Trashy. I loved her other books and their trashy nature but 16 is just plain garbage

Sizzling sixteen. Worst book ever!

Liked it...a little different from the others though. I loved the book. Evanovich can ALWAYS figure out a way to make you laugh. This time I thought the book was a little more "settled" and "calmer" than the others....but still it was GOOD. Now just one question remains: when is number 17 coming out?? Thanks!

Sizzling Sixteen. Evanovich uses the perfect mix of Grandma Mazur, Morelli, and Ranger in this one. Her usual brand of humor seems more laid back in the face of Plum's wacky misadventures, which had me chuckling louder and more often. If you thought you'd had enough of Plum, think again! Sizzling Sixteen leaves you hungering for the next installment, as Plum's future in bond enforcement, and even the Plum agency in general hangs on the edge of a cliff.

Sizzling Sixteen. As entertaining as ever. Just what I always receive from this adventuresome author and her flamboyant characters. The personalities are well developed and believable. There is some exaggeration but it's entertaining and fun filled storytelling at it's best. Thank you again for your sense of humor and excitement.

Sizzling Sixteen. I loved this book too! I was hoping it would end with Mooner leaving a message on Stephanie's machine and Morelli listening. "Dude, I forgot to tell you last week not to use the condemns in your night stand... The Hobbits wanted you and Vinnie to make little hobbits so they poked holes in all of them" only the message came too late cuz all of them were used between a night with Ranger before he left the country.... Then a make up with Morelli.

Great Story. Janet Evanovich has done it again! Great story, fun read, looking forward to the next one!

Hilarious!. Evanovich gets better with each book. Who is Stephanie going to end up in bed with this time? Which of her not-quite-normal friends (?) will show up to wreak havoc? What will Grandma get involved in? As usual, the answers and the way we arrive at them create a funny mystery that only the great Janet can write. Always an adventure and the best way to brighten even the worst day.

Sadly disappointing. The story line was weak and disjointed. I understand the characters are expected to "talk" and converse a certain way but it was over the top. This is the third book I have read by this author and most likely my last.

Sizzling sixteen. Her worst to date. Very lame plot. Far fetched and dumb. She should go back to writing like she did before but this is by far not even close.

Sizzle 16. I really enjoyed book. I love the plum series, & it didn't disappoint.

The Best and Funniest Book in her series. As with all of her books they are fun to read but this one is my favorite so far. It had me laughing out loud.

Sizzling sixteen. I've been getting more and more disenchanted since number 13 and this book did nothing to dispel that feeling. These books are becoming too formulaic; nothing new really ever happens. I don't know if Ms Evanovich is rushing or is just tired of the series, but this book is definitely not worth the price and is probably the last I will purchase.

Eh. I love the Stephanie Plum series but this one seemed a bit off in terms of the humor and the character development. It didn't feel as "Evanovich" as all the others. It was still enjoyable but I missed some of the snappy humor and crazy character relations of the prior books.

Not quite sizzlin. I am a die hard fan of all the Plum novels. I have read some of them several times. I really look forward to each new book. Unfortunately this one wasn't even close to being as good as some of the others, but- I'd rather read a bad Stephanie book than a good book with another character. That being said, if the next books in the series lack the humor, plot, and overall good times that the other books have, then really, Evanovich needs to quit while she's ahead. And that's hard for me to say, knowing how much I anticipate every Plum adventure. I will definitely be reading Seventeen, and hoping for the best- everyone deserves a 2nd chance- especially after all the great books she HAS PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN. Also- it's definitely time for Stephanie to make up her mind between ranger & Joe.

Great!. I so enjoyed this book!

Best of Plum in a while!!!. While I always love the Plum novels, the last few were getting a bit predictable. This one held me in suspense until the very end. While not exactly the most exciting of the series, I still didn't want to put it down.

Not as good as previous ones. This book was not as good as the previous books in the series. I still enjoyed it, but it seemed lacking in plot. It started getting better toward the end, but then it was over. It needed more Ranger and Morelli - there were no hot scenes at all. I'm not sorry I read it, but think it's overpriced at $12.99.

Predictable but entertaining. She must have written this one after getting sucked into the Hobbitness movie series. She should've use the hobbit name website instead of creating her own.

Okay. I thought hhis was fun, and worth the purchase price. It was more of a cliff hanger than others in the series, so, in some ways a place holder. Still, enjoyed it and laughed out loud.

Big Fan. I love all of Janet's Plum books!! My mother and I have been reading her for years! And we can't wait to read what she puts out next. They're always hilarious and we always want cupcakes!!

Sizzling Sixteen. This was definitely not her best effort. Story line was pretty lame. Entertaining at times. Seems like she rushed to make a deadline.

Sizziling 16. I always love Stephanie plum books they are the greates, but I felt this one lacked a little oomph. We need more action with ranger, morelli wasant even a big part in this one. Here's hoping in the next one, Stephanie pays ranger back :)

I'm officially done reading Janet. I soooooo looked forward to the release of this book only to be disappointed by Evanovich's failure to bring something new to the table. This book was nothing more than a regurgitation of all past Plum books combined. I'll definitely read the critics review prior to purchasing # 17... If it ever happens.

She's still got it!. I stopped keeping up with this series for a couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised while reading this that Ms. Evanovich is still going strong and better than ever with Stephanie Plum and her crew!
