading this book. A young woman is just looking for a job to make the rent and put food on the table when she comes across a job advertisement for an assistant paying a six-figure starting salary. She’s responds to the advertisement and the banter begins between her and her potential mystery boss. They have a love-hate work relationship that turns into an affair of sorts. This book has you wondering and guessing the entire time. The cliff hanger at the end has left me intrigued. There’s definitely a mystery aspect to this book. This book is worth a read!

The Wade Hart and Savannah. 4.6 stars Let me say that I am partial to books set in New York and this is one witty, relatable and humorous read. Savannah is a recent college grad who is having some challenges finding employment. As she struggles with trying to come up with ways to pay her rent and other necessities, she comes across some possible positions. After a few interviews, she finally settles on a potential job that may be interesting while covering all of her bills. The Wade Hart is a very wealthy man who is looking for a person to help him with his business and decides to give Savannah a shot although she is everything he did not want nor was looking for. The banter between The Wade Hart and Savannah is like striking a match that just sparks and burns. Their interactions just illustrate how far gone these two are if they would only…Filled with drama and a storyline that will put and keep a smile on your face, this is one book to add to your tbr list.

Unconventional Job. Savanah has graduated college and needs to find a job so she can pay her rent.  If she doesn't find a job, she will have to leave New York City and move back to the small town she grew up in.  She answers and add in the classifieds He also owns and runs a very large company and does awesome philanthropy work.  Wade has a dark side and secrets. Wade is an alpha male bad boy, the ultimate tall dark and handsome.  Wade is the kind of guy you cannot decide if you want to slug him or kiss him.  He is a loner and bit eccentric.  He tries to push the limits with Savanah.  Savanah is an independent courageous gal and she is not letting Wade get away with some of his antics.  I like her spunk and willingness to stand up for herself when her boss crosses the line.  However, it is a cliffhanger so if you are not a fan a cliffhangers be sure to get the second book Return to Sender as well. I received a free copy of this book from the author and Bookfunnel.  I am voluntarily leaving a review which is my opinion alone.

Must read!. What a banging start to a new duet that doesn’t disappoint. I was highly entertained with Wade and Savanna’s story, it was engaging, cute, steamy and so much more. A well written storyline that keep you interested and likable characters made for an enjoyable read from start to finish. I can’t wait to see what happens next especially with that ending that will leave you wanting more.

Definitely a slow burner. This is the first book in a duet. The story isn’t complete until you read the second book. Just a little warning for those who may get annoyed that the story continues on. While I’m not a fan of cliffhangers they’re not a deal breaker for me as long as I know about it going into the book. This story intrigued me from the beginning so I’m hanging on waiting for the rest of the story. It’s definitely different then stories I’ve read in the past. Savannah is not very worldly. I’d say she’s rather naive for someone who has made it through college. Wade is very jaded and there are times when you want to throat punch him. I had several moments where I wanted to smack Savannah too. I guess this book is bringing out my violent side. Savannah answers an ad Wade puts in the paper for a personal assistant. She doesn’t meet the qualifications for the job but she’s desperate for the money, so she answers it. They have some witty emails between them and since Savannah was the only applicant Wade interviews her and gives her the job. As the reader of the story you definitely get the feeling that something is off about the job and not right with the whole situation. Frankly if Savannah had a little more experience in the world this should have set off all sorts of alarms for her. Wade is hot and cold with her and at times is an absolute jerk. Savannah is a virgin and pretty clueless when it comes to life in general. She can’t help her attraction to Wade and she really needs the money, so she puts up with everything. Is the money worth it? Will she stick around? What is Wade really up to? We shall find out the answers in the second half of this duet. I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Sometimes oil and water does mix!. Savannah is a firecracker!! Typical college graduate who desperately needs a job and has some interesting interviews many of us can relate to...and many hope to never have to relate to! Not sure I would have answered this ad but The Wade Hart is just the sparing partner Savannah needs to keep this awesome story making you laugh and shake your head at every turn. The attraction is there but do you really want to cross that line? Yes, yes and yes! Just when you think everything will turn into a romantic comedy Wade goes and does something to make you gasp and just shake your head and what wonder the heck he’s thinking! The mysteries surrounding the Hart brothers grows through the story and you are left wanting so much more!! I hate waiting and I want more now! Please hurry and finish writing book 2:) Loved the characters, the storyline and all of the emotions this book takes you through. J.S. Cooper is one of my very favorite authors and I have enjoyed all of her books that I have read so far. I had the pleasure of reading this book as an Arc and recommend you put this on your To Read List!!

Horrible. I hate to do this I really do but I have never read a book this annoying. Savannah lacked so much to me and it was just so unreal that she was behaving the way she was. I feel like the story had so much potential which is why I kept reading! The author failed to add substance to the story. I didn’t feel the attraction between them or any emotion for that matter. The book was void and the pages were filled with words that served no purpose, many pointless words and topics. 😩

Prepare to sit on the edge of your seat!. Savannah and The Wade Hart (yes, he refers to himself that way) are interesting characters, putting that mildly. Savannah is a young college graduate aspiring to be a poet, and with the real-world closing in, loans to pay, she answers a cryptic job ad for a live-in, full-time assistant in a remote small town. Wade is a wealthy, know-it-all businessman. They start their working relationship on rocky ground and are continuing to get their footing throughout this book. However, the attraction between these two is evident as the reader, so is the compulsion to want to smack The Wade Hart. This guy is like the hot jerk you can't help but love. He's the project man we all seem to date at one point or another in our lives. But Wade's layered cake type of a personality is full of secrets and hidden agendas, as is the tiny town in which he lives. I am waiting on the edge of my seat for book two because I MUST know what Wade is up to and how it involves the sweet but naive Savanah.

Waiting. I fell in love with Savannah right away. Love her whit Nd sass. Can’t wait for book 2!

Enjoyed it. Savannah is down on her luck and needs a real paying job and needs it quickly which is why she answers a odd job add and out of mere luck gets it but the second she meets her new boss Wade she knows two things first thing is something is definitely off and second is a instant attraction. Wade and Savannah May have a connection but he is the epitome of hot and cold! Can’t wait for the next part of duet!

Amazing read I couldn’t put down!!. OMG I loved this book! Wade runs hot and cold with his feelings and actions towards Savannah even though their chemistry is off the charts! There’s suspense as to what everyone is warning her about and lots of witty banter between them. Seriously you should read this one you won’t regret it! I can’t wait for book two!!

Savannah Carter. Things aren’t what they appear when Savannah takes a job as Wade Hart’s peronsal assistant. Wade comes of as a pompous jerk and rubs Savannah the wrong way with his cocky attitude. As time passes and Savannah gets to know Wade she becomes even more confused by him and his hot and cold moods. Will she be able to figure the mystery that is Wade?

Completely Unexpected!. This was a whirlwind! Just when I thought it was going one way it dove the other. I’m on pins and needles in anticipation of the second book. When reading the synopsis I had something COMPLETELY different in mind as to what I thought this book and the characters would be like. My expectation of Wade was a brooding, lonely, miserly type man. However, as soon as his correspondences started with Savannah I realized although he’s not exactly the kindest he’s certainly lively. He’s completely audacious and unapologetic in things he has to say. I found him to be such a creative character, I thoroughly enjoyed reading more and more as he developed almost into two separate characters. Savannah I loved from page one, she’s young, fiery, fun and bold. She’s not afraid to stick up for herself and I love that in a heroine. She truly gives Wade a run for his money, it was incredibly entertaining to watch the two of them banter. The chemistry these two shared is off the charts, the way that J. S. Cooper has written the hot and cold of that, was perfect. I could feel the emotion and the heat that Savannah felt throughout the book, it was just a perfect tornado of passion. The expectations I had going into reading this book have been thrown out the window. What I thought would be a, break through his rough exterior, type love story has taken me for an unexpected ride that now has me in sweet anticipation of where book two will take us. The book overall is incredibly well paced and keeps you hooked from start to finish, leaving you on a cliffhanger. The detailing was perfect not overdone or redundant. The surrounding characters are interesting and add their own special flavor to the story and the character(s) they interact with. I loved this book, it was something unexpected but completely worthwhile. Highly recommend it! Can’t wait for the second book!! I received an advanced copy and am giving my honest review.

I couldn’t stop reading!. I received an ARC for an honest review. I devoured this book. I couldn’t put it down. I was so intrigued by the storyline. The comedy, the sarcasm, and the mystery (because ohh boy is there mystery) were all so on point. I loved the secondary characters of Lucy and Henry; they added a nice touch to the story and were great. The sexual tension was just over the top. I was screaming at my iPad on more than one occasion. Haha. And will give one spoiler... *spoiler alert* cliffhanger!!! Why Jaime why did you do this to us?? Haha. Can’t wait for Return To Sender. Only question... what happened with the standing desk? Haha.

Such A Great Book!. To Whom It May Concern is such a great book which I could not put down until the last page! The characters, Wade and Savannah, are polar opposites which leads to a frustrating work arrangement but also to enjoyable and humorous situations. This book has humor, wit, heartfelt and emotional moments, and a love/hate relationship between these amazing characters which creates a fantastic storyline. I highly recommend this well written novel by J.S. Cooper! I am really looking forward to the next book in the Hart Brothers duet which is entitled Return To Sender. Excellent, Fun, Hot, & lots of secrets!. I loved this book! The characters were well written. It grabs you and you can’t put it down. Read it in one night! Wade is a rich sometimes arrogant sometimes nice guy. The verdict is still out on which he will be. Savanna is a sweet naive fireball. The two together are fire. The book ended on a cliffhanger. I absolutely can’t wait for the next book.

And the best part is how they are signed by “The Wade Hart”. After agreeing to take the job working for a man she knows nothing about except for how sexy he is Savannah hopes she hasn’t bitten off more than she can chew. The chemistry and dynamic between Wade and Savannah is hot and draws you in and keeps you full of intrigue. Add to that all of the supporting characters and it’s a book I couldn’t put down. I can’t wait for the next book to come out and see what happens between Wade and Savannah.

The Wade Hart 💋🗞♥️. Answering an want ad in a news paper... Who knew it would alter your life as you know it. Recent college grad in debt for 100k rent due 😐 answering “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN” ad. Money 💰 talks and BS walks. Conversing with a guy who refers to himself in a third party has me intrigued “The Wade Hart” then asking for pic of myself so I sent a picture of my dog instead 😂. In all do respect I need this job or me and my bestie will be homeless. So I’m taking the job hoping for the best 🤞🏼. I’m packed hopping on a train to my new job in all hopes “The Wade Hart” isn’t a serial killer or some perverted old man. Once I arrived at the estate I was a bit surprised he wasn’t at the door to greet me. His brother was giving me a tour and we arrived at the pool and there in living breathing color is “The Wade Hart” the most handsome man I’ve ever seen. I’m at a lost for words....The banter between these two is hilarious. This is amazing book that captivates you from the beginning until the end, if your looking for a book that intrigues your mind and you can't put it down, then this is the one for you. Savannah is an awesome character who has just graduated from college and is trying to get into the workforce. She sees Wade's ad for a personal assistant and the correspondence between the two is hilarious. She decided to accept his job offer since she needs the money. Their chemistry is so very hot and I cannot wait to see how the rest of their story unfolds in Return to Sender.

Unputdownable. 4.75 Stars ⭐️ This was a fantastic read. It was fun, engaging and unputdownable. The story got me hooked from the very first page and I literally devoured this book. Savannah is a recent graduate and desperate for a job. She ends up working as a personal assistant to ‘The Wade Hart’ . From the moment Savannah response to Wade’s ad and the interaction between these two. This book got me captivated. Some of the interactions between were so hilarious and the back & forth between these two was spot on. Savannah was fun and sassy. Wade definitely was not what he portrayed , he was hot and cold and had this mysterious aura. He was an arrogant jerk and his hot & cold antics made him to get to know more about him. The story was fun with perfect doses of romance, sizzling chemistry , light moments and suspense. I really enjoyed this book though this book ends on a cliffhanger and left me craving to find out what would happen next. I am anxiously waiting for the next book . A must read!

Entertaining. I was hooked by the blurb provided by the author prior to the books release. I couldn’t wait to read the story and I believe that the author delivered beyond my expectations and than some. I was on the fence about his character. He was simply a jerk to her. She was a delightful character who I loved from the start. The story was entertaining and I cannot wait to read more.

Interview of a lifetime. First off this has a cliffhanger and it really sounds like it’s going to get interesting in the next book. I absolutely loved the characters of The Wade Hart and Savannah Carter, the witty banter is full of zingers and each one is full of innuendo. In this case some are acted upon and others are taken to heart. There is plenty of hilarious situations, plus there seems to be a mystery behind Wade’s preference for seclusion in a small town. I will say, that Wade is the definition of sexy arrogance, yet he has this boy like charm that makes him irresistible and Savannah being the naive young virgin, is completely swept away easily into his grasp for the taking. I am intrigued by not only Wade, but some of the other characters as well, which I will not give away because I feel they are some how linked. This was definitely a page turner and am so looking forward to the next half in this duet.

You know no good can come when you take a job after just a phone interview.. Savannah Carter answers and add for a job as an assistant. The add seems fishy since the salary is six figures and he wants his assistant to live at his manor in a rural town. Since she seems to be out of options she agrees to accept the job even though she things the guy is a jerk. You just know that things are going to be crazy when you take a job with only a phone interview. I loved the banter between Savannah and Wade and how she calls him out. The characters are great and I can’t wait for the next book. This book ends with a cliffhanger just so you are aware.

Good book. I really am enjoying this book. I have a love/hate relationship with stories that have second books. But i have to say this one was a good book. It had such a fun banter between them. I really enjoy how Wade makes Savannah think one thing but it really isn’t but he does it in a way that he’s not lying just kind of not correcting her. Wades mom is kind of a piece of work but makes for an interesting storyline. Can’t wait for the second book!

So so good!!!. When I started this book, I wasn’t sure what to expect maybe a billionaire romance and it was, but it was so much more and amazing. The story starts with Savannah struggling with her degree and being able to find a job, but by some luck (if you can call it luck), she finds a job that seems too good to be true. Desperate for money she doesn’t care that the job seems odd as an assistant to a businessman, but as she arrives to the job her first impression of her boss Wade leaves a bitter taste in her mouth. Wade is this cocky, handsome, rich guy that knows exactly what he is and uses it to try to throw Savannah off his real persona. As these two try to fight the attraction and keep things professional, it’s a real struggle for them and sometimes they go past the professional boundary, but Savannah tries to stay strong as much as possible. I loved Wade because he was charming and a jerk, but you knew deep down there was something else there and the story has blown me away. It does end on a cliffhanger and I know my review is vague but trust me you will want to read it and love every second of it without spoilers. I absolutely can not wait for the next one to see what will happen next and we don’t have to wait too long for the second book.

Steamy. Mysterious.. Be forewarned, this book is part of a duet and ends on a cliffhanger and I’m totally invested in finding out what happens next. Part two is Return to Sender. Savannah is a recent college graduate in dire need of a job. She answers a want ad and is hired to work for Wade without really knowing the specifics of her duties. Savannah and Wade, of course, have undeniable chemistry. However Wade, through his actions, runs hot and cold, frequently leaving Savannah confused as to his intentions, but not confused enough to leave him alone. There is a mystery surrounding Wade and his family and I can only hope that we will finally find out what it’s all about in part two.

Just How Much Hart. When Savannah took a job that sounded too good to be true, she had no idea just how crazy it would be. Still, she needs the paycheck and she rather likes the verbal sparring that comes with working for The Wade Hart. He actually refers to himself as The Wade Hart. There’s a whole lot more to the man than meets the eye, and what meets the eye is majorly hot. I can’t wait for the next/rest of the story!

Hit and sexy with a secret. Savannah and Wade’s story has me hooked from the beginning. These two have great chemistry. Savannah is so relatable and likable. I can’t wait to find out how this story ends!!

Really Wade!. I loved this book even though it ended on a cliffhanger. Now I'm eagerly anticipating the conclusion - Return to Sender. Wade is a pompous jerk, but he does have his moments. Savannah is a sweetheart and I'm routing for her to get her HEA. At times I really wanted to reach into the book and smack him for some of the things he said to her, but I also wanted to shake her and say "Run while you can!" This book ended with a touch of mystery. Great read that I highly recommend! I voluntarily reviewed an arc of the book.

Loved it!. I have to say that this is one of the most anticipated books I’ve read in a while and that was simply based on the preview as it was such a unique set up for Savannah and Wade to meet - and the book didn’t let me and my high expectations down. Instead of the usual insta love that’s fairly common in this genre this one has us on tender hooks all the way through - right up to THAT cliffhanger ending. I don’t want to give away the plot but I can honestly say I have no clue why Wade is behaving as he is or what part the support cast will play in the future. In short I just can’t wait for part two to come out and just pray that there’s a good reason for Wade doing some of the stuff that he does as there were times I wanted sweet Savannah to walk away for her own well-being. She really deserves the HEA I’m sure the writer had ahead for her. I received an ARC in return for an honest review.

Read and be in suspense!. OMG!!!! Part 1 in the Hart duet books and I bloody loved it. Savannah is a great character to read, shes sassy and takes no crap so my type of girl. Wade is the kind of guy you love to hate and there are many suprises in store with this storyline. I cant wait for the second book to find out what happens. Read it! Love it! You wont be disappointed with the suspense.

Very intriguing. This is a great book with interesting characters we have savannah a 22 recent college grad who along with her room mate Lucy is struggling to find a job to pay rent she responds to wade hart advert via the paper they have some witty back and forth in email and then the phone interview I found wade hot and cold he seemed to be up and down with the way he acted towards savannah we also met Henry his brother who seemed very friendly there are definitely secrets that are going on in the town and the hart family I am looking forward to part 2 so these questions will be answered if you read this book you will not be disappointed. Best JS Cooper book to date.. I received an ARC of this book and the following is my honest review. I have read many of JS Coopers’ books and I think this one is the best. It is very witty and I loved the banter between the main characters Savannah and Wade. She is a 22 year old struggling for money and he is a billionaire (and obviously gorgeous). She responds to his ad he has placed for a live in personal assistant with a very large salary and gets the job. Their chemistry is clear from the start but Wade clearly has two personalities, he blows very hot and cold. The banter and innuendos between them is pretty funny. As the story progressed there were clearly secrets the Hart family had, and the book left me hanging wanting to know exactly what they were. I’m looking forward to the next book Return to Sender to have my questions answered!

What are the Hart brothers hiding. This book was amazing, it is very well written, the story and characters are well developed, I particularly loved the characters personalities and enjoyed seeing how the dynamics between then changed and evolved. Savannah is strong full of life and accepts no messing, Wade Hart gorgeous billionaire full of innuendos and dirty suggestive cryptic remarks, but the chemistry between them is explosive. The story has plenty of twists giving you no idea to what Wade and his brother Henry are hiding or how the storyline is going to unfold and then there is the interfering mother!!! and Gordon! What’s his game and why is he so interested in what the brothers are doing up at Wade Manor. So many questions and not enough answers can’t wait for book two. Jaimie is a fantastic author and certainly likes to keep us in suspense, this is a book not to be missed. I was given this as an ARC by the author in exchange for a voluntary honest review which I was happy to provide.

What an awesome book. This book had me reeled in hook, line and sinker. JS knows how to get you engaged in the story. I laughed throughout this book and felt lots of emotions. The characters were so well suited to each other and I can’t wait until the next book is released.

Absolutely brilliant plot. This book is an absolutely page turner. Its full of suspense drama twists and turns and steam. The chemistry between Savanna and Wade is very well developed and interesting. Be warned it finishes up on a cliffhanger though. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book

Great start to the duet. 4.5 Stars for To Whom it May Concern ( The Hart Brothers Book 1) What a great start to the new series from Ms Cooper and if this book is anything to go by The Hart Brothers are certainly going to be a hit. If you are looking for a fun, entertaining, slow burn romance look no further than To Whom it May Concern. Savannah Carter is a 22 year old looking for her first job after finishing college, she is broke with the rent due and will take anything at this point so she applies via email for assistant to The Wade Heart! The job provides her with financial security but what about the man and why does this job pay so much....well I guess you need to pick the book up to find out who The Wade Hart is and what he expects of his employees. I loved this story, it ticked all my boxes, the banter is witty, the chemistry is scorching hot and the story captivated me from the first page to the last line, it’s got the perfect mix of love, passion, humour and secrets as well as a few surprises. I’m so looking forward to book 2 in this series and I highly recommend you one click this gem and get to know the Hart brothers. I received an ARC for an honest review.

Entertaining. This was an entertaining read that had me from the first moment I read the blurb for this book. Savannah Carter needs a job and she needs it fast. When she sees an add by The Wade Hart for a personal assistant, she has no idea what she is signing up for. However, since the money is so good she promises herself she will put up with her annoying boss as it will giver her the security she craves. Wade Hart is an arrogant jerk who Savannah cannot help but be attracted too. There were many laugh out moments throughout To Whom It May Concern, particularly with Wade’s often outrageous behaviour. The chemistry that sizzles between Savannah and Wade is intense and you cannot help but become invested in the story that Ms.Cooper weaves. It was funny, steamy , drama filled and was an entertaining read which I was riveted from the first to the last chapter. As Savannah slowly but surely learns the secrets that Wade has been keeping will they bring them together or tear them apart? This was a great start to the series and I am looking forward to what Ms.Cooper has in store for us in Return To Sender. I voluntarily agreed to receive an Arc of this book for an honest review.

Just WOW. This book is awesome! I loved Wade and Savannah. The story is great, when I started it I thought it was going in one direction but it went in a completely different direction that was really unexpected but still amazing. I really enjoyed this book, do yourself a favour and read it.

Boss vs assistant. OMG I have no words to tell you how much I love that book, one of the best romance novel I have read this year, J.S. Gave it all. There are so many reasons why you should absolutely read that book. The characters are addictive and Savannah drive the story, a fun, naïve, independent woman who is discovering life and Wade who is a very secretive man. Can’t wait for more. I received and Arc and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Loved it!. I loved this book! Savannah is fresh out of college and needs a job. She applied to an ad in the Newspaper. She is hired to be The Wade Hart's assistant. I just loved the back and forth banter between them. This is a fun, angsty, hot and sexy story that kept me entertained throughout. The book does end in a cliffhanger and I can't wait for book 2. Wade and Savannah!. Savannah may be book smart but not so much when it comes to life skills. She finds herself in student debt up to her eyeballs and with no job she has no way of paying her monthly expenses. She needs a job and is running out of options so she can’t afford to be picky. She may not be a perfect fit for the ad she answered but desperate times call for desperate measures. Wade is a successful businessman who is high on skill, low on patience but he can be very charming if necessary. He requires an assistant who he can call on at a moment’s notice, but he isn’t about to let anyone, especially his employee break through the walls that he has built around his heart due to his past. Both Wade and Savannah are compelling characters as they try to maneuver the situation, they find themselves in and the feelings that they are developing for each other in spite of themselves. Their interactions have the perfect balance of sarcasm and wit which combined with the secondary characters and the secrets yet to be revealed leave more questions than answers and have us wondering what the future holds for his couple.

To whom may concern. If you need a break from daily ugliness you need this book. It was fun to read. Really keeps me interesting from the beginning. Sparks flying all over and I wonder who is going to cave in first. Mixed messages but heat is definitely there . Will they walk away or finally admit feelings. Can wait for the rest as this book ends in cliffhanger
