Okay Starting Place. I think the non-dieting advice is good for someone looking into controlling excess eating. The exercises are good if you would like to get a good workout at home without equipment. The book wasn't as useful to ME because I do some of the things in the book already. I am also more fond of workout DVDS.

Uhhh!. I cant believe I wasted my time reading this book. This only works for people who want to shed 30 lb. Technically all the small print 80 page book said was you shouldn't overeat and you need to exercise. I'm in 7th grade and I only want to loose 10 lb. I'm not even fat. I glad this was free!!!

Ok. Useful advice, but some of the weird grammatical errors were distracting. But it's free so... yeah.

It was really good. I'm an 11 year old girl and I really liked it but I think that the author should write a book like that for kids.

Good information!. This little book is the answer to Americas Weight problem! I lead a local weight watchers meeting for three years. I really wish I could have related this information to all the men and women struggling with their weight! Thanks for the free book!!

Good advice within. Worth a try. Some of the points the author makes should be common sense, but just look around they aren't. Even though by most standards I am near the bottom of my BMI recommendations, I plan to try out some of these techniques.

Naturally lose weight. This book is great it's full of helpfull ideas ! It really dose HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT !!!!! But it just talks a lot about "other" people who study this and that I just thought it should focus more on the exercises but hey IT WORKS !!!!!!!

Mistakes throughout the book. Spelling and grammatical mistakes make you question the credibility of this book. Sure it provides some good insights to people's eating habits these days and offer ways to break them. But there's little support on the 'theories' mentioned and leads the readers to think that they are all author's gut feelings without support from experts from related field. I personally think it sets up to Promote the other books the author writes and you will have to pay for.

Love the concept. Lots of common sense stuff but still felt like I came away with some new techniques on changing my eating habits and behaviors surrounding food and exercise. I do feel like this book is meant to just sell his others but I don't think it failed in that regard. I'm very interested in checking out some of his other books. Definitely worth the quick read and came away with some great exercises as well.

All Of The Information You Really Need. This book approaches the subject of weight loss in a very simple manner. If you follow the authors’ instructions you will more than likely lose weight. A book doesn’t have to have 360 pages and hundreds of illustrations to get the point across. If you burn more calories than you consume then the weight will come off. He is just telling you how to do this. If this book had been 360 pages then most people would not finish reading it, myself included. What the author has told you is really all you need to know…it is just up to you to follow the instructions.

Proofread!. This book has a bunch of punctuation errors. Periods in the middle of a sentence, for example. There are also misspellings throughout.

Decent little book. I am a nutrition major and although this book does give a lot of factual information, it doesn't give many sources to back it up. Also the author makes his points from an evolutionary type perspective which, for religious folks, can be taken the wrong way. Although I agree with the information, religious people might have a tough time reading this book, and as a result may discredit not only this book, but the author all together. The end result may be associating this natural lifestyle with theories of evolution which I don't believe is the authors intent, however he refers to animals and evolution quite a few times when he "backs up" his statements. And yes the grammar is very bad.

Awesome book. I downloaded this free book to my iPad and I read it in about 3 1/2 hours it was loaded with great information on how to train your body to diet and it had 2 form of exercise plans with pictures and internet links to some nice factual information. I recommend if you are serious about changing your body in a natural way you get this amazing book.

This is a good start. Its a great reminder of how our society complicates food and fitness. This easy read will hopefully get you on a new path. I also learned a lot about human behavior. David Nordmark breaks it down and makes it simple. I wish he focused less on workouts and more on recipes and tips for eating.

Started off well. It started off really interesting and then got seriously boring! Interested points made at the beginning. In my opinion stop after the first 100 pages!

Works for me. I have heard some of the principals before, but as the book was condensed into just 260 or so pages, I engaged with the concept of animal dieting and exercising a lot easier. Some of it really should be common sense, but I'm glad I have been reminded in this way and I am now conscious of the way I eat and question myself if I find myself thinking about snacks!

Great read. Great resource to have worth a look and worth taking the concepts on board

A good start. This is a good first read before you decide to tackle your weight. It covers some good points on the psychological barriers we put in place preventing ourselves from loosing weight. It's a good place to start to get yourself in the mind frame before embarking on some gimmicky quick fix diet. Unfortunately it is only that, a start. You must read other books or ideas to give yourself the big picture of a healthy lifestyle. Worth the read if you have time.

Perfect for me. As soon as I read this book I knew it was the answer for me. I had all those bad habits, and this is so easy and painless. My food intake has reduced quite a bit and it's been fun, because I know that changing my behaviours in such simple ways is the key. Thank you David Nordmark. Om Guru.

Lose weight....no biggie!. What a refreshing and insightful look into how the body works. some very interesting ideas on nature and how we have lost our paths.

Wow. Just, wow.. This book is great! This is exactly what somebody needs to loose weight. Not advertising some great product or making ur life a misery with a ridiculously stern diet. It is written nicely as well and truly made me feel better about my lifestyle. Seriously; get this book. Even if you just want to loose a few pounds or just have a healthy lifestyle.

Lacking in evidence and anything new. Although the body blueprint idea is sound and useful, the mechanism behind reevaluating how you talk to yourself and the impact of each of the changes is not discussed at all. I got more out of reading articles (e.g. James Fell) and even pseudoscientific books like those ones about giving up sugar, or gluten, or carbs (which I don't agree with). Pretty poor.

A really good book!. A really good book for anyone to read any age, size shape, weight, etc... Really useful and helpful tips which work to help soreness and lose weight without dieting. A summary of the book would be to control how much you eat, when and even things you don't think about or realize. 10/5 stars anyday. And it's free! I would recommend it to anybody.

Badly written. It is so badly written that it becomes unpleasant to read.

Scientific error. Whoever wrote this book needs to research their facts more thoroughly. A person does not feel full because their body has "broken down the foods and decided whether or not the calorie intake is sufficient" in 20 to 25 minutes. If that were true, the whole digestion process would take maybe about an hour. We do not eat and then excrete an hour later.
