Am sad to hear the news. My deepest sympathies and condolences to Mr. Flynn's family. Vince was a great author, educator, and story teller. He will be truly missed by all. This book is excellent, as are all of his titles in this series. I am very much looking forward to reading them all.

Another gripping Mitch Rapp thriller. Wow! That's all you need to know. Great story that pulls you in and won't let go.

No Disappointment. A little slow at times but Flynn doesn't disappoint when it comes to the action. Spent many late nights until I finished and now it's on to the next one.

Separation of Power. The sad passing of Mr. Flynn prompted me to again read some of his thrillers. Even though I knew the outcome, my heart pounded as Mitch Rapp risked life and limb to save us all! Through Mitch, Mr. Flynn will truly be in our hearts and minds forever. May his wife and children find some comfort in their time of sorrow knowing how many of his fans out there are thinking of them in their thoughts and prayers.

It’s bad.. Way too much detail. Not enough Story. Combine Books 4 and 5 and you have the book. Not happy with it.

A bit different from the Rest. I'm currently working on the Flynn series in order and I love them so far I can't seem to put them down. However, this one was a bit different in my opinion. This one seemed more political then it did in previous books where there was more actual war fighting-gun slinging action. It offered more of a political thriller aspect with Kennedy. But I think that mixing it up was a good change for the whole series. There was also more development into different relationships and situations where normal action took place. It was a bit dry in the middle but it came around in the end with a bang. I would call it my favorite of the series so far but I would have to say that it was a good book. I also like the development of the Mitch Rapp and Anna Riley relationship, that aspect of this book offered something different than the others have. Enjoy!

Overly Descriptive. Like other commenters, I found myself skipping through the description of Anna and her emotions. That’s not what I read this series for and it was rather drab. Actually, a new reader to the series could skip this book and be fine.

Vince Flynn. RIP Vince, You thrilled millions with your wonderful books. You will be sorely missed by all of us. Tommy Kirby

Boring. Transfer of Power and The Third Option were pretty good books, however Separation of Power was very repetitive. Flynn kept repeating himself and repeating things written in the previous books. It seemed as though he was inserting these things to make the story a novel, rather than what it should have been, a 100 page short story. I don't think I will be buying any more Mitch Rapp books.

Mitch Rapp. As usual a very engaging Mitch Rapp novel. I always look forward to reading these stories and his one will not disappoint. Thank you.

Separation of Power. This book is excellent. It is so riveting that I had a hard time putting it down.

Insulting your intelligence. I found this, my fifth read in the Rapp series, to be so redundant and lame that I am giving up on the rest of them. Flynn is apparently writing for the lowest common denominator--explaining and explaining again--that I am insulted. I'll stick with Child and Baldacci, thanks.

Mitch Rapp at his best. This book was one of the most tense and emotional I've read in the Rapp series. Mitch is at his best, deadliest, boldest, and yet the most vulnerable of his previous books. This is a crescendo of the previous three novels by Flynn and ends with a ruthless assassination that left a smile on my face and a laugh in my voice.

Fun Easy Reads. All the Mitch Rapp books are entertaining quick reads. They are kind of like a guy's version of a grocery store romance novel. This one was as fun as the rest with a little more political intrigue thrown in without really sacrificing any action along the way. The only downside for me was Flynn's description of Delta Force. Given how accurate he usually is, it was surprising to see him call their headquarters the wrong thing, incorrectly state where they recruit from, and constantly refer to them as "delta force commandos" instead of their preferred "operators." They might seem like trivial mistakes, but in a series that has been fairly accurate it was a disappointing lack of accurate research.

Too Much Fluff. My third read. Started with the first with Mitch. While the book helps build on the characters... There were too many "flash-backs" to the earlier books (almost a page--word for word) and repeats within the book. Several "scenes" just close out without closure? Like, what happened? Too many characters with compete names... Never to become significant. I am satisfied with the purchase and the read. Several minor editorial errors; and introduction of terms that must be decoded within the context of the paragraph left me disappointed. I finished this third book with the feeling that the author could have made these three books as one. Or, he started with the one story and divided into thirds using the fluff and flashbacks/inserts to pad. I finished with the feeling, Ludlam in his earlier books would have challenged the reader more and crafted his work better. From the reviews, I've decided to proceed to the fourth Mitch book. Thanks to the reviews that support an "upgrade" in quality & Meaningful content.

A Story For Our Time. Fast paced, realistic and appropriate for now and a long time to come. Our country needs the likes of Mitch Rapp. Action speaks louder than all the nonsense spouted by politicians. Civil behavior requires wise people to interact in a genuine manner. Without consideration of one another society would dissolve. Mitch Rapp makes sure we ALL pay attention.

Separation of Power. Terrible. Did Vince Flynn write this one? Don’t waste your $10🙄

Good Story!. Great continuity again with books 1and 2 but I have to agree a little with the "too much flashback" comments by some. It's almost as if Vince Flynn thinks avid readers won't start with Transfer Of Power and read the whole series in the order they came out. All three have been hard to put down and I'm half way through the fourth book, Executive Power already. Changing venues for each book keeps it interesting. Finding it hard not to jump ahead and read Kill Shot now!

Great Read. Vince Flynn does not disappoint! Great attention to detail. Story was filled with action. Must read. You won't be able to put it down.

Another Great Mitch Rapp read!. Riveting, quick-moving and a celebration of America!

Weak drama. Way too much “relationship issues” for me. It was a boring plot line with a weak ending.

Excellent Story of revenge. This is my third Vince Flynn book in the Mitch Rapp series. I can't wait to start the next one. Flynn does an excellent job of finished where he left off in the previous book, "The Third Option". I was disappointed in the way he ended "The Third Option", but he finished the plot in this book. Mitch Rapp is a hero. I look forward to seeing what Mitch is going to do in the next book.

Another great book Vince!. Nicely done! I had a hard timing putting this one down.

Separation of Power. Great book. One of my favorites in the series. Good mix of politics and action. Some love in there too. Highly recommend this book.

Separation of Powers. Spell-binding... I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

the third option. Not bad.

Highly entertaining. Great read, now I need to read all of Mr. Flynn's books.

Separation of Power. Love Vince Flynn's books. Am presently re-reading all of them. So sad Vince Flynn has passed.

Great. Another great read! Vince flynn is a master! This book, like many of his others is a great blend of action, drama, politics, deceit and comedy all wrapped up in one! The only thing I dislike about this is the fact that, similar to mr. Flynn other books, finishes too quickly. I wish for once, that the main villain would be executed in a better fashion. The whole book leads you to this one man, and he is killed in the epilogue, without Any explanation to how. No details or anything. Every other kill made in his books are detailed like crazy, yet not the final one? Other than that, great read!
