Horrible!. I did not appreciate the sexual remarks he made about women and porn! Very disgusted!

BUY The Four Hour Body today!. Incredible book and amazing results! I have lost 5% body fat in two months while spending less time in the gym. I have the regular book and I had to get the iBook because I refer to it so often. It has something for everyone.

The 4 hour body. Waste of $.

10/10 Read. Timothy killed this book. I can’t imagine the amount of research and time expended in confounding all the things held within this book. Must have been tortuous to a degree but surely worth it. Book has changed my life and my understanding of general principles/disciplines. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. It’s worth every cent.

Great. A fascinating look into the world of producing extraordinary physical ersults in small amounts of time. Covering a wide variety of topics, this book is worth its weight in gold. I particularly enjoyed the pieces on testosterone, fat loss, muscle gain, and sleep.

Well written and it works. Entering fourth month and down 21 pounds of fat and ran 5k today. Ran it, didn't walk it. Book is well organized, easy and enjoyable to read. Body hacker. That's me.

This book is not a straightforward read. Ugh! I just got this book & I'm having a hard time making myself read it! I feel like they tried to combine to much info in it. I'd prefer to read this is what you need to do... & then have a section for the research & results but it's all mixed together so you have to read it. Which makes it hard to go back & find information that you thought was helpful & want to remember

Educational. Learned so much. Fantastic book, how to loose fat, gain muscle, nutrition and resources to use.

Works for me!. I've been following the diet for about four months. I'm down 34 lbs. and shooting for another 10. I've found it quite easy, especially with the "anything goes" day. You don't feel deprived and I use it as a reward for the rest of the week.

The 4 Hour Body. Fascinating....I'm reading it over again. Stay tuned!

Amazing. I wish there were more stars to give it! The book is very unconventional and like no other book. You will be shocked by what you read, and it all works!! Incredible.

It's not supposed to be fun!. Great diet!... The diet is difficult to follow at times? But read the book as he describes and you will be on track to loose weight quick and feel good about it! This definitely is not for the crash dieter take it serious for a month and see results! I was no athlete when I started this book and "worked out" regularly for two years without results, with the "tips" for diet I was able to shed 20lbs in two months! I feel healthy and now people at work are following the 4HB! Worth the buy!

Put it to the test!. I love reading bad reviews, because more often than not the people who wrote them didn't apply the information in their lives. If they tried, they failed to do so correctly. I have put these principals to practice, and Tim hits it all on the nose. The book is so informative that I have had to read through it multiple times. Tim is also humble about this book acknowledging that health and science are always evolving, and that the ideas and practices presented in this book may be obsolete soon; stating that we as readers should stay up to date on new research and health concepts. This book changed my life, and my ideas about health, fitness, and habits. A good book to read in accompaniment with The Four Hour Body is The Power of Habit, it helps you know how to replace your bad habits with Four Hour habits. They both blew my mind, and helped me greatly advance in my life. Thank you Tim!
