FANTASTIC. I read this book at a younger age but never got to actually enjoy and finish it. I love this book so much and it brings me great hope and inspiration!! I’m so proud of this woman and hope she is doing well.

Non reader finds books she likes. I absolutely hate reading! One day I over heard my mother talking to her friend about this book she was reading(A piece of cake), and it seemed interesting. So I found the book and read it. The first two chapters are slow but still luring. I couldn't put the book down. I got introuble several times for read it during class. I RECOMMEND this book. Its absolutely amazing! Best book ever!

A great read!. This book made me cry and then it inspired me to rise above the pain I’ve felt from my own experiences. I hurt for Cupcake and then was inspired by her persistence. This book was easy to read. It has forever changed my way of thinking for the better!

Great Read. After reading this book I feel as if I know Cup personally. I was emotionally drawn into this story from the first page. I was taken on a journey through the life of an abused child, a lost addict, and a renewed heroin. This story was raw and honest. It inspires me. One of the best stories I've ever read.

Rough start but beautiful ending. This book was honestly so hard to read at first because I didn’t understand why someone would give up all hope, but once I saw she actually hadn’t it got much better to see her pull herself out of the sewers and become a lawyer!

love this book. this is my third time reding this book i love it im sure ill red it a fourth and a fifth time. i work in a group home with teenage girls and im always telling them that they can make it in life if they beleive and strive for it. im always recomeding this book to my girls at work and other friend snd family it is defintely an aweome book. a must read.
