Good book. Excellent learning experience especially if you do not have a lot of experience in the negotiation field! Very informative and the replay value is also a good if you've highlighted key points hen reading through it when you want to come back and take a review or brush up on some skills!
Worst Book Ever.. Unclear, written by 3 people who are not in sync. Wordy, and impossible to do a 10 minute keynote speech on...
