Fantastic!!!. I have read all of Lynn and Pia's books, and this is the culmination of their work. With all the emphasis on swing mechanics and technique, they clearly define the glue that make things work.....balance, tempo, tension, mental state. Not only do they define these things in relation to playing your best golf, they show you how to work on these critical aspects of your golf game. After reading the first half of the book, I shot my lowest score of the year yesterday, and it had nothing to do with changing my mechanics. This book is a quick read that will improve ANY golfers attitude and enjoyment of the game, and it will lower your scores.
Don't have anymore. I purchased this and now after update says it can not be found when I try to sync it and it shows up in my purchased apps!!!
