Truly enjoyed Gideon and Harriet adventure. I am a fan of Amanda Quick and enjoy her novels. The story of Gideon and Harriet is a good read. Adventure, mystery, betrayal, honor, a family at odds. Best of all, love rekindled by family and found again by Gideon and given for the first time to Harriet. Amanda’s villains always without redemption and their actions are finally discovered and stopped just in the nick of time. Happily ever after is glorious and heartwarming.

Ravished. I’ve never met an Amanda Quick book that I didn’t love! This book, like the others I’ve read, satisfied my taste for mystery and intrigue, romance and suspense, and a happily-ever-after. I re-read the ones I have until I can purchase another. The only way I could love them more is if they were free! 😉

Uber-romantic!. My favourite Amanda Quick romance book! It follows her usual recipe of brooding, misunderstood hero whose reputation is reversed by a head-strong heroine... but Harriet is the spunkiest (& most fun) AQ protagonist of all :)

Perfect. I loved this novel from Amanda Quick. As her usual it had a perfect blend of mystery and Romance. Gideon and Harriet are so perfect for each other in their imperfect ways. Gideon was a strongly dynamic character that was both soft and stubborn. His hurts were very real and very deep. Harriet is a beautiful character who sees things clearly and calls them like it is. I liked that they were steady and dedicated from the start, no annoying miscommunications that prevent them from finding each other. Overall 5/5 would read again.
