Love the hell out of it. As a Percy Jackson fan I love the book Even better than Harry Potter!

Amazing. It was amazing. It kept me entertained for hours.

Percy has come back to us. To start off, you MUST read this book in order to the series. The Mark of Athena is the BEST BOOK IVE EVER READ. Therefore, you must read this book in order to finish the series if you want the full experience, YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK. If you are still on the fence, then keep reading. I've read almost 3,000 books, and my favorite one is the book after this one in the series. I read all of Rick Riordan's books, and I was not pleased with the Lost Hero. Expecting a bit more on the Son of Neptune, it barley met my expectations. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing series and it's well written. Although, I fell like the characters were not as good as those from Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The character development was absolutely amazing, as it always is in Rick's books, but the characters weren't my favorites. Here's a quick description of the characters: Hazel-- too mysterious, doesn't speak her feelings half of the time, and she was too many secrets. Frank-- his lifeline is not my favorite, he seems to vulnerable. Percy-- as perfect as ever but seeing him with amnesia crushes my heart so I can't bear to read about him when he has those moments. I hope I helped you! Lastly make sure to take note so the character development if you want to read it.

Rick Riordan. I don’t know about other fangirls of this series but i was very pleased with this book. I have just finished BoO and that ending was probably the best best ending i have yet to read. Can’t wait for the Magnus Chase series :D

This is such a great book it has such good action with great mystery I love this book and am enjoying the new Rick Riordan book series I hope their is going to be a new series that follows the Percy Jackson and the heroes of Olympus series I give this book a five stars and also the other books written by this amazing author.

Percy!. Percy is back! I thought it was great when Percy could only remember Annabeth! I don't think it is the best book in the series but you will still read it multiple times! Can't wait for the House of Hades!!!!!!

Amazing!. Percy is back, and with some new friends! It's got a great story line, and I just can't wait for the next one!

rick made this for the gays. thats right. when he wrote this he knew what he was doing, he Knew that about 70% of his audience was gay/would be gay, he Knew that this would make multiple people Question their opinions on Helenistic Paganism, he Knew it would propel many people into a life of greek mythology nerdom, he knew all of this. he was a prophet. he is the true ally. not just an ally. the life force, of all gay pagans/greek mythology nerds. and i for one, am forever in debt to him for that.

About that Action Jackson. That man Percy Jackson is back in action. It’s cool to see the other camp perspective of when things were happening. There are a lot of good callbacks and new information that do a good job of making the story come full circle. The side characters have interesting backgrounds and very cool powers and weaknesses.

Best ever. I loved this book so interesting I got goose bumps so many times can't wait to read mark of Athena

FIVE SEPTILLION STARS AND BEYOND!!!. I LOVE THESE BOOKS SOOO MUCH!! I have read all of his books except the Kane chronicles. I went through two of the hero’s of Olympus books in two days! I am obsessed with these books! Couple names: Percy+Annebeth= we all know this one! Percabeth!! Jason+Piper= Jiper Leo+Calypso= Caleo Frank+Hazel= Frazel (or Hank 🤪) Will+Nico= Nill or Wico which ever one you prefer. Silent+Charlie= (this one is there last names ‘cause it sounds better :D ) Beauredorf. That was just a few, hope ya like it! Ps, just in case you didn’t notice I am CRAZY for these books. 🤪

Amazing. One of my favorite series ever. It's a no brainier really. You have to read it. Perfect second series to the Percy Jackson series. I think I would die without with book. I love it too much. If your not already reading this book then your not okay.

A Truly Amazing Book. This book is full of adventure and will make you feel like you might have powers too. Rick Riordan must have put so much time into making this and that’s evident because he has made all these references and words that make since with the book. Like characters in the book might say something like, “Holy Hera!” If they’re surprised. I think that is so cool, and I could never do that in any of the papers my mom makes my write for homeschool. I love the slang, but that’s not all, there is so much possibility in this book and so little flaws. (And I also love the way he does the chapters with the name of the chapter being the character’s name in the book, in their perspective). I just want to say thank you to Rick Riordan for giving us something to read/ listen to when we’re bored.

Loveeeee. Rick riordan is my favorite author of all time!  I'm still reading this and I just cant stop! I had to mentally force myself to stop to write this  problem is it's been too long since I read the first one, so I forgot quite a bit. I love this book already though and, as usual, can't help loving the characters. I'm going to read the first one again just to read about Theo 

One problem. As many have said, this is a must-read for mythology and novel fantasy novel fans everywhere. The only flaw that I'm seeing in modern books is the that authors are growing fond of "cliffhangers"; stories which leave the reader "hanging" and wanting more. Such is the case with Mr. Riordan and many others. I personally think two books is quite enough for a story, no matter how complex it is.

Son of Neptune. An awesome sequel to the lost Olympians. This book is a page turner. If your looking to get lost with dragons demigods and tag along while killing ogres then this is the book for you. can't wait for the third book in fall of 2012. I am a mother of two and still find time to read this book. :)

Flawless. Great book, it did a good job of introducing new characters,had plenty of action, and a great plot. But the cliffhanger killed me!!! LOL😂

Good but not great. I personally found this book less exciting than almost every other book he's written. Son of Neptune still has a great storyline though! Therefore, a four out of five from me!

absolutly incredible. I just finished readin The Son of Neptune and I am more than pleased with Rick Riordan's work. The story was filled with so many twists and turns I really didn't want to stop reading. Everything was different, unique and felt like was rediscovering Riordan's world all over again. Such a great read don't miss out.

Son of Neptune on iBooks. The book was great, amazing read. But iBooks publishing of this ebook was absolutely horrible. Mistakes in the text left, right, and centre. I'm sorry young readers will have to go through iBooks atrocious writing mistakes.

Amazing. I loved this book it was one of my favorite. Although the ending of this book isn't very good it was to big of cliff hanger.

An excellent book. Exciting as ever, one again Rick Riordan does an amazing job bringing mythology into the modern world. There is only one problem. The mark of Athena isn't coming out for another year.
