Excellent book of truths about Leaderships. This is one of the few books that you will re-visit throughout the years. It is a must read for any team, no matter large or small. It is filled with simple, yet harsh truths that we, as humans, need in order to work together effectively, with character and trust. Get enough copies for everyone on your team and work through it one week at a time. It will be the start of something great!

This a an awesome book!. I read this book in six days. I hard the hardest time sleeping during that time period because the information and teachings caused me truly think about myself and how I wanted to be the best that I could be to lead others. I've learned so much in those six days, even taking notes, so that these teachings will last a lifetime.

Start Early. This simple read contains valuable life lessons that can and should be learned early. Have your kids read this!

To Serve. Ascending another rung in military was all too soon to arrive for me and the most leadership experience I had was in 2 two-weeks exercise. Lacking experience, I felt wobbly and was looking for pointers and The Servant Leader has provided very well! Excellent read and will surely recommend to my juniors.
