Much too slow- The Camel Club. So far,excruciatingly slow to get going. Should have read sample first. My bad. Lee Child,Michael Connelly and Robert Crais blow this author away, but I'll keep trying. Rick-Hollywood

Great!!!. A lot of detail and tons going on but well worth the time invested. Definitely starting the next book of the Camel Club very soon. Stick with it and I'm certain you'll enjoy it as well.

The Camel Club. David Baldacci. A four man group , all with a very interesting background. They are not who they appear to be.Oliver Stone aka John Carr is an ex special forces operation and a government assassin. There is a serious plot to assassinate the president of the United States and the Camel Club. Non stop action and intrigue on every page~~~ My highest recommendation!!

Preposterous drivel. Absolutely preposterous story line. Probably skimmed 25% of the book as much of the writing was just useless diatribe that had nothing to do with the story. So the president gets kidnapped and the FBI isn’t involved? Only 3 homeless senior citizens and 2 secret service agents are trying to find the president? Usually like Baldacci, but it seems he was just paid by the word, logic and reason be damned.

Great Book. Better series!. Camel Club is a great intelligent novel filled with action and unexpected twists. If you like CIA action/mystery page turners You will love this book, and the best part is the series that follows it. Camel Club is Just the first of a 4 books series. If you enjoy the first one you are in for a treat.

Camel Club. This book was awesome!!! David Baldacchi is an incredible spy thriller writer.. The best I have ever read.. Lots of research done and not a lot of fill in with over-descriptions, like so many other writers....You can't put it down!!! Love The Camel Club Group!!!!!

The Camel Club. A little confusing, a lot of characters, a lot of back and forth as to who were the good guys and who were the bad guys, but generally a "keeps your attention" book.

Camel Club. My first read by David Baldacci. It was slow to start but was a great book, can't wait to start the 2 nd book of the series. Hope it is just as good.

An Old Shoe That Fits!. A story that could happen with characters that could live next door. A must read for anyone wanting to stroll down roads with people you would like to know in real life.

Overwritten. Way too much politics and so called background. Got tired of skimming it. Borrrrring!

Worth A Read. The book starts out slow but you'll be happy you read it when it's over. The journey of Agent Ford and Oliver Stone will have you on your toes by the end of the book, wondering what plot twist is next.
