A true disciple!. If you want to meet a Peter a Paul a Maria Magdalene in our times you can read this book and read words and stories from the Bible in the 21 century. I have read the same verses Katie has read in the Bible and reflect in her book but they are alive in her ministry and have become real and very challenging in mine. Katie is a true disciple of The Lord Jesus and I am thankful for her and what The Lord is and will do in all of us because this testimony. Thank you Jesus for Katie and the story of adoption and redemption you have orchestrated in Uganda. The incredible crazy love stories that only Jesus can create are just incredible in this book! A must read...be ready you won't be the same!!

Inspiring!. I thought that this book really talked about the true meaning of God an about love. The book was very good story about such a rare event.

Awesome Read!!!!!!!!. I read this book after reading 7 by Jen Hatmaker. Wow!!! Katie really shows how to spread God's love by providing for the needs of other even when you do not have much. Thank you Katie for showing what a young person can do with so little.

Thank you Katie. What an encouraging message to all believers to live out there faith and allow God's love to flow through. Thank you for sharing as you have and for being so obedient to God's calling on your life. Your story has challenged me to dig deeper, love more and not let comfort in my way. Challenge to love!. This book will challenge you to live and love with a greater abandon no matter where you are or what you do! Just when I think I'm doing good in loving others and living a life of sacrifice for the glory of God, Katie challenges us to the true call that Christ has given us in this life. It's beautiful, it's heart wrenching and a wake up to the world outside of our bubble. For someone who isn't easily compelled to read, I tell you, read this!

Breathtaking. This book makes us take a closer look at the miracles of every moment and appreciate the innumerable blessings that we take for granted. Lord help us to know you so intimately that we are able to trust you like Katie does! Heart wrenching and yet hopeful.

Inspired by this book. One of the most inspiring and hopeful books I have ever read about the pain and joy of helping people living in extreme poverty. Also helped me in my stumbling walk with God. I don't have to do it perfectly.

Changing the World. I couldn’t put this book down and now I’m praying for Katie and her ministry. At first, all of the scriptures seemed a little much, but she really couldn’t have wrote this book without it. God is not only expresses through her words, but He is living in Uganda. It makes me want to drop everything and work with her. Donating to her efforts now. Sometimes we don’t realize how amazing our lives are, even during a time of crisis.

Inspirational book. What a inspirational book of Gods love and Grace for us. This book inspires me to do so much more for my community. I am inspired to help those God directs me to love through Him. I will ask God to direct my path in serving Him. Thank you Lord for Katie's obedience to write this book, and inspire us to action to love those who feel unloved and help those who need us.

Don't read this book if.... ...you cry easily; ...you care about other people; ...you don't want to believe in God. Katie is an amazing person and this book just makes you want to know more. I hope she writes a sequel.

Emptying the ocean one drop at a time.. Wow I'm in awe of the power of one woman's yes! This book has inspired me. When I read the line ,"Emptying the ocean one drop at a time." It hit home with me. I recently took in an 18 African American boy who was homeless. I some times feel like I'm trying to stop a run away train. He only knows one way to live and I am begging Jesus to some how use me a broken imperfect white lady to show him a new way of life.

Inspiring!. So moving and inspiring! I pray the Lord will use me in a mighty way to further His kingdom and accomplish His plans as He has used Katie. What a witness she is!!! You will laugh and cry and be moved by the this phenomenal story!!!

Incredible. Awesome book. Awesome story that thank God continues. Wow is all I have to say. I couldn't put this book down. I read in less than 24 hours from the moment I downloaded from iBook. I heard Katie talk on a Dave Ramsey show and I went home and had my wife and family listen in. All of us were just amazed. But what is amazing is that Katie writes this book and she encourages us all to do that one thing that one need in front of you right now. Get in the game. It is awesome to be in Gods game.
