Perfect. theres a good portion of the book that is another persons perspective of poes work but once u pass all that, it is all of poes work. it is as it says. "complete works"

Edgar Allan Poe. Edgar Allan Poe is truly an amazing poet. I bought this book on a whim. I've never cared much for poetry, but I simply fell in love with the poetical works of Mr. Poe! And, I'm proud to say, he has dug within me a deep adoration for poetry, and for this, I will forever be a fan of Mr. Poe. He will forevermore, be my favorite poet. And, so to Mr. Poe, thank you greatly for making me love poetry. I will forever be grateful!

Sample did not show excerpt!. Doesn't a sample of the poems mean actual writing? This "sample" was not that at all. I hope the full version is better.

Good. The people that reviewed this and gave it one star are not doing justice to this collection. First, it is not just some guy talking about Poe. Maybe you should read more the the introduction before writing a review. Second, the people that rated it one star because you don't know how to use the software, I sure hope you aren't rating other current authors with the same incorrect low ratings. If the book doesn't open on your device or you cant find the table of contents, that has nothing to do with the quality of the book. This book is exactly what it says, it is a collection of Poe's poetical works starting with The Raven. Great for free.

Misleading. The title makes you think that you are getting Edgar Allen Poe poems but that's not really the case. Instead you get some guy talking about his life which I admit is somewhat interesting and what he thinks about edgar's poems. Waste of time

A must-have american poetry. Exactly that: complete poetical works. An interesting biography to go into Poe’s life, complete poems, organized in youth, older, latter poems, etc. some essays on poetical works and a dramatic work. Most poem has a short note on year of publication and other interesting information. This particular edition has been in my library around 6 years, and still checking it up to date.

Exactly what it says.. The people that say otherwise need to learn how to use their device before the write a review.

Good transposition. This is exactly what it claims to be, plus some notes and commentaries on Poe's works. There is a table of contents and all of the poems and prose are included. Other reviewers that claimed otherwise are fortunately entirely mistaken.

Table of contents. Just another comment recognizing that there is a table of contents, and this book is wonderful.

Perfect. The book is amazing. Hitting the "contents" button is essential if you want to skip to the poems, but the notes and commentary are good.

Just what I was looking for.. If you have the literacy to read past the forward and know how to use your software, the. You will be very satisfied with this collection.

Table of contents?. Although this does have Poe's works, there is no table of contents or any way to go to a specific poem. This is frustrating.

Poetry was beautifully descriptive, you can sometimes feel his inner torment and passion.. Highly recommended to anyone who loves poetry

Who to blame?. Not sure if there is anything here to read since this absolutely refuses to load for me! It tells me that it is on my library, but won't open. Tells me to download it from a special, non-existent menu mind you, and all it is doing is taking up space since I can't even delete it from my iPod in order to attempt to download it again! The one star review is for iBooks, I dig Poe but this is ludicrous!!

Love it.. Idk what the other guy is talking about, the table of contents section is right next to the "Library" option at the top.
