A MUST Read!. I had this book passed from my gran, to mum, and then myself. She is super funny, describing her experience with coming-of-age & womanhood. I my opinion, a perfect feminist! (No man-bashing here! Quite the opposite!)

All Men Should Read This--As Should Every Woman. I am sending this book to my daughter, a PhD candidate in cutting edge gender studies. I can't imagine a more important contribution to the field. Then, I am sending it to everyone I know or telling everyone to read it. I am a 58 year old straight father of five and proud to be labeled a "feminist" and hopeful to think that Caitlin Moran would agree. Funny, laugh out loud funny, honest, courageous and poignant. A modern classic, as important as any great work in this ongoing revolution of gender equality.

Wonderful. This will be considered a classic work in it's own time.

How to be a woman. Horrible and boring. Having just come off some russian novels and dantes inferno, this was nauseating. I'm not sure who this woman's audience is, but certainly isn't me or any female I grew up with. I give this about a star less than fifty shades of grey. Pathetic

Absolutely wonderful. Caitlin Moran is a certifiable classic British loon and her gift for verbiage is breathtaking. I have a hard time imagining anybody not enjoying this book and getting a lot out of it.

There’s more than one way to be a woman. I found my anger rising from about page 3. A handful of pages more and I realized it wasn’t just a small difference of opinion but something more fundamental. About a quarter of the way through I just couldn’t take any more. I don’t like books shouting at me and telling me that what I am is wrong, or not the “right” way to be who I am. This book leaves little space for not only difference of opinion, but difference of being.

Read it. Just read it, okay?
