Vegan: yes. 100% Vegan friendly: NO... It has a handful of good sounding recipes, I will try most of them. BUT, I did NOT care for the additional links to "related" dishes that were not vegan, not even vegetarian. There are suggestions for meat meals, even pictures of it, one is a plate full of dead squid. Not considerate of someone with a Vegan lifestyle, and even more so that they were placed in a "book" specifically titled for Vegans.

Easy Vegan Meals. I downloaded this free book and was very surprised with the first dish I made. The Mushroom, Spinach Risotto is very good and the directions were pretty much spot on for me. The book has a few typographical errors but I plan on trying a few more dishes and hope they come out as well as this one did.

Easy vegan meals. Meals look good, but since I don't eat soy there isn't much that I can use. These meals are dependent on a lot of prepared soy products. Sorry, would like to try them!
