In Love. Dear Patti, This book made me laugh, cry, and relish in the truth about relationships! My best friend/roommate and I have been experiencing the worst "hookups" college has to offer. We just want to find the one and be happy. When you said why would someone want to date you if you don't want to date yourself it just clicked! I want to be fun and enjoy life more so that I can find someone who does the same! In the right direction. I thought this book was pretty good. I liked how personal it was and how Patti interacted with her reader through writing exercises. It was comical and made a lot of sense. However I feel like it is geared to women in high profile cities with lots of money to spare. Also, from my experiences, I feel like this doesn't apply to all men of all races and cultures. Overall I really liked it.
