Inspiring. Very inspiring book. Easy to read and digest. Happiness is found on the right path!

The Art of Mindfulness. Good, but very short….. I expected a little more. Very basic.

EXCELLENT. This book has taught me a lot. After several teachings I finally understand, his allusions to specific stories allows the reader to fully enhance the text, along with his words. Such an amazing writer! Thich Nhat Hanh is the 🐐G.O.A.T !

This life I have lived. This book seems to be the way I have ironically lived to a degree. I also have carried pain experienced from Vietnam as a soldier myself. I learned a lot since then. Searching to fill a sort of emptiness that returns from time to time. I guess the guilt of what a soldier unconsciously holds inside. I am a Mindful man, filled with joy at this time in my life. The book enhances it all the more.

Great. Short & sweet

Deep thought. This book is a good way to bring peace into your life. It is also a good way to take things seriously and make yourself a deep thinker in anything you do.

A Great Start to Mindful Practice. I came across the practice of mindfulness after browsing meditation on the internet. I immediately connected to the principles. As I was constantly feeling disconnected from the moment in my life. I was constantly feeling anxious and distracted. I wanted to know more, but, I didn’t know what source to trust. After doing a little research, I found that Thich Nhat Hanh was one of the ambassadors of bringing the practice to the West. I came across this book. And, after reading it, I am deeply impressed. I feel like I am starting my journey towards being truly at peace and happy. I’ll be reading his book, “The Art of Power” next.

The book was ok.... If you are interested in learning about mindfulness, then you probably already understand the concepts that are shared in this book. I was disappointed because it didn't give you enough suggestions/tips on exactly how to apply this "art" in your life. This book needed to be longer.

The Art of Mindfulness. This book was an easy read. I truly believe the Holy Spirit drew me to it for such a time as this in my life. For years I have been contemplating taking medication for anxiety. What I read today reinforced a hope within and enlightened the path to peace and healing. The author did not just state the possible but also provided techniques to foster mindfulness. I practiced the walking and breathing exercise; it works! I look forward to using the rays of mindfulness to scan, embrace, and smile at every single part of me. While I do not know how I will practice the five trainings effectively, I do know seeds of mindfulness have been planted through this book. I am so grateful!
