i loved this.. i read this awhile back and from what i could remember it was a great book. it was out of my lexile level, but i loved it. it is still my favorite and will forever be 💞 But, i do not like the movie because it does not match up with the book as much as i wanted it to.

LOVE IT!!!. This story tells of a boy who thinks he's lost everything, going to a camp where nobody likes him AT FIRST, where he can get killed and second, and where he has to dig holes. He starts to have flashbacks, and you see his real story, and why he's there and why he shouldn't be. Love it, and always will. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

omg get it and here's some little peek reveals. Yes hi! I agree with all these reviews!! And the movie is also great too! Please read the book! I read it with my classmates in language arts class and it’s great! I really wanna tell you all about it but I wouldn’t wanna spoil it but for the people who need a little info like I’m am for one, I’ll give you 5 little facts 1. The main character is named Stanley Yelnats which is Stanley but backwards, 2. There’s a character named Zero 3. They are at Camp Green Lake which is not like a camp Stanley had ever imagined (worse or better I’ll leave that to when you read) sorry but I’m doing my best not to shout it out! You’ll thank me later! It’s a really good book that’s shouldn’t be spoiled! 4. The book is called holes because they constantly have to dig holes in the ground Why? That’s another explanation. (In the book) And 5. There’s something called kissing Kate Barlow who she is told kinda in the story and there’s mystery to be READ! Dun dun duuuuuuuuuunnnnnnn Lol😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 just read it already trust me its a good book

Incredible, engrossing and fantastic book!. I had to read this great book for my english class, and boy did I score well! This book is kinda like a black hole, as in you instantly ger sucked in.
