Unbelieveable literally. I do not believe for a minute that this book got so many great reviews. Michelle is always on vacation, talk shows, making speeches, campaigning, on the taxpayer's dime...now we are supposed to believe she tends a garden everyday and feeds all four in her family from it? I do not wish to be rude, so I will just say that Michelle does not have a feminine/woman's body, and Barrack's is certainly not manly/muscular...whatever regimen they are both on, I do not wish to follow nor look like.

I love Michelle!. She has beens such an inspiration to our country and has truly influenced the way think about eating healthy. Regardless of political party, she is doing our counry a tremendous favor!!!! I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!! SUCH A HELPFUL AND GOOD BOOK!

Stunning, informative, feature rich iBook. I have loved looking at, engaging with, and reading this mid-winter and thinking ahead to spring. I'm wondering what modest steps our family could take toward growing a little of our food. More broadly, this book makes the appeal of really fresh food so evident--it's almost vivid enough to touch and taste! The history of the garden, going back to Jefferson, is well presented. And the case for access to quality food for everyone is compellingly made. Beautiful and inspiring book!

Terrible. Awful

Awesome. It is so wonderful what our first lady is trying to do for our country, and she practices what she preach. Even though I knew some of what I read the delivery was refreshing and it's nice to have your first lady talking to you about your health rather than politics. Great Job First lady!

Nice, but.... why won't iTunes allow the critical reviews to be seen? Good for Ms. Obama, I think the concept is good but some of it is like, "duh". I feel like it's a printed version of a bad Sesame Street episode. And don't hide the less than favorable reviews!

Not enough bang for your buck.. I believe that this book is ridiculous. To publicize it on the front cover of the iTunes page is a joke! A child who knows a little bit about gardening could have written something similar. Everyone knows that fruits and vegetables are the best things to eat, and that you need to exercise in order to keep your weight healthy…don't need a book for that information. The pictures are nice, but everything else is totally bland. With the lack of actual material in the book, it is not worth your $15. Go into a bookstore and flip through it… that should make you just as satisfied.

American Grown. This is the coolest gardening book I have ever read! Beautiful photography, interesting and helpful tips, stories, recipes and so much more. I Love This Book!

Grow a garden, Keep a child healthy. This woman has always amazed me. When is she not doing something to help our families stick together and keep us aware of our health? This is a fantastic read, a great source for simple but worthy information that aids us in not only starting our own gardens, but starting a path to a healthier lifestyle! Never stop, Michelle!

Sad that having a sample book of this. Allows the bad reviews of this book instead of buying it. Maybe Apple will fix that.... Anyways, The book is nice and was well written with some nice features. I would recommend this book

To the sad, pathetic people who choose to review this book based on their warped right wing beliefs, I doubt you even read the book , or for that matter,can even read a book. Save your ignorant, uneducated reviews for books by Newt or Sarah. Bravo, to Mrs. Obama for this beautiful, informative book. Her class, intelligence, strength and dedication are inspiring.
