Great expansion!. Wonderful stand alone romance with a happy ending! You can’t go wrong with this author’s books, and this is no exception. I thought the shorter (original) version of this story was good, but this is even better! You can’t go wrong with this book, it’s a great read! Couldn’t put this book down!. This book had me riveted from beginning to end. One of my favorite romance types is longtime friends to lovers, and this book is a shining example of that. Autumn and Judd are just perfection together. I don’t want to say much else to avoid spoilers, but I hope you enjoy their story just as much as I did. Make You Feel My Love. This is such a sweet love story that has lasted forever but with both of them trying to do what they think is the right thing. Danger makes them face what they have known all along.

It just keeps getting better. Every time I read this book it gets better and better! Excellent work from Kait Nolan!

Suspenseful and romantic. Loved it! Kait Nolan has written a wonderful romantic suspenseful story with Make Me Feel My Love. Judd has dedicated his whole life and career to keeping Autumn protected and they rely on each other since childhood. The storyline has twists and turns to keep you guessing and throughly interested in outcome of the story . I love how the personalities of the people of the town of Wishful are interwoven into the story. I highly recommend reading this book! Make you feel my love. I love Kait Nolan’s books this one had such a great love story and a great mystery! I did figure it out but I think we were supposed to! Don’t want to give anything away... but read it !

Romance and suspense!!! Great combination. This book has it all! A great plot, good suspense and a great couple! Ms. Nolan forayed into a different genre, blending romance and suspense. I have to say it was nail biting and a page turner. As with all of her books, I finished it overnight. Buy it, it’s a great read! Even better than the original!!!. The original version of Autumn and Judd’s story, “If I Cared”, was a great romantic suspense story! I couldn’t imagine how it could be improved upon. However, when I found myself still avidly reading at 2:00 am, I realized “Make You Feel My Love” is even better!! I was totally caught up in the story once more; and with many new details, clues and twists, I kept reading long after I should’ve turned in for the night! So, I’m saying if you’ve read “If I Cared”, treat yourself to an even better experience with “Make You Feel My Love”! You’ll be swept away by a truly great love story! loved it. a little predictable but not overly so. tbh with all the workup about her heart condition i was really hoping for a rescue scene that involved like CPR and Judd begging her to hold on... but i’m a sucker for angst. this was great too!! definitely worth the read.

Don’t want to miss Autumn and Judd’s love story. I've read the whole wishful series thus far and I think this is the best one yet. This story matter is darker and has more twist and turns then the other books. I love how Kait intertwines the residents of wishful through out her book series, so they can grow and we can get invested in their world. I enjoyed Autumn in the other books and couldn't wait to learn all about her. I kept rooting for Judd and my heart went out to both of them as I learned of their life story. You don't want to miss this next story from wishful. I didn't want to put the book down and can't wait for the next one. Make you feel my love. Absolutely wonderful and now I’m stuck, too read the second one or about the doctor and new sheriff??? You won’t be sorry reading this and finally not a cliffhanger.

Layered. This is sort of a friends to lovers story - with a traumatic past and a mystery thrown into the mix! Because it’s a little longer than many of Kait Nolan’s stories, it builds a lot of backstory into the present for Judd and Autumn, but the payoff is an intriguing story with lots of depth and a love story for the ages.

New and improved. I’m a sucker for a good friends to lovers romance, but this one adds a bit of suspense to the storyline, which boosts it up to great. With a tragic backstory and I’m simply overwhelmed by all the yummy, interesting goodness! Autumn has loved Judd since they were kids, but she doesn’t tell him. Of course, he doesn’t tell her how he feels, either. But when someone seems to be after Autumn, secrets and feelings are exposed. This expanded version of book 1 in the Wishing For A Hero series, originally titled If I Didn’t Care, holds true to the flavor of the original but broadened both the storytelling and the characters. I liked the first, but loved the second!

Amazing Story!. When you have been best friends since you were six years old, it’s often easier to go with the flow than take a chance with the feelings you hold deep in your heart. Judd and Autumn are inseparable, they do everything together, so why can’t they admit their love, everyone around them can see it, so why can’t they. A wonderful read of best friends to lovers, such strong characters who overcome the obstacles in their way and deal with the fallout! Both were great. I have read both versions of this book and while I read this version it was more detailed, and polished the story was pretty much the same. Still thrilling the second time around, love the anticipation she builds, I feel like the sexy bits got better too! So 👏 good job.

I loved this book. I loved If I Didn’t Care, the original story of Judd and Autumn, but this version is even better! I love that everyone in town knew they belong together except them. A great friend to lovers romance, it is a must read. It is part of a series, but it can be read as a stand-alone book. I do recommend reading them all, though! I was gifted an advanced reader copy and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review of this book.

I absolutely loved it. There is just something about this pair that makes my heart sigh in happiness. I read the original “If I Didn't Care” and I absolutely loved it. I can safely say that I love this version even more. I still stand behind my original words about Autumn and Judd’s story: I already loved Wishful before I started If I Didn't Care, but watching how this little town pulled together for Autumn and Judd made me love it even more. This new spin-off series isn't quite as cute and fluffy as the original Wishful books, and that's just fine by me. The Wishing For A Hero series takes us for a walk through the darker side of small-town life, but don't worry, there's still plenty of the heartwarming sweetness and downright zaniness we've all come to expect from the residents of Wishful. If you enjoy your romance and suspense tightly woven together then you need to read this. I will warn you, you may want to have that box of tissues handy when you get to the end. Make Me Feel Your Love. A love story that stood the test of time. Judd and Autumn met when they started school , Judd was 6 years old when he started protecting Autumn and loved her from that moment. Autumn was subjected to almost every horrid experience during her teenage years and into adulthood , she emerged a strong Woman . What a super love story, with just enough angst, drama , suspense and sexy moments , for an awesome read. You totally knocked it out the park with the rewrite , Kait . I loved the moments with the Casserole Brigade as well , love them ! I can relate to the busy bodies that they are. I love every new family I meet in the Wishful books, the Hamilton family are no exception.
