Great. I think this book is great. I say is and not was because I still go back and read certain parts of the book that are helpful to me. Its hard to move forward in your life when you feel like you lost your entire world, but reading this book really empowers you to find the wowan you once were. For me the independent woman who appreciates me and can smile just because life is great if not better all by myself is who I will never forget!!! Love this book :)

Realistically Real... Read whole book in 48 hours! I know this may sound cliche, but I actually feel like a SUPERFOX BREAK-UP WARRIOR today!! Which is soooo very opposite of what I felt 48 hours ago!! This book is empowering & helps you to understand that you're not the only person who has been hurt from a failed relationship, whatever the reasons! Ironic & moment: ok, today is the 3rd day of my break-up, & guess who's texting & calling me!!!??? You've got to be kidding me; right?... He'll never get this SUPERFOX to "backslide!"

AMAZING BOOK MUST READ. This book told me everything I already knew, but was very helpful reading it in the way it was written. Made me feel so much better about myself. While I’m still not over my breakup I definitely feel more confident and content. I am not going to let the pain make me a hermit.

I was crushed- until this read.. I had originally come across this book after I stumbled upon the movie version of their other book- He's Just Not That Into You. For obvious reasons I was desperate enough to buy a book on life after a break up when I parted from my year and a half long relationship to my boyfriend. And boy was I glad! The authors wonderfully address the aches and pains post-breakup with a refreshing hint of humor. As well as guiding you on the path to moving on with creative twists. The authors include a great variety of stories to relate to, I recommend this book to anyone going through a separation.

Amazing book for the broken hearted.... This book helped me see my relationship without the rose colored glasses and how it was affecting those around me including my cheating husband who I was pursuing a friendship that was unhealthy to even consider at this time. It made me feel empowered to lick my wounds and move on without blaming myself alone for the demise of my relationship. I strongly urge you to buy this book if you need support and are beside yourself with grief. This book helps you laugh at your destructive behavior and urges you to stop hurting yourself by discontinuing the pattern you feel stuck in. The best part of this book is you don't feel alone and know others have walked your path and made it out on the other side stronger.

If you aren't happy read this book. I was no longer happy in my 8 year relationship, it was on an off and there was no stopping the taking him back, even though everytime I took him back his efforts were less. This book help me realized that letting go of him was what I really wanted, and what was keeping me from letting him go was fears and my own insecurities, he really was not right for me. If you want to feel better about your breakup or simple reinforce your decision, this is the book to read, it has an upbeat feel to it, so it feels like you are talking to your best friend more than a therapist.

Break over your life. Use this breakup to makeover your life! I love that idea :) sometimes it's easy to get lost in a relationship& this book has tremendously helped me move on & focus on me. Love it!! I recommend it to everyone going through a tough time

BUY THIS BOOK!!!!. This is the one. This is the book to help you through. You will devour it. It is funny and touching when you need it to be just that. They are telling you things you already know but need to hear in a way that you can really hear it. Thank you guys do writing it

Get this book!. I do feel better, and was actually bummed when I finished. When you're feeling weak and anxious, start reading this book. Very insightful and spot on.

Broken. This book really helped me through a difficult time. It confirmed what deep down I knew to be truth but reading it and seeing the words on the wall so to speak was invaluable. Wish my ex could read it too. It may help him through this immense time as well. Blunt, honest, supportive, and solid... Even fun. You owe it to yourself to read.

Got me thru 6 breakups. the best breakup book ever

Best Breakup Book. Just recently went through a breakup and this book has helped so much. I was recommended to this book by a good friend and it touches all the subjects that it needs to, but making you feel empowered and great about yourself at the same time! If you are going through any sort of breakup, this is the ultimate guide to getting through it one step of a time.

Great book. After my break up with my two yr boyfriend I couldn't put myself together I read this book and made me feel a lot better. I'm not saying I'm cure but it help me put things in perspective !!!

Funny and honest. This book was the pretty much the last thing I needed to get over the last hump of my break up. By the third chapter I was already having those "was I drunk the whole relationship moments"? The best part was that by the end of the book I learned to embrace my single life! It had funny stories from different people and it was just honest about how to feel during the beginning stages of the break up.

Fun and helpful. I'm not into self help books, but I'm mourning a breakup 2 years ago, and the one after that. And the one from last night. This is a hard time to take advice from people and I've been to therapy, I know. This book is helpful though, and although you may not want to hear its written by a married couple (cause you hate everyone who is happy ATM), it really does instill hope. It's blunt but once you realize you have to just turn your head and walk away, it'll be better and faster onto the real thing. This book made me cry while i thought about my ex and not wanting t accept the truth, and made me laugh at the horror stories that make your breakup seem not so bad. A fun read, and from two perspectives, I will highly recommend this book, within hours of your breakup !

Life, mind and heart changing. I've been nursing a broken heart for 2 months. I wish I had this book 2 months ago. I may have saved myself a ton of typical broken hearted girl mistakes. I read this book in 1 day. It really is mind and heart changing. Obviously I'm not healed but I've now officially on my way to getting over it and moving on. Thank you. Another great compliment book is "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man". Both have helped me understand men and relationships for the next time.

The best!. This is hands on the best book I have read regarding a breakup. It is very straight forward. It targets everything you think of and hoping happens during a breakup, but you never say to anyone. This book hits you with the truth no buts or ifs. I recommend it all the time.

I felt that this book states the obvious when it comes to dealing with breaks up, I did not like the way the book was written I felt like the way it was written appealed to teenagers or something..I have read way better save your money or look for this book at your local library!!!!! #can I get a refund!!!

Great even for guys!!. Recently my girlfriend broke up with me and I've been having a hard time accepting it. I'm still on the 3rd chapter but I had to stop and come here to write this review. The book has helped me a lot already and i'm looking forward to finishing it and moving on with my life. By the way, I don't like books and I don't like to read. Every girls MUST READ. This book was a great help at realizing how unhealthy relationships can get and what we allow ourselves to go through. Greg's straight forward approach is like that brutally honest friend who will tell you what you need to hear. Great advice on how to conquer your inner relationship dilemmas.

thank you. i have never written a review before, but this is a must. i was in an on/off relationship that was just toxic for both of us in it. but it was always me running back, trying to fix things, even if it wasn't my fault. after the last breakup, i found this book and i just read it every time i felt the urge to go back. even when he begged me to get back together with him, i never did and it's thanks to the epiphanies/realizations i got from reading this. i owe the authors a drink or something. hahaha

Helpful. Going through a on and off again relationship is a definite need of this book. I gained a lot of perspectives I wasn't able to see or simply chose to over look. A lot of this book made me cry and some of it gave me several epiphanies. The authors give you stories of themselves and of other experiences you can relate to and to show you, it could've been worse. They build you up to be a confidant, self loving person and remind you that if that other person was able to do what they did - then they didn't deserve you. You will grow a tremendous amount of maturity after reading this book. Over all, a wonderful book I'll always turn to for myself and the people around me.
