Disappointing. Not good like the other books I’ve read from her.

Great but fluffy. Overall has a wonderful message but i felt this book could have been 4 chapters instead of 12. It was very repetitive and half of it was quotes saying the same thing. The message though is amazing and i will re-read its practices

Loved. I loved this book. Really love reading her stuff and she really does open up possibilities and allows you to see that there are new ways of thinking and living our day to day lives. Really made me Aware of my negative emotions and thinking and because of this I choose to live happy and joyous everyday. Thank you for writing this and thank you to everyone who had a part in this bless each and everyone one of you for spreading the teachings.

A wonderful book but…. I love audio books, although this audio book was impossible to listen to because of the background music. It was so disruptive, better buy the written word instead.
