Learning experince. It is a great book and learning experience
Amazing. This was amazing. I had my sense I read it and he loved it!
Great Book. I was surprised how good this book is and how it made me understand all the elements of health and fighting.
Great Book But…. I do enjoy reading this book, though it's mostly teaching by word, it is mostly motivational quoting by Bruce Lee himself though. Do not expect to learn much about fighting or how to. DO expect to learn a bit by word, some basic fitness coaching to get you started and motivational quotes. With my recent experience in Tae Kwon Do, Kempo, WingChun & HungGar, the teachings on JKD here are no help at all.
