Decent Read. Quite a good book, wish their was more closure on what had happened at the end and the odd misplaced or missing paragraph break and typo - all in all though, an enjoyable read; even if you're not the biggest footie fan.

Best Freebie in the store. From the beginning to the end this book had me hooked, not my usual read but certainly well worth the time spent. Exciting, funny, descriptive and modern, with a twist in the end. Just purchased the sequel to find out more ....... Yes it was that good!

The Crew. Football bores the hell out of me, but this gives what I would say, a real insight of the crazy world of gang culture and what really can happen that most members of the public wouldn't even dream about. Great book and a fantastic read, will certainly be reading more from this author.

Why. Why would a bunch of racist thugs accept a bloke. It doesn't work.

The Crew. it's been about 15 years since I last read a book on this subject. however, this tale offers an excellent mix to provide the reader with feelings of fear, empathy and loyalty to each of the principal characters.

The crew. Fast paced were i couldn't put it down. You don't have to like football to enjoy this book. Initially felt the ending was flat but not the ending you'd expect.

READ THIS BOOK. Having read some of Dougie Brimson's non fiction books about football related violence (which were also very good) I was intrigued to say the least by this novel. I was genuinely hooked from start to finish and even read bits on my iPhone during my lunch break! Great plot, great characters, great twist. It's on to the next one now; 'Top Boy'. Nice one Dougie
