One of my favorites. Re-read. Always an exciting adventure. A few inconsistencies, but amazing story.

Wow!. I could not put this series down. With every book I felt more invested. Great read!

Why?. I did like the book, but.....why haven't Jace and Clary had sex!!! I mean seriously! No two people who supposedly love each other like they do would NOT have done it! And I do not want to hear it is for teens. Other characters in the book have. Otherwise I did like the book.

City of lost souls. GREAT book, to me this is the best book in the series. I can't wait for city of heavenly fire to come out

All Time Favorite. I've read a lot of series and this one still ranks number one! I can't get enough of the characters and it never fails to transport me into another world. Love Love Love the Mortal Instruments!

Phenomenal. Best series of books there is, my daughter is entertained for hours. These truly are worth while. I thank Cassandra Clare for creating a beautiful world for people to play, and live in.

Reader. Couldn't have loved this book more. Fit in wonderfully in the series-readers will not be disappointed. Ending does have a cliffhanger but nothing outrageous. I am very sad that there's only one book left of the story of these phenomenal characters that I've grown to love. Is it March 1st 2014 yet?? :) amazing, amazing book! Exceeded expectations definitely. Everyone should definitely read and check out the series!!

Great read. I thought the first 3 books were awesome and the 4th was okay. This book, the 5th, was great. I'm glad Sebastian was back in this book, it provided more dimensions in the book, other than just "the good guys" vs "the bad guys".

TMI. This book and the whole TMI series are amazing!!!!! I get really wrapped up and the characters. The plot's awesome too! I recommend reading the Infernal Devices after this. It's one of the best series I've ever read and it gives a lot of background on Brother Z!

Omg. This book is great. This series is my absolute favorite I've read so far. If your thinking about reading you have to, they don't disappoint!!

Awesome. I'm 14 years old and I've read the whole series in a matter of days.... Cassandra Is a great author and I'm ready for the movie to come out.. I loved each and every book!!

Ending. I have enjoyed this series but have to say I'm glad it's almost over. By the end of this book, I detested Clary. I guess she's just being the selfish teen she is supposed to be, but it became hard to take. Redeemed herself at the end, though. Clary aside, I enjoyed the writing and plots throughout the series.

I love it <3. Cassandra Clare's books are amazing!! The Mortal Instruments are my favorite book series! I'm looking forward for book 5!! I recommend this book to anyone who likes to read fiction, you'll love it

Let's just say I finish 1 book at a time in the matter of 2 days they r so good. L❤️VE LOVE L❤️VE!!!!. If I could live in any world and Anything would be how j want it, it would be this book. Jace is my dream boyfriend and even if I could meet him just once I would feel like my life's purpose was fulfilled!! I love reading books by Cassandra Clare but when there over its like part of me dies, and when I finish the whole series I can't help but cry because I won't have that beautiful pat of my life.😢😓 but in the end I will have loved every moment of it!!!❤️❤️❤️

City of lost souls. Can't wait for the next book. Her writing is so fluid and the characters capture your imagination. One of the best series out there. The only thing that should change is the category from young adult to just contemporary.

Amazing series. The mortal instruments series is one of the best I have ever read. I found myself completely lost and engaged in City of Lost Souls and was completely devastated when I got to the last page. I highly recommend this series.

NEVER PUT DOWN. These books are absolutely fantastic and I can't stop reading them. I am amazed at the detail in this book, it also among all the other books. They are so spectacular and I can't put them down. AND I CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE!!!!!

The Mortal Instruments!!. I have read all five books of this series in one week and am very pleased with story line and its characters. If reading assignments were just as appealing as these books I'd have no problem reading it.:-) I look forward to the continuation of this series...thank you for the restless hours, they were well worth the sacrifice!

Incredulous!!. Seriously, find a new word. I almost quit reading this books based soley on the fact that the word "incredulous" was used 100 times. Get creative with the writing. Other than the obvious lack of a thesaurus the book was okay. It was a little more drawn out than necessary but still a good read minus a few yawns.

Best series ever!. This book was very interesting and filled with entertaining suspense. I really enjoyed these and recommend these books for 14+. Some 12,13 year olds that are very mature would also enjoy these books.

City of lost souls. Good read, continued theme, and added more character depth to supporting characters from the first books. Good wins over evil through valiant effort of protagonist. New truer relationships are formed within the down worlders. Looking forward to book six.

City of Lost Souls. This book was intense from start to finish. I love how all the characters have come together into a family of their own dependent on each other. The fight against evil never ends. I can't wait for the next book. The action and intensity is over the top!

Eh. The book is amazing the one thing that is really bad is that there is never gonna be a real end because the book ends on a sentence that wants you to read another book from the series , but there is no more 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

Frustrated. I opened my downloaded copy of this book and there was a pink box on every page past the prologue that said "error". I don't know how to get rid of it so I can read the book I purchased.

Awesome!!. This book was amazing to sum it up, lots of suspense romance and shadow hunter shinnaninigans it didn't quite meet my expectations but if you are a fan of the mortal instruments series you will love this book!!

Captivating. The series is great, well written and keeps you interested the whole way through. The author keeps you intrigued with all the characters not just clary and jace. On to book 6 :)
